That's two people(I think) I'd like to start this thread this weekend. You can post anytime as long as it's not two posts in a row. I'm sure most of you are very busy, it takes a lot of time to write and advanced post, so I'd like the activity requirement to be once a week. I myself plan on checking the thread everyday and dedicating at least thirty minutes to write a post so long as someone has already posted. Hopefully the RP won't die down after too much inactivity.

That sounds cool, and feel free to make up multiple characters if you'd like. I plan on playing multiple npcs to keep the story going. I'll also have "codex entries" to give some exposition of what's going on around in the galaxy.

I'm aware that there might be too much content from the games to understand. Most of what I've written is from Wikipedia, so if you don't feel like reading the entire timeline in the first post, just read the "present time" spoiler" in the second post.

So I think I've finally got enough time to post this RP as an advanced roleplay. I have a story outline for how I'd like this story to play out. STORY SPOILER HERE:

2537: the Covenant attack and destroy the UNSC colony of New Constantinople. The reason this is important is because I plan on having a mini plot revolve around this. Basically, the quarian fleet (From Mass Effect) was around that planet at the time, and Earth decided to send their entire fleet to save the quarians from extinction from the Covenant. The result is that the quarians would be granted refugee and live on the planet Earth in Antarctica, where they would create a city called Sanctuary.

Another thing that would occur this year is that the ORION project data from Halo (The thing that made spartan soldiers like master chief) would be leaked into the public. It would be discovered that all helghans have the perfect genes to make spartans, and the Helghast empire (From Killzone) would begin implementing the spartan program into all of their soldiers.

Another thing leaked from the Martian alliance is that the Martian alliance was ALLOWING outer colonies to be wiped out by the Covenant. They allowed it to happen because they wanted the colonies that were seceding destroyed. This leads to massive disapproval against ht martian government, and eventually lead the people of Mars to overthrow the government. (But that'll happen in like twenty years)

2546: The Skylian blitz from Mass Effect. Saving the citizens that were captured from the Skylian blitz. And attack Torfan, the pirate planet responsible for the Skylian Blitz. These arcs are more action then conspiracy. Mercenaries and soldiers from all across the galaxy will participate in this, making the event very diverse.

2549: Promethean becon discovered on the planet of Helghast. Events in Mass effect, Dead Space, and Crysis occur on this year.

2550: Events in Halo take place.

2251: The Reapers from Mass Effect attack.

Something important to know is that the story will follow through to course several years. The first year starting at 2537, the missions around this time is to give a basic understanding of the universe we'll be playing with. 2546 will have a few missions meant to introduce your REAL MAIN character (unless you plan on using a character that can stay in good shape after a lot of years). While 2549 the main stories from the original video games will take place.

Make up your own character if you'd like, but here are some "Main" characters you can reserve for later:

Earth States(FALLOUT): Centuries after the nuclear holocaust, earth created a space program to establish itself as a space power. New to galactic politics, the Earth has been admitted into the Citedel Council where it is able to aid the Council against dangers that the Covenant, Helghast, or terminus system brings to them.
The Citedel does not like genetically modified humans. It is technically illegal, but since it's so deeply integrated into earth culture, they've made earth an exception to that law, similar to how batarians are still allowed to use slave labor.
Currently, the Systems Alliance are the Citedel's first line of attack and defense against the Covenant and Helghast empires. The Systems Alliance eagerly accepted this, believing that it is the only way to prove they're value to the Citedel.
Systems Alliance(MASS EFFECT): The united representative body for Earth states. Because Earth governments is so decentralized, the Systems Alliance acts as the single uniting entity. Backed by every major state, the Systems Alliance is in charge of Earth's space military and navy.
Earth Colonies: The Citedel is very wary to which planets humans may colonize. With the Mars alliance and Helghast empire already having so many planets, the Citedal have asked earth to colonize only in the Attican Traverse. The Attican lies right between Citedel controlled space and the Terminus systems. It is referred to as “The New Frontier” because the Terminus system is so filled with lawlessness. The Attican traverse is extremely susceptible to pirate raids, but Earth colonies have proven themselves efficient in terms of self protection.

Mars Alliance (RED FACTION): The largest human faction. It comprises has over 300 planets with a total population of 30 billion. The Mars alliance began as the colonial alliance, which was established before the Earth Nuclear war. The Mars alliance was the governmental body that discovered the Promethean ruins on Mars which allowed for humans to rapidly accelerate their technology by roughly 200 years.
United Nations Space Command (HALO): The UNSC is the military, exploratory, and scientific agency of the Mars Alliance. Rapidly growing, it was responsible for the rapid human expansion and is now in charge of the fight against the Covenant empire.
Martian Colonies: With over 300 planets, the colonies are divided between inner and outer colonies. Before the Covenant attacked, the outer colonies were in the middle of an independence movement. Now, the outer colonies have been virtually abandoned by the central government, whom now believe it is to exhausting to stretch supplies and protection between all those distant planets.

Helghast Empire (KILLZONE): The Helghast empire is an extremely militaristic, supremacist nation that exists in the Alpha Centari system. The refuse any talks of diplomacy, and attack any species that enters their system.
Eden (LOST PLANET/GEARS OF WAR): The Helghast home world is populated by several hostile aliens that leave near the equator. They are mostly arachnid, and attack anyone that enters their territories. The Helghan empire stays clear from these aliens homelands, not considered worth the risk.

