It's happening again. I have been visited by a soviet mad scientist, a king, a penguin prince of darkness, a house plant god thing, a mystical ancient member, a tired reaper (thank god) + a greeting.

Ok.
I'll keep a watch on this, it could be interesting...
Thank god i never actually had to roleplay with it.
I distinctly recall a situation off-site where a Gm made an "end boss" that;

-Had a stat for health that looked like 100000000000 (player maximum was 100);
-Killed in 1 hit regardless of whatever players could do;
-Was god, so could do anything;
-and that had pretty much no lore besides "Lord of all evil".

And then a war ensued between the few players crazy enough to even enter the area and the Gm, with the Gm insisting it was OK since it was the "end boss" of the roleplay
Alright, well, when the scene is finished up I can head over to the tavern and... oh... make some friends :).
Name:
William Straterginagflayeus Tersaviliman Gaius Jessica Muldran Jr. the Fourth (He goes with William Muldran in public)
Age: 34
Sex: Male
Appearance: Short, with a mustache and scraggly beard, almost like a dwarf from LOTR, although he will give you a solid punch in the gut if you call him that and he knows about it. He tends to wear clothes a little too big for him.

Personality: Dedicated; maybe a little too dedicated. He savors the idea of a new, never-done-before plan; even if someone a little more normal would see obvious logical flaws that would make it impossible. His ideas are the headaches of many, if nothing else. he is easily offended and gets angry quite easily, sometimes launching into tirades of yelling nonsense if he is too worked up. He rarely works with others, and so has a small, tight-knit crew; usually people a little more level headed than himself

Abilities

-"The Cannonball": A kick to the gut by someone who knows how to make it hurt can last for a few hours. This guy can put someone not careful into the hospital for a week, and after that... pain... after charging into the victim screaming bloody murder and delivering a buckton of other punches combined with a rant about whatever set him off.

-Security Checking: Might want to be careful when trying to sneak into this guy's lair - he tends to check that one spot you had scouted out for weeks that would make the perfect loophole at the wrong moments that you weren't checking it.

Skills:
-Dirty, Ruthless Fighting: You piss this guy off, prepare to start running, because when he catches up there's typically nothing left to testify to his rage. He has gotten by capture, sometimes simply because he cannonballed into thugs sent after him.

-Attentiveness: Always watching things... security is a must and he can notice double-meanings quickly. If someone is trying to insult him in the least obvious way, that could result in ability #2 becoming ability #1.

-"Big Guns": This guy can work wonders if you set him up with a bazooka or something quite explosive in that line of thought.

-Creativity: Although his ides don't always work, he can find ways of mashing the most completely unrelated things into one, barely functional but still effective plan.

“Thou villain Capulet, Hold me not, let me go.”

Appearance

Origin
"Romeo and Juliet"

Name
Lord Faustar Montague

Age
52

Gender
Male

Personality
A little bit stuck up in nature (he is rather wealthy and, essentially, a gang lord), but he sees through with his family and his house, being more generous than sometimes he should be with his sons. He does, however, have a great loathing for the Capulets, never shying from tirades on their worthlessness and other such things. If there's a big fight about, then he is likely to join in like he did in his youth.

Biography
Born into a fairly rich family that is one of the town's pillars of community, he was quickly dragged into the politics of the Montague/Capulet underground war.

Being an only son, he enjoyed luxuries of being one of the house's finest as well as being in charge of pretty much everyone. He became popular with the grunts working with the family by participating in disputes and actions against the Capulets. He continued this right up until he became 40, when he had a family to take care of. He kept his reputation while continuing the feud, while trying to be a "family man". Success is apparent, although he is getting pressure from the outside and citizens alike for continuing what has been a war that has dragged on for many years.

Other
(more later, perhaps)
(if elements of this CS seem OP, I assure you that I use powers in moderation and that this character is also designed to be a primary antagonist of the RP)

Name: Etrasus (demon and casting name), Edward (human name that he identifies himself as)

Being: Demonic Spirit, also interpretable as an “Evil Genie” that is fully independent.

Age: ~600-700 years

Gender: Male

Appearance:
In human form
Tall, always wearing a business suit and with a grim face. His face is a bit memorable in that his eyes are a striking deep blue. People staring directly at him can also see very faint wisps from the spirit world, but not enough to be particularly suspicious.

Spirit(True) Appearance...
He has long lost a true form, instead becoming more or less a shifting concentrated mass of dark energy with a humanoid inner form. Those that can see him this way tend to also see illusions and clustered spirits on the side; his body is almost a prism around which spirits are more easily seen.

Powers:
-Conjuring: Although he is by no means a genie in powers, he can create simple things (a chair, a non complicated sword, etc). Simple in that more intricate things, such as flashlights or lamps, can’t be simply conjured up by him. This makes it impossible for him to actually create beings; since DNA is something that is more sophisticated than today’s top supercomputers.

-Summoning: He can call beings weaker than himself into the normal dimension, due to his affinity with both sides.

-Spiritual Connection: His origins are in the spiritual dimension, and therefore, he can switch between them at will, although he must always leave something behind so he can actually come back.

-The Spellbook: He has a spell book, many spells in which he knows, that is essentially a compilation of forbidden magics as well as things such as binding spells and resources a witch would have access to. More intricate spells are impossible for him to use without this.

The book can be stolen, but the magics within have a certain nature of luring people into the more corrupting spells; if kept with somebody for a long time they may well end up just as bad as he is. The book is almost indestructible by normal means but can be destroyed by specialty spells. If separated from it, he does not know exactly where the book is, but he is lured in its direction.

The most potent spell in this book is a ritual for him to absorb the power of souls.

-Illusion: Unless his opponent is intimate with magic or a genie, he can create illusions that seem perfectly real. This ability extends into dreams.

-Spiritual nature: Spiritual beings are almost impossible to kill but can be banished or bound to something. Banishment into the spiritual dimension or binding to an object or building is possible, but flat out death… well… it is about as effective as killing a dead person.

Bio:

Born in the middle ages, he fell victim to the Black Plague; a fate more than suiting him, considering he was probably the biggest dirtbag scammer and betrayer to be around. He became demonic due to exposure to the Spellbook, which he is so extremely fond of these days. It is said to have been created in the roman era with spells of its own that make it almost an entity in and of itself.

Long story short, the book’s enchantments allowed him to be connected to the normal dimension when he died. He went into the “business” of being “hired” by witches. Ever since then, he has tricked witches into thinking he works for them, all the way until they are completely dependent upon him. At that point, he kills them and takes their souls for more power. His greatest successes were some genies that he managed to pick up and absorb, although those powers he has found decay over time and become almost useless. His policy with them is to keep them as they serve his uses (often acting as extensions of his schemes to lure witches or other innocents in), and when he gets tired of them (or almost at the end of the time that he gets benefits from absorbing the last one) he uses a ritual to bind their powers to him and take their newly stripped of power souls into his own.

Personality:

Slick dealer, who can make himself look like your best friend in a time of need and proceed to backstab you when the time of need is almost over. That’s essentially who he is.

Welcome Yekaterina :)
There's actually a roleplay that could be used to recruit, I was thinking my character could stop in over here.
