Hello there, name's Astral. It's nice to meet you. I'm new to this site but not to roleplaying. I've been doing it for quite a while and been around the block, so to speak. Don't really know how to make these threads but I'll try my best besides gotta get out of the comfort zone after a while. Anyway, I'm a guy who's in his twenties. I'm an avid gamer and watch plenty of anime, movies, and tv shows. Seems pretty standard, right? I want to see who wouldn't mind doing a roleplay with me. Understand if you don't want to with me being new to the site and all but I will say this, just give it a chance and I'll try to meet your expectations.
A few things...
1. I'm okay with mature content so go nuts.
2. I mainly roleplay with things dealing with fantasy. Nothing against realistic roleplays though.
3. I'm more about fandoms than anything else.
4. I'm pretty good in making my own ideas and stories.
5. I'm probably the nicest person you'll meet. No matter the gender, I'm always up for a roleplay.

When it comes to anime and if you want to do one with those, please tell me the name and a few things about it if I happen to not know anything about it. A few examples would be...
Dragonball Z (A golden oldie. Still rewatching this series.)
Rosario + Vampire (I like the idea of a human going to a all monster school though I do things a bit differently with this.)
Highschool of the Dead (Like the idea of highschool students taking on the undead.)
Eyeshield 21 (Usually not into sports but this anime was phenomenal. Look at this if you ever have the chance
Naruto (I enjoy this series quite a lot. Hope to roleplay it one day.)
Golden Boy (Just like the idea of a guy who learn things quick and travels a lot.)
Welcome to the NHK (If you haven't watched this, give it a chance. It's pretty good.)
Persona 4 The Animation (Loved the game, loved the anime.)
Ergo Proxy (Still watching this one.)
Guilty Crown (I like the way the abilities work in this anime. I plan on doing things differently with this though.)
Samurai Champloo (This one was amazing. Seriously.)
Toradora (A series that surprised even me. A good one, indeed.)

When it comes to video games, I'm a sucker for them. Here's a few I'd like to roleplay one day.
Resident Evil (Huge fan of this. Survival Horror in general.)
Legend of Zelda (A masterpiece.)
Fallout Series (Don't need to say how great this game is.)
Metroid Series (Probably one of the biggest and most knowledgeable fans about this series out there.)
Super Smash Bros. (Think of Subspace Emissionary from Brawl.)
Dark Souls series (A great series I thoroughly enjoyed.)
Megaman Series (I loved the games even the tv series.)
Bayonetta (C'mon, who couldn't love a stylish witch like her?)
Soul Calibur (One of the fighting series I enjoyed from start to finish.)
Final Fantasy (Never had the pleasure of doing this one. Would like to.)
Kingdom Hearts (I'm in love with this series. Would like to do this one sometime soon.)
As with this one, you get the picture. There's a lot more but I'll stop here for now.

Now, I was never really big with tv shows especially dramas but there are a few that I watch from time to time such as...
My Little Pony (Honestly, I haven't the slightest clue why I latched onto it. Maybe it was because it was pretty different from others.)
Danny Phantom (A great show. Still watch it to this very day. Would love to roleplay this.)
Avatar the Last Airbender (This one was very, very good. Still haven't gotten into Korra yet but I will eventually.)
Batman Beyond (Another great series that disappeared. Never really discovered why though. Probably sure it wasn't canceled.)
Law and Order (This was a series I enjoyed a lot. Haven't caught up with the newer installments but I will.)
Band of Brothers (This was a series that was on HBO that I enjoyed. Still watching the last few episodes.)
Supernatural (Haven't got far in this yet but I'm slowly starting to watch it when I have time.)
There's more. Just can't think of them. Still should give you some good insight.)

Now, I do go for a pretty wide variety of original pairings. If you're looking for something more realistic you'll have to convince me.

Demon x Human
Pirate x captive (Not really into the whole bad guy role but can do it.)
Teacher x student
Nerd x Popular Girl (A very interesting twist on this. I rather would have this realistic but more than happy to do an anime setting.)
Gang x Rival Gang (I'd have this more of an anime setting but can do realistic if you prefer it that way.)
Anything dealing with Mythical creatures. (They will turn human at some point but can keep them in their creature forms if you like.)
Assassin x Target (Nothing like Assassin's Creed unless you want it to be.)
Princess x Knight (This would fall more under the fantasy role)
Wizard x Apprentice (More fantasy than realistic, obviously.)
You get the gist of it. Won't list them all here but just a bit of an insight of what I've done before.