Outside of Helghan territory, there are city-states that do not answer to Helghast law. These states have little contact with the galactic community, but appear to live relatively peaceful lives on the hostile planet. (LOST PLANET)

Following E-day, the south pole was invaded by a ruthless race of mutants known as the Locust(GEARS OF WAR). After Eden planet was getting warmer from the frontier project technology(LOST PLANET) a new resource called imusion was discovered in the South Pole. The resource was able to provide limitless clean energy and a civil war broke out for the resource. The South Pole seceded from the Helghan empires and seperatists and loyalists fought for seventy years for the resource. After the war ended the Locust rose from under earth, exterminating all the humans from the weakened region. Locust weren't able to push outside the southern hemisphere, but they still inhabit the South Pole of Eden to this day.
Helghast Population Growth: After the Second Extrasolar war(2357) during Helghast's succession movement, it was realized that Helghast would need a larger population to compete with Mar's booming population. Because Helghast did not have to resources to compete with Mars in colonization, Helghast worked to increase the populations on their system's planets. Helghast began implementing fertility drugs in all of the citizen's foods. The result was a rise in twin births. After years of population growth, there is now a 50% chance that Helghan citizens will conceive twins. There is a 16% chance that triplets will be conceived, a 5% chance that quadruplets will be born, and a 1% chance that quintuplets will be born.
Helghast Colonies: In 2511, Helghast establishes a secret base in Pluto in an attempt to create a command center that would ultimately attack the Mars Alliance. It was discovered, however, that the planet was actually a mass relay, and it could be used to travel to far reaches of the galaxy. The Mass relays were used in secret to colonize distant planets. In 2519: The Helghast empire was attacked by a Turian fleet, igniting an ongoing war between Helghast and the Citedel Council. In 2523: Pluto was lost by the Helghast empire. Colonization from the Helghan empire from Alpha Centari have ended. There are, however, still city-states outside Helghast empire that continue to grow.

Currently, there are two dozen planets that have Helghast city-states outside the Helghan home solar system..

Citedel Council(MASS EFFECT): A unison of species throughout the Galaxy that work together to ensure there is stability throughout the Galaxy. They use ancient alien technology known as, "Mass Relays" to connect different species across the galaxy.



Covenant(HALO): an invading alien force that works to wipe out all humans, and to indoctrinate all Citadel species into their empire.

Conduits: A type of human that is born with supernatural powers.
On Earth: conduits make up sixty percent of the population. Conduits on earth are seen as “privileged” and tend to believe that they need to use their powers to protect the weak (aka, non super powered people.) The conduit population on earth is high because of the nuclear holocaust that occurred on earth. Conduits were best suited to survive the harsh wastelands (survival of the fittest). Marriage between conduit and non-conduits is greatly encouraged and romanticized.
In the Mars Alliance: Conduits are seen as terrorists. It is illegal to be free and be a conduit. All conduits are forced to turn themselves in, where they will often be used for cruel experimentation purposes.
In the outer colonies, however, Conduits are equal to non-conduits. In fact, the conduits that fought during the outer colony independence movements are highly respected.
In the Helghast Empire: Conduits are seen as “diseased” and ordered to be killed on sight. This is because conduits are in reality superior, and high ranking military officers are threatened that Conduits might amass too much influence.
On Eden: Outside of Helghast territories, Conduits make up a large portion of the population. Conduits were among the first bulk of immigrant labor to be sent to the planet. During times of crisis, when outlaw was rampant , humans would flee and ask aid from conduits in the hopes that their superpowers would give them protection against the planets hostile dangers. When the Helghast empire came to power and began executing non-supporters, only conduits and they're allies were able to flee from the Helghan military police. This lead to much interracial marriage and children between conduits and humans. After many decades, Conduits now make up a total of forty percent of Eden population.

Military Strengths

Mars Alliance: 300 Planets that total a population of 30 billion. There are 10 Billion humans in the 100 planets that live in the inner colonies and 20 billion humans populated in the 200 outer colonies. Before the Covenant war, the outer colonies were attempting to secede from the Martian Alliance. The outer colonies ended their attempts of secession after they decided it was best for humanity to stand united against the covenant empire.

UNSC:
By 2525, Mars Allience regular army consists of:

Regular infantry: seven billion soldiers: Anyone sixteen or over are allowed to enlist: Wear standard MJOLNIR armor: takes 14 weeks of training to complete

Marines: eight hundred million soldiers: Anyone over sixteen may tryout: Wear standard MJOLNIR armor: takes 28 weeks of training to complete

ODST/Spec Ops: forty nine million soldiers: Wear standard MJOLNIR with added adjustments: must be hand picked by marines or infantry for this promotion.

Nobles: seven million soldiers: Must enlist between the age of twelve and fifteen: Wear Advanced MJOLNIR armor with advanced augmentations: takes four years of training to complete:

HeadHunters: Four hundred thousand soldiers: are handpicked from Nobles: Noble armor with more specialized settings: they function as more advanced spec ops

Spartans: eight thousand soldiers: are picked by a unique gene pool, trained at a young age by the government to be super soldiers: Trained at birth until the age of twenty: Most advanced armor and augmentations possible by the Mars alliance.

The Mars allience secretly used conduits in the ORION project as well.

Guardians: five hundred: are conduits with spartan armor. Indoctrinated at a young age to serve the alliance. Using power transfer technology, these conduits have electric, flaming, ice, and telekenetic abilities. Although they aren't augmented like the spartan are(augmentations wouldn't work since they aren't compatible with conduit powers), guardian's specialized powers allow for them to enter more hazardous situations then spartans. Oftentimes, a guardian will work under a group of Spartans.

Zeus:Zodiac twelve : Shape shifting soldiers in mech armored suits, they are meant to single handedly destroy armies. These are people that are as powerful as Alex Mercer.

Ancient: People who have had they're DNA altered in some way by ancient aliens (DEAD SPACE/METROID). There are only four know people who are ancients. It is unknown whether they are paid mercenaries of the alliance or have been conscripted into their ranks.

Helghast empire: Because of their militaristic rule, the majority of they're population are brought up into military training. The entire population is on par with UNSC Nobles. Helghan soldiers all have a wide variety of plasmids and vigors. They avoid using augmentations because maintenance is very difficult on the Helghast planet's harsh conditions.
Planet Eden: The Helghast Empire currently has five billion citizens that mostly inhabit the north pole of the planet Eden. The South Pole is controlled by an isolationist mutant race known as the locust. Between the pole regions are largely considered wastelands since they don't carry any valuable resources. Independent city-states exist in these wastelands, most of which have heavy defenses thanks to their high conduit populations.
Helghast Colonies: The Helghast empire has lost all contact with their colonies, but their colonies still hold Helghan ideology and principles. Currently there are two dozen Helghan colonies that are hostile to any non-Helghan species. Populations vary from thousands to millions, the total population of Helghan colonies is estimated to be at one billion all together. Most of the Helghan colonies have little or no contact with each other. When they do, they normally fight amongst themselves for leadership.

