I think people are a bit too concerned with what is each God's. In my opinion the entire world belongs to all the Gods and I'm just writing what feels most fun. I wanted to give the world a sentient race that wasn't humanoid because it'd be interesting down the line. And Hum is explicitly incentivized to remain within Sanctuary, so crafting the world seems a bit unusual for him unless he builds up some power then returns.

No, that's too humanoid. Essentially a spider with the mass of a human and graspers. But few people seem to want to draw a more normal spider as opposed to a half humanoid one.
Finding a good picture has been difficult but I'll keep trying. If you decide non sapient, then I would hope it would cost less Power so I could do some other stuff too.
If we're going with the cliche of only humanoids are sapient, that is pretty boring in my opinion. We already have lame gnomes and humans.
