So I figured I'd post a character sheet though even if I get accepted it might take my a day or two before I post, as I want to get caught up in everything that has happened so far.
Name: Hector Beringer
Alias: The Masked Hunter

Relic Description: Hector's relic is a finely crafted mahogany mask. It was painted white long before Hector obtained it as the paint appears to be heavily flecked off. A crescent moon is painted in black on the left cheek. Anything that may have been painted on the right cheek has long since been worn off. The Mask grants the user the art of Shadow Walking. At night, this means that the user can remain invisible just about anywhere and move at highly increased speeds. During the day, Shadow Walking becomes more challenging but as long as a shadow is present nearby then the user can easily 'transfer' himself between them.
Shadow Walking also affects vision, allowing the wearer to see just about anything the night may hide.
Skills: Hector has a fair amount of skill when it comes to using a bow and arrow, though he is by no means an expert marksman. He has also dabbled in alchemy, but mainly for the sole purpose of crafting potent poisons.
Background: Hector comes from a long line of Scouts. For many generations the Beringer family served the Kingdom by providing its armies with positional information of their enemy. Hector took up his position at the age of 16 but after four years of service, he had found the mask that would reveal his power as an Evoker. Since then, he had abandoned his post as well as his parents in pursuit of something greater. After all, no one obtains such power without a greater force at play.
His Relic was given to him by his Father. It was a family heirloom since the first Beringer Scout though no one in the family ever actually wore the mask, it was served as more of a symbol. However when Hector took the mask with him one day on a mission, he decided to put it on. It was more of a curious impulse than anything, but upon placing the mask on his face his vision clouded
Appearance: Hector stands at five foot and eight inches tall. He has a rather average build though he is very agile (as is expected of all scouts). His eyes are a deep brown and his hair is a somewhat faded black colour and kept short. He wears his mask at all times, as well as a standard scout outfit. A dark green hood and cape along with a set of dark leather vambraces, greaves, boots and a breastplate reinforced with crude iron plating.
Motivation: Curiosity. Hector is convinced that the power of the Mask was given to him not by chance but due to some greater purpose. He has spent four years wandering the Kingdom in search of an answer, but found himself with even more questions after hearing rumours of the Evokers. His purpose is not a matter of glory, fame or wealth. It is a simple drive to know why and how.