Systems Alliance: Due to the decentralized earth governments, Systems Alliance military is very decentralized, putting more emphasis on the individual than the unit. There is a 24 week training period prior to joining the Systems Alliance military. The true strength of the systems alliance infantry is dependent on a soldiers training prior to joining they Systems Alliance.

Prior training varies from region to region. Ceasar's Legion from the midwest are famous for their close quarters spear combat. Knights from Angle-terra live under a strict code of chivalry. Samurai are taught bushido, Alaskan tribals are masters of crossbow and arrow weapons. Uniforms are often altered to reflect a soldiers homeland. Each region of earth teaches combat differently, making the Systems Alliance a diverse unison of cultures.

Attican Traverse: Often called "The New Frontier", the Attican Traverse lies just on the edge of Citedel controlled space. Because it's so loosely controlled and highly vulnerable to Terminus pirate attacks, Earth has no restrictions against colonizing that region. While earth has a population of five billion, the Attican Traverse has a dozen earthling colonies with the populations totaling one billion.

On earth, unlike the Mars Alliance, all citizens are allowed to carry weapons. Due to Earth's apocalyptic history, most citizens have firearm training. Only Regulators, earth police, are allowed to possess laser weapons. Plasma weapons are reserved for military. Plasma weapons do more damage but fire at a slower rate, laser weapons fire at a higher rate but do less damage.

Two advantages that the Earth have over the Mars Alliance are it's energy weapons and it's Tennno Branch.

Energy Weapons: Following the apocalypse, the Mars Alliance lost all technology of energy based weapons. Only earth had the opportunity savage and rediscover the technology.

Tenno Branch: The most skilled special operations units in the galaxy. Using unknown alien technology research from pre-war earth, the Systems Alliance now has a special operations unit exclusive to their own Alliance. Warframes are created using a rare element known as E99. Due to the lack of element, dangerous properties of it, and it's excruciating costs, most of the current Warframes are actually pre-used suits from before the nuclear war on earth. Earth has the means to create them, and will do so upon necessity, but can only create them in very small amounts.

Citadel Council: Due to the rising tensions, the council lifts the military limitations on it's member species.
Limited Energy Weapons: Although the Citadel Council would prefer it for Earth to share their energy technology secrets with them, it has been agreed that Earth may keep the secrets of the technology in their own hands. This policy is in place to ensure that laser technology isn't shared with the Helghan empire, Martian alliance, or terminus system pirates.

Earth is allowed to distribute energy weapons to Citedel Council police and military. Like earth, only police are allowed laser weapons and military are allowed plasma weapons. Energy weapons aren't issued to everyone. They must be purchased by the officer, the officer must have a license approved by the systems alliance, licensing procedure is excruciating, and requires a background check. The price for an energy weapon is so high they often seen more as a symbol of status then a weapon of warfare. It is much easier to obtain an energy weapon as an earthling, they are issued as standard weaponry to earthling law enforcement and soldiers. Specters are primary users of energy technology among Citedel Council members.

Energy weapons are designed to be fragile. They will short-circuit, burn, and shatter if they are taken apart in any way other then for ammo reload. They can only be repaired at an earthling factory. These precautions may seem strict, but it has ensured for the last ten years that no one outside Citadel Council has access to energy weapons technology.

Covenant With over one thousand warships at their disposal, the Covenant armada has the largest military in the galaxy. Although they don't know about Mass Relays, nor the Citedel Council, they are focusing all their resources on the extermination of humanity.

Setting:

The year is 2537, you have found yourself in the middle of the Martian metropolis during the most controversial debate of the decade. As mars debates whether it should withdraw it's resources out of the outer colonies, a Covenent fleet attacks the planet of New Constantinople, an outer UNSC colony.

Governments

There are five major government factions:

Covenent (HALO): an invading alien force known in the Halo universe. They're aim is to extinguish all humans, and to indoctrinate Citadel species into they're empire.

Mars Alliance (UNSC) : The Primary human faction. They have over 300 planets with a population of 30 billion. Their capital planet is Mars, and though they call themselves martians, they are best known for they're legendary spartan warriors. (HALO)

Halghast Empire (KILLZONE) : a small cluster of planets that seceded the Mars alliance. Their home planet is Eden. They are extremely militaristic due to the deadly climate and the hostile inhabitants that live there (Akrid from LOST PLANET).

Earthlings (FALLOUT) : A planet Separate from the Mars Alliance due to it's destructive history. Although it has suffered from a nuclear holocaust, they have recently been accepted into the Citadel Council. Although earth does not represent humanity as a whole, Earth is now the center of trade between the Mars alliance and Citedel council.

Citedel Council (MASS EFFECT): A unison of species throughout the Galaxy that work together to ensure there is stability throughout the Galaxy. They use ancient alien technology known as, "Mass Relays" to connect different species across the galaxy.

Mercenaries

Mercenary Factions:

Mercenaries factions: perhaps the "free-est" faction in the galaxy. They have no racial boundaries, they can be hired any time anywhere by any faction.

Master's Army: Made up of only Necro-humans and Meta-humans (Necro-humans are ghouls from Fallout, Meta-humans are super mutants from fallout). An organization that existed since the nuclear war on earth, this faction believes they are superior to standard and conduit humans. With they're massive amounts of funding from the terminus system (space outside Citedel control) they pride themselves of taking any mercenary contract that goes against humans. They do this so they may have the chance to forcefully infect humans with the FEV virus, a disease that will turn humans into meta-humans, therefore conscripting them into they're ranks. (FALLOUT)

Blood Pack: Made up of Vorcha, Krogan and Meta humans. A ruthless faction that has a gross reputation of destroying, and/or mutilating, anything within they're path. Unbound by petty things such as morality, this group prides itself in taking "untouchable" contracts.

Eclipse: Made up of Asari, Salarians, and conduits. Rivals to the blue suns, this faction makes up for it's lack of discipline by putting a strong emphasis on biotics.

Blue Suns: Comprising mostly of Standard Humans, Turians and Batarians. Rivals of the Eclipse, this faction stays up to date with the latest weapons technology to make up for it's lack of biotics.

