Unfortunately, my school doesn't end until the nineteen of May and I don't know how the flow of homework is going to be. However, I think it should be thinning out soon as teachers finish up their lessons, but for now, the pile is high. I will try to post sometime this week, but I cannot promise. If the homework doesn't lighten up soon, I will be dropping out to prevent any stalls.
Haha, well, just tell me if you can get a post up by today~?

No, unfortunately. I have to read a bunch of chapters from Billy Budd D:. STUPID HERMAN MELVILLE I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE HANDSOME SAILOR. I'll try to get something up tomorrow, but I also have a paper I have to write that I've been putting off last minute
Swamped with homework like

I'll wait until the next GM post and we'll just assume that Bleu said something interesting, but too dull to write ^_^
So, with the end of the year coming to a close, I am extremely busy at school and I was hoping I wouldn't be. I won't have time to GM this well, like I hoped, so I am going to be putting this on the backburner until I am out of school in two months. When that time comes, I will PM all of you to alert you about it as well as put a link to the OOC. That way, I will also people able to straighten out some kinks that I need to do.

“Oh, I’m fine.” Poppy insisted to the others, her face impossibly turning redder.

Was she new? Yes. Should she say that? Was there possibly some hazing sort-of-thing that these students might do? Poppy had heard about hazing in other schools and the idea quite scared her. At her last school, there was the dreaded Freshmen Friday…where they dumped freshmen in trashcans. Smiling politely and tightly, Poppy reluctantly nodded her head.

“Yeah, I’m new.” Laughing nervously, she turned to the girl she joined, her mortification doubled at the fact that this girl saw her fall. “Er…”

“Yoh rike putha thoo?” Poppy squirmed in her seat, trying to understand the girl before nodding exuberantly. She had something in common with the girl – pizza! Common traits lead to friendship. And, Poppy read somewhere, if two talk about someone or something they both hate, they are more likely to become friends. “What do you hate? I hate sand, spicy stuff, and spiders. There was also this one girl named Samantha at my old school and she was a down-right bitch.”

What her answer might be, Poppy didn’t know, because just at that moment, people burst into the cafeteria, faces painted and cheering. Poppy nearly lunged herself out of her seat in surprise, but managed to save herself the embarrassment by clenching onto the table. After the speech the one girl – a rule breaker, apparently – made, Poppy nearly died of excitement and nervousness.

“A party? Should we go?” Poppy asked, glancing at her tablemate before she caught on. “Er, I mean, not that we are doing anything together. That was just an assumption. My dad used to say, and I’m pretty sure everybody else did too, that when you assume you make an ass out of you and me. Man, sorry, I shouldn’t assume or I’ll make us asses.”

Poppy gestured wildly to the side as if to ‘crazy’ and raised an eyebrow, taking a quick bite of her pizza.
I'm going to be dropping Barnaby due to the fact that I can't handle two characters right now. if anyone wants to play him, feel free.
|BLEU DELACROIX|

Bleu nearly jumped out of her seat when a handsome Asian boy approached her, her hand slipping from where it gripped her forehead and her head, losing its support, nearly colliding with the table.

“Huh?” She muttered blearily before she completely understood his words. Smiling easily, despite the tiredness in her eyes, she nodded, “Ah, yes.”

Bleu experienced a whiplash of sorts when he launched into talking, perhaps even creating an amazing monologue, but she didn’t understand a thing. Her mind was moving too slow and his mouth moving too fast. Smiling and nodding, Bleu laid a gentle hand on his forearm and made a motion, her hand fluttering in an upwards motion as she took in a deep breath, “Breathe.” She joked.

Waiting for a beat of silence, Bleu then said, “Yes, I am a transfer student. I come from Beauxbatons. What is your name?”

Almost as if the universe was against her receiving the aforementioned name, a man that looked as if he should be on the front cover of Vogue appeared and interrupted. However, he also happened to shout the Asian boy’s name and Bleu smiled happily. Smiling brightly, Bleu reached out her hand to shake his and crowed, “Hi, I’m Bleu!”

Luck has it, before anything could happen, they had to sit in their seats and watch the hat sorting. Bleu herself had been sorted over the summer, something about her fitting in? Bleu wasn’t paying attention; she was staring out the window at the time. And like so, Bleu didn’t pay much attention when the first years were sorted, but instead clapped when she saw everyone else clapping and cheering when she saw everybody else cheer.

Headmistress Reynolds took the stage and Bleu had to prevent herself from scowling – she didn’t quite like this headmistress with her brevity and shortness. Sometimes, Shakespeare, brevity is not the soul of wit. Sometimes it’s just down-right annoying. Despite her thoughts, when the Headmistress finished, she clapped.

“Should we go to our dorms now?” Bleu asked once she saw everyone getting up and did as well. She lingered, waiting for Damien and the mystery boy.