Eclipse and Blue suns often take up contracts that pit them against the other

Other Factions

Red Reapers: A group that accepts anyone from any race or species, they are an intergalactic gang that controls the largest drug smuggling operation in history. Although they're leader's history is shrouded in mystery, they say she's able to watch all of her gang members through the use of a drug known as "The black tar".

Dust men: Initially, it was a conduit uprising against the oppression conduits faced in the Martian colonies. Within time, they lead to the full secession of martian outer colonies against the oppressive alliance. Even after the Covenant destroyed Harvest and started the war against humans, the Dust men insisted that the alliance was the greater threat. It wasn't until the Covenant destroyed Charybdis IX that the Dust men changed it's objective. Charybdis IX was the base of dust men operations, after the Covenant destroyed it, the Dust men were in complete disarray. Now, Dust men primarily spend they're time trying to defend the outer colonies from the Covenant.

First Sons: A conduit Supremacist group. Unlike Master's army, the First Sons hide in the shadows to advance they're goals. They have secret funding and ties to nearly every group in the Galaxy. They use they're power to further increase they're conduit powers and research.

Follower of Apocalypse: A charity organization, Followers of Apocalypse dedicate their lives in helping those in need. Believing in philanthropy, these pacifists offer education and medication to any species in need.

Mavericks: A term used for dysfunctional robots, Mavericks are reploids or cyborgs that pose a threat to organic beings. Some exist from a virus, others are simply malfunctioned, but there is a rising number of Mavericks that despise organic beings out of their own free will. All Mavericks believe that they are superior beings to some extent.

Jedi Order: On E.D.N. III, (Or the Halghast homeworld, whatever you want to call it) a group of children found ancient texts revealing an ancient order of knights that used telekinetic powers to ensure there was peace throughout the galaxy. These children, coincidentally, discovered that they had powers that were described in the texts. When they grew older, they founded the first Jedi council, comprising of not only humans and conduits, but also species from Citadel space as well. Although they're base is on Eden (We're calling E.D.N. III Eden now), they've began to take a more active roll in galactic politics. Though small, this order has proven to be very effective for they're "Heroic achievements" and is welcomed among most government factions

Sith Order: Utilizing the exact opposite force the Jedi Order uses, the Sith order exists to gain power within the Galaxy. While the Jedi believe one must free itself from worldly attachments, the Sith order believes it should use it's emotions to aggravate themselves to gain more power. Where as the Jedi try to ensure peace, the Sith will climb for power, even if it means creating a path of destruction.

Species include:

Standard Humans: Perhaps the most abundant species in the galaxy, humans have no superpowers. Humans are capable of gaining small bursts of powers with vigors and plasmids (BIOSHOCK). Only the humans from Eden and Earth like to use them, it's been deemed taboo within the Mars alliance. They do, however, make up for this by using they're advanced technology.

Human Conduits: Power levels vary. On earth, conduits are required to master the "four elements". The powers are Ice, Fire, Electricity, and telekinesis. Conduits are incapable of having augmentation, their powers short circuit any mechanical parts they have. Vigors/plasmids may be used by them, but it's always weaker than their native born powers.

Meta-Humans (Super mutants from Fallout): Powerful and resilient, Meta-humans have proven to be great warriors as well as great poets. Meta-humans are incapable of using conduit abilities. Augmentations are expensive because of their larges size, most meta-humans prefer to use Vigors and plasmids. (BIOSHOCK)

Necro-Humans (Ghouls from Fallout): As frail as standard humans, and less menacing than Meta-humans. Ghouls are virtually immportal, and are incapable of having conduit abilities. Ghouls prefer to use augmentations, since it helps them prolong their life more than vigors and plasmids do. (DEUS EX)

Reploids: Exclusive to Taiwan from earth, Reploids are a unique sub-race of cyborgs from the nation of Neo-Arcania. In Taiwan, the line between human and robot is indistinguishable, Reploids are required to have human lifespans and humans are required to have Reploids augmentations. Although the augmentation can range from 10%-90% body change, it's generally around fifty percent. There is even a robot heaven on the island, all memories are copied through a neuro processor and sent to a central computer once someone dies. This is a major reason why Reploids choose not to leave Neo-Arcania, Reploid heaven can't be reached outside the island.

Citedel species and Covenent species are an option. Characters from these species start off in they're own species faction. They are allowed to leave

Citedel and Covenent species are able to use Vigors/Plasmids or augmentations like standard humans do.

Power Suits

Armors

All armors give enhanced strength and agility, enhanced durability, and slight healing regeneration abilities. Most of these armors are were derived from the Crysis suits discovered on earth.

Spartan armor: Exclusive to Martian alliance: Spartan armor typically has two abilities. Jetpacks, a propulsion system that allows the wearer to maneuver through the air. The second is armor lock, this temporarily divers all energy into a shield, making the wearer temporarily invincible.


Helghast armor: Exclusive to Halghast Empire: Has Invisibility abilities(lol that rhymed) and has access nano-vision, allowing the wearer to see through walls, both at night or during the day. This armor is gives up durability in exchange for flexibility and speed. Perfect for their harsh enviroments they must work through. The armors are infamous for their trademark use of glowing red eyes.



Systems Alliance Armor: Exclusive to Earth Alliance. With earth's decentralized government, requirements for entering the Systems Alliance military varies from region to region. Because of this, all members must take systems alliance standard military training. How much training soldiers go through are labeled N2-N6, to show how highly ranked they are. The standard armor is Onyx Armor, supplied by the Citedel. Though, if you are rank N7, you have permission to purchase different kind of armor that the Citadel approves.



Cultural armor: Exclusive to home location. Cultural armors are suits that match wearer's background orientation. Although they are mostly used for ceremonial purposes, or worn out of pride, they all have standard mass relay/nanosuit protection. Earth is famous for it's wide variety of cultural armors, and Jedi are identifiable by their unique uniform sets.




Remnant armor: Exclusive to Terminus system colonies. Remnant armor is made up of old, unused armor scraps. It provides minimal protection and is normally made out of necessity. armor made up by older and used armors. Remnant armor is most widely seen near the Terminus system, where planets can't get access to the newer, more efficient armors.



Resource Integration Gear: Exclusive to outer colonies. Rigs were originally used to aid workers in hazardous situations. Miners, Scientists, Archeologists; They all used rigs to help them survive in inhospitable environments. During the colonial rebellions, rigs were the most common use of armor by the rebels, this is due to their abundance and lack of other, more combat oriented armors. Rig armors do, however, provide much more regenerative enhancements than the other armors do.



Warframes: Exclusive to Earth. Following the Nuclear holocaust on earth, humans lost a great amount of research and technology due to the destruction from the bombs. The most famous research that was lost was called “the X-files”. It was said that these files contained secret alien research, research that far advances what the Citadel and Covenant is capable of today.


There are rumors that these X-files have been found. The Earth government has one of the smallest, and perhaps most poorly trained military in the galaxy (compared the the Martian alliance and Helghast empire). Because of the Citedel's restriction in Earth's space navy, Earth has made up for these setbacks by forming an extremely elite special operations branch. The Tenno branch is small, you must be handpicked and recommended by high ranking officers to join the spec ops. The training is excruciating, using training methods from before the nuclear holocaust. And most notably, the armor is the most advanced armor in the galaxy. The material used to make them is extremely scarce, and so far the resource can only be found on earth. It is for this reason that, although the number of Tenno is unknown, it is said that there are only one hundred of them in existence, though no one is certain.

Lighsabors: Designed for Elegance in combat, these energy swords are nearly weightless and have the capability of cutting nearly anything.

Bombs

Bubble Bomb: Releases a small sphere that stops all projectiles from penetrating the sheild. It only deflects fast moving matter, so although it may stop gunfire, people can still enter inside the sheild.

Regeneration bomb: Releases a small sphere that quickly regenerates/heals armor/people inside.

Hologram decoy: Creates an identical clone of yourself wherever it is dropped.

Chrono bombs: Similar to the bubble bomb, they create a temporary shield that disrupts time within it's range. Like the bubble bomb, it is 20 feet diameter and lasts for10 seconds. These come in three categories.

Conduit: Only humans are able to be conduits. Conduits have the power to manipulate the "four elements". Fire, Ice, Electricity, and Telekinesis. Although they are be able to use all four powers, all conduits have one "primary element". The element that they are most efficient with, and are virtually limitless to the conduit.

Augmentations: Augmentations is a term used for cybernetic parts. Conduits are incapable of augmentations because they would short circuit them if they used they're powers. Augmentations are able to be used by any species. The neuro augmentations are perhaps the most useful for day to day usage. Neuro augmentations give the user photographic memory, are able to slow they're perception of time, and are known for being very skilled in persuasive arguments. They also have built-in connection to the inter web. These can be used by any species.

Vigors/Plasmids: Cheaper to get then augmentations. These are drugs that allow the user to gain powers similar to conduits. Although it's only a quarter as powerful as a conduits powers, there is a very wide variety of Vigors and Plasmids that people have access to. These are illegal in the Mars alliance and Citedel space, but even there, the Black reapers have been known to supply these to the criminal underground. Any species can use Vigors and plasmids, Conduits are the only ones who don't use them because most of them believe that they're "unnecessary".
No one is incapable of using augmentations and vigors/plasmids at the same time. The vigors/plasmids cause the body to reject augmentations. You can only have one or the other.

Biotics: Superpowers given to any species when exposed to "element Zero". Most of these abilities range around telekinesis, and if one is exposed to Element Zero, there is a one in ten chance to gain these abilities. If someone does, their telekinetic abilities can surpass a conduit who's primary element is telekinesis. Biotics can use augmentations. Biotics can use Vigors unless they receive augmentations.

The Force: It's unknown where this power originated from. Either way, their telekinetic abilities are as powerful as a biotic. There are rumors that force-wielders have other abilities, but these sightings are too inconsistent to know for sure. Like biotics, they can use vigors unless they have augmented parts. Any species can be a force-wielder.

2042: By late 2042 there were 61 colonies on mars. I.S.A. Had 14; America 14; Sino-Russio 23; and U.N./Corporate 10. Although they were more mining posts than colonies, they soon experienced massive population booms.

2043-2044: THE SECOND DEMOCRATIC WAR. The Holy Islamic empire (Formally known as the Islamic empire) attacked Kuwait. The United states responded, but the war proved too costly and bloody. Without American support, Kuwait and Iran fell to the Hegemeny.

In an attempt for the president to improve his image, he ordered the united states to built the first military base in outer space. This violated the space treaty of 1967. with the treaty now void, china and other nations now openly built up arms in the colonies.

2044: Russia and Iran realize they're fossil fuel reserves are running dangerously low, and if they do not make drastic changes to they're energy consumption, all fossil fuel reserves will end by the end of the decade.

This leads to the massive withdrawel of fossil fuel companies, and massive investment to nuclear energy facilities. This also leads to the unison of the nations of Canada and the Union (U.S.) who wish to unite resoures for they'e own common interests.

This also leads to the "resource wars". A series of unofficial and indirect battles between corporations fighting over the pockets of petroleam around the world. They say this also contributed to the second global market collapse.

2045: THE SECOND GLOBAL MARKET COLLAPSE. This leads to massive immigration to the space colonies.

2055: The Chinese Hegemeny invade taiwan, destroying the Union pacific fleet in the process. THIRD HUMAN CIVIL WAR (WW3)

2055: Two days after the Hegemeny attacked Taiwan, they attacked India from the east, while the Holy Islamic empire attacked India from the west. For the next decade, the boarders of India would shift on a daily basis, as the Hegemeny had not accounted for the heavy resistance in India.

This attack resulted in Australia, United North American States (Canada and U.S.), Isreal and India to form an alliance to counter the Hegemeny.

2055-2060: massive anti-war protests ravaged the U.S. Mainland. To America this was just another war, but to other nations, this was a war to determine the fate of humanity. In america, the military was massively reduced to the point that it became soley relient on reached the point that they no longer believed an army was necessary because a threat in mainland U.S.A. Was so unlikely. The Union had ignored the Chinese and Russian military built-up and continued to cut they're own national defense.

2056 (early): The Hegemeny occupy Korea, Vietnam.

2056 (late): The Hegemeny conquer the north eastern reagion of India.

2057 (early): China attack Philipines and Papua New Guinea.

2057 (late) : China attacks Japan from occupied Korea.

2058 (early): Millions of Japanese flee to Tokyo to escape extermination from the hands of the Hegemeny occupiers.

2058 (late): By this time, the Japanese forces could only delay the inevitable forces of the Hegemeny. In a last ditch effort to save the Japanese people from extinction, every allied forces sent every fleet they could muster to tokyo, and the largest mass evacuation of civilians was attempted. Millions of Japanese were evacuated to Peru, the Australia and the U.S. But over one hundered million were left behind.

2058: After the start of the Third Human Civil war, the colonies proved to be vital assets for both sides of the war. However, none of the colonists. shared the same views of the war as the people of on earth did. Regardless of which faction the colonies were with, all the colonies felt the reprecussions of violence. They saw the war as unnecessary or unjust.

2060: With the majority of the pacific under Hegemany control, China attacks Australia from Indonesia and New Guianea. The Australian and New Zealand fleet fough valiantely, but were greatly outnumbered 3 to 1 and could only manage to defeat one of the three invading fleets.

2060(early): China attacks and occupies all of Hawaii, as well as Dawrin, Australia and Cairns, Australia.

2060 (mid): Australia launches a surprise attack on Dawrin, they send the invading forces in a retreat. However, the victory is short lived, as more invading reinforcements would soon reach the shores of northern Australia, and manage to take control of the northern half of Australia.

2060 (late): China launches proxy attacks on the U.S. Coast as well as hiroshima sized nuclear bombs on the west Union coast. An estimated one hundred million people die from the bombings.

2061 (early): Rocky mountains defense line is destroyed, and a second line of defense is prepared at the mississippi river. EU still remains neutral in the war. The Hegemanys success was largely due to the fact that the majority of the opposition were gun wielding citizens, law enforcement, and a small percentage of corporate militia, all of whom had poor training and outdated weapons.

2061(mid): The Space colonies form the colonial alliance and proclaim neutrality in the war.

2061 (late): The defense line at the mississippi holds. A line stalemate is made as neither side can breach each others defenses. The river became full of the dead.

2061-2064: In occupied Hegemeny territory, indians, canadians, americans, and Australians routinely attacked chinese and russian occupation forces. The backbone of the resistance were veterans from previous american wars, people who had experience in the middle east passed they're knowledge to other civilians. By 2063, after taking massive casualties from rebels, china began to execute suspected insurgents by the hundreds of thousands.

2062: Mexico, as a result of losing millions of civilians by the nuclear fallout in the west coast, claim war on the Hegemany.

2062: The CFR and HIE attack Europe from the east and south. Ukraine, Finland Poland fell to the CFR. Italy, Greece, and Germany fell to the HIE. By 2065, only France, the U.K. Spain, Portugal and parts of Sweden and Finland remain.

2062 (Late): China launches a surprise attack on empire city. Taking advantage of americas weak defenses at its rear, china takes control of the city, and manages to kill much of america leadership.

2064(early): America Launches a desperate strike to liberate Empire City. After the seventh assault, the Allies breached it's defenses and retook Empire City at great costs. This greatly increased morale, liberating north america no longer seemed impossible.

2064 (late): CFR successfully capture the nation of this year, the Hegemeny gains control over most of the world, but the Hegemeny itself began to break apart. The Holy Islamic Empire turned against the godless chinese empire and launched a holy war against them. The allies took advantage of this and launched an assault from the mississippi river against the weakened Hegemeny.

2065 (early): As the allied forces began to retake North America, the hegemeny realized they were in danger of losing the Americas. While the Hegemany was in the retreat, they destroyed thousands of structures, and killed over twelve million civilians in camps and cities.

2065 (mid): The hegemeny try to punch the allied forces at the Rocky mountains, but fail.

2065 (late): The occupation of North america ends where it started. Los angeles and Seatlle are liberated by allied forces. The Allied Forces then launch a Liberation plans for Australia and Europe..

2067: Hibernating aliens discovered by one of Ultor Corporation's scientists. Fortunately, the aliens never reach the surface of Mars. Axel Capek, the scientist who discovered the aliens, continued to research and experiment on the creatures. (RED FACTION)

2067(late): The allies liberate France.

2068(early): Allies liberate Vatican and Italy.

2068(late): Allies liberate Berlin and Germany.

2069: Allies liberate Poland, France, Sweden, and Finland.

2070: Every push the allies made in Europe cost the lives of tens of thousands of allied troops. By 2070 The allies successfully retake Europe.

2072: Allied Forces jointly attack Moscow, and manage to topple the CFR's already unstable government.

2073: Allied Forces, including the U.S., Australians forces from Antarctica, India, E.U., Mexico, and more Launch a Liberation Campaign in the Pacific. The operation was called, "The Second Island Hopping Campain"

2074 (early): Papua New Guianea is conquered by allied forces.

2074 (late): Philiphines is liberated by allied forces.

2075: The Hegemeny surrendered, but the allied forces, whom vowed vengence on the millions of civilians lost, and launched they're already planned invasion on China. Millions died during the assault, and were not able to break through the Chinese population sized army.

With the Hegemony impenetrable and incapable of attack, a stalemate is made. The war comes to a stop, but no peace treaty is made.

2077 October 23: China and America launched every nuclear missile they had in they're arsenals. It is still unsure which side launched it first, either way the result was MUTUAL MASS DESTRUCTION. Billions died from the explosion and radiation. The effect devastated earth for centuries. (FALLOUT)

2077: The colonial alliance desperately tries to evacuate as many humans as they can from earth. However, due to a low amount of vessels and strict safety protocols, they were only able to evacuate a few thousands before the colonial alliance ended the evacuation effort due to radiation dangers. Among some of the people who escape are the government elite. These elite form an organization known as "the Enclave". The Enclave will later end up entering Colonial politics, and create a totalitarian government on Mars. (FALLOUT)

2080: People of Rapture are largely unaffected by the nuclear radiation due to they're underwater location. Some try to leave the city to help the surfacers, most meet with little success. Over the next decades Rapture will prosper, and occasionally during periods of overcrowdedness, thousands of citizens will emigrate to Greenland or Antarctica, where radiation is low, and climate it moderate due to global warming. 2080: People of Rapture discover the floating colony known as the ARK. They were in a middle of a Civil War before they were discovered, they came to a peace treaty after several Rapture official agreed to share it's resources with them. (BRINK)

2085: The Black Marker is found by apocalypse survivors in the Yucatan Peninsula. Due to the superstitious beliefs of the locals, the Marker is largely left untouched. (Dead Space)

2075: A rebellion on Mars rose up against the oppressive Ultor Corporation. They called themselves Red Faction. With the aid from the other colonies, the Ultor Corporation was destroyed, and a new government was formed on Mars, the “Commonwealth”. This event was called the First Martian Revolution. 2077: Several Earth Space fleets escape to Mars. They use their ships to evacuate thousands of Earthlings to Mars. The Commonwealth accepts them, believing that they would make outstanding citizens. Some of these refugees, however, are a part of a political elite called “The Enclave”. These Enclave members will move up Martian government, and dominate the planet. (RED FACTION/FALLOUT)

2117: A rebel force under the name Red Faction is once again founded to fight off the commonwealth government. (RED FACTION)

2125: The Second Martian Revolution. Maruaders, a ruthless faction of descended Ultor corporation members, and Red Faction, a faction of freedom fighters, worked together to overthrow the oppressive Martian government. Mars comes under a divided control between Marauders and Red Faction, with the city Eos as their united capital. (RED FACTION)

2147: Teleportation experiments between Mar's moons, Phobos and Deimos, reveals a dimensional "hell" filled with dangerous demons. After an incident causing the deaths of several scientists in the research facilities, the experiments are terminated, and any portals they may have created get shut down permanently. (DOOM)

2148: A cache of ancient Prothean technology is discovered on Mars. The discovery accelerates all colonial technology by roughly 200 years. (MASS EFFECT)

2149: On earth, Helios grows interested in space exploration. Helios begins the construction of ships for space travel, this sparks an interest for space around the city, and dozens of ships get built.(BIOSHOCK/DEUS EX)

2150: White Faction instigates a short civil war between Red Faction and the Maruaders. Hydra, a highly advanced warship from the second martian revolution, is used by the White Faction in an attempt to gain control of the Prothean ruins. The plan succeeds, and the event unites the Marauders and Red Faction into a single Red Faction. (RED FACTION)

2151: The Helghan Corporation colonizes a planet in Alpaha Centuri. The first colony outside our solar system is named E.D.N. III. (KILLZONE) What they didn't know was that there was already a species of aliens living there, the akrid. Reptilian insecticides that survive due to thermal energy they produce inside them. These creatures vicious nature slowed down the colonization process, and were even responsible for some companies, such as the company NEVEC, abandoning the established colonies. (LOST PLANET)

2153: Helios makes contact with Helgan corps, and asks for permission to colonize the planet in exchange for workers, Helghan corps agrees. Thousands from Rapture, Antartica, and Greenland immigrate to E.D.N.

2155: The Helghan Corporation as well as several other corporations prosper. Corporations manage to buy itself out of the Colonial Alliance, freeing themselves from taxation. (KILLZONE)

2170-2525: The Colonial Alliance rename themselves to Unified Mars Government. The United Nations Space Command (UNSC) begin colonizing of hundreds of planets. Even though Earth went through Mutual Mass Destruction, humanity would gain a massive population growth. (HALO)

2200-2202: First Extrasolar War: Tensions rise between Mars and the Helghan alliance. Due to economic struggles on Mars, Helghan secedes all ties from the Unified Mars Government, stopping the flow of precious resources to Mars. The UNSC responds by taking control of E.D.N.lll, and is easily able to crush the poorly equipped colonial forces. (KILLZONE)

2202: E.D.N. III is declared abandoned, portions of the planet that have high resources are put under a military state by the UNSC. Terrorism is high in these areas. (KILLZONE) Although much of the planet is left to fend for themselves against the harsh conditions of the planet, corporations such as Nevec return to try and terraform the planet. (LOST PLANET)

2202: E.D.N. is in great disarray. Pirates, lawlessness, violence, and to add to the situation, super powered beings sharing they're genetic secrets to raiders. With the help of Helios (who was moved there after the Extrasolar war) it was able to create pockets of stability around the planet. City-states, trading posts, as well those willing to merge with him, were able to fend off pirates around the planet.

2347: A group of Helghast supremacists rise on E.D.N. III (KILLZONE)

2357: E.D.N. Claims war against mars under the Helghan empire flag. Second Extrasolar War. Helghan corps drive out all UNSC from the Alpha Centuri system. Although the Halghast empire control only the Alpha Centuri system, a cold war ensues between Helghast and the UNSC. Helghast successfully invade the nearby planet Vekta. They win because of their utilization of conduits, this is the first and only time Halghast allows conduits into their military.(KILLZONE)

The following centuries, Halghast infantry will consist of nanosuited(CRYSIS) Plasmid induced (BIOSHOCK) soldiers. UNSC will rely on nanosuited (CRYSIS) fully augmented (DEUS EX) soldiers. Plasmids cannot be used if someone is fully augmented. The Mars Alliance declares plasmids taboo. The Helghast empire prefer plasmids over augmentations because plasmids are more efficient due to their planets harsh conditions.

The Mars Allience refuses to accept conduits into they're society. (INFAMOUS/PROTOYPE). This is because they have proven themselves impossible to control. All super powered beings are forced to either hide ore surrender themselves to harsh government experimentation.

Halghast had tried to utilize super powered beings, but conduits proved that they were too superior to they're ranking officers. They would rise through the ranks too quickly, gaining too much influence dangerously too fast. For a time, many conduits were assassinated to stop them from moving up. Eventually, all conduits are declared "diseased", and are ordered to be killed on sight. This unfazed most conduits, because the Halghast empire covers less then 1% of they're home planet. Many Conduits live peacefully away from Halghan land. Helghast and conduits coexist on E.D.N. III in separate cities.

2357: UNSC starts the ORION project. (HALO)

2357: Helghan empire population is one billion. After the Second Extrasolar war(2357), during Helghat's succession movement, it was realized that Helghast would need a larger population to compete with Mar's booming population. Because Helghast did not have to resources to compete in colonization, Helghast worked to increase the populations on their system's planets. Helghast began implementing fertility drugs in all of the citizen's foods. The result was a rise in twin births. After years of population growth, there is now a 50% chance that Helghan citizens will conceive twins. There is a 16% chance that triplets will be conceived, a 5% chance that quadruplets will be born, and a 1 percent chance that quintuplets will be born.

2362: Nevec starts the frontier project that involves warming the planet. In reality, it was the efforts of a small group of unnamed snow pirates that allowed the project to move forward (LOST PLANET)

2371-2450: The Pendulum war breaks out in the south pole of planet Eden. As the planet begins to warm, Imulsion is discovered. This resource can provide limitless energy, and is found only in south pole. The south pole secedes from Helghast, internal fighting for the resource leads to a 79 year conflict. (GEARS OF WAR) Shortly after the war, Locust appear. Helghast lands were able to fend off the Locust, city-states had conduits that provided sufficient protection. Only the South Pole was wiped out by the Locust. (E-DAY GEARS OF WAR)

2362-2462: As the planet begins to heat up, dangerous wildlife begins to spur upon the planet. Several corporations withdraw from Eden, leaving thousands of people near the equator of the planet defenseless. (Borderlands)

2462: Nevec finishes "warming" ten percent of the planet. This, however, causes dormant dangerous akrid to awaken. The Helghast empire doesn't bother colonizing these forested areas, this is due to the fact that the terraformed jungles lack precious ores they want. Nevec on the other hand, starts manufacturing harmonizers and VS's for all they're military contractors. (LOST PLANET) The locust also come out of hibernation in an attempt to "Reclaim" they're planet. (GEARS OF WAR) Fortunately, the locust largely leave the humans alone. The locust that do attack human colonies are easily fended off thanks to the human's genetic mutations, nanosuits, and mecha technology.

2463: Events in Inversion take place on E.D.N. lll, in a city called Vanguard City. (INVERSION)

2490: 300 planets colonized by humans.

2494: A second Colony rebels against the United Mars government. The Mars government had used propaganda to unite the colonies against the Helghan empire, but as more communications are established and war crimes of the UNSC surface, colonies begin to secede from the Mars government. (HALO)

2495: Hundreds of Spartans are used as secret soldiers the following decades. (HALO) The Mars alliance had been kidnapping they're citizens to create spartans, this was purely to combat Halghast insurrection. After the second colony rebeled, the alliance begins kidnapping Halghast children for the spartan project. They've found that Halghast children have the perfect genes for spartan cybernetics. After this year, the spartan numbers will quatriple in size.

2511: The Helghast empire manages to create a secret base on one of Pluto's moons. Originally, it was established to attack the Mars, they instead discover that it is a Mass Rely and use it to secretly colonize distant planets. (MASS EFFECT/KILLZONE)

2519: Halghast have colonized two dozen planets. The Turians attack a Helghast Colony after they open an inactive Relay. Turians capture one of the colonies, Helghast retaliates by wiping out the Turian fleet. Although the Council tries to a establish peace, Helghast refuses the peace offer and claim full war against the Council. (MASS EFFECT / KILLZONE)

2523: Council engages Halghast on Pluto. There, the council contacts the Mars Government, thus forming an alliance against the Helghast empire. The Mars Government, however, never fully engages the Halghast empire, and instead only agree to supply the Council. (MASS EFFECT)

2525: Project Olympus is put into place by the Mars Alliance. After years of research thanks to the ORION project, average UNSC soldiers are now augmented with 100% survival rate. These augmentations fall short of the ones SPARTANs received, but they still are very helpful. They include, increased mussle mass, increased lung capacity, a decrease in reflex time by 30% and enchanced senses. Marines now wear Mark V SPI armor, now upgraded to enhance speed and strength, and are equipped with personal shielding, although it still falls short of MJOLNIR's capabilities. ODSTs have had their regular armor upgraded with personal shielding, improved alloys, and an improved HUD. (HALO)

2135: The "Ark Survivor" emerges. (RAGE)

2162: The Vault Dweller retrieves the water chip, but encounters a mutant that calls himself the Master, who is raising an army of genetically engineered Humans known as Super Mutants to retake the wastes and rebuild it under his rule. However, his goal includes Humanity's extinction and Super Mutants becoming the new dominate species of the planet. The Vault Dweller defeats the Master and his army scatters without his leadership. The Dweller then returns to Vault 13. He is denied access by the overseer and is exiled for his contact with the outside world. Furious, many of the inhabitants follow him.

July 2165: The Vault Dweller and his followers found the village of Arroyo.

October 2, 2188: The Vault Dweller's daughter is born.

2189: The New California Republic is formed, as are the Followers of the Apocalypse.

2210-2220: Taiwan renamed Neo-Arcania. After a large scale war on the island known as "The Elf wars," the leader of Neo-Arcania starts executing innocent reploids that speak against his government. This leads to a resistance movement, lead by Ciel and a legendary Reploid known as Zero. (MEGAMAN ZERO)

May 2241: Vault 13 receives a signal ordering their inhabitants to leave. A couple of days later, the doors open to reveal two squads of Enclave, remnants of the US government, soldiers waiting for them. Several are killed and the rest are captured. In the village of Arroyo, the grandson of the Vault Dweller, the Chosen One, leaves in search of a Garden of Eden Creation Kit (GECK) in order to save his failing village.

2242: The Chosen One succeeds in finding a GECK, but in his absence, Arroyo is attacked by the Enclave and its inhabitants abducted, intended to be used along with the inhabitants of Vault 13 in experiments to complete the Enclave's biological weapons. The Chosen One attacks the Enclave's oil rig and destroys it, rescuing the people of Vault 13 and Arroyo. Together and with the assistance of the GECK, they create a prosperous community.

2247: Three members of the Followers of the Apocalypse are captured by a tribe known as the Blackfoot for ransom. One of them uses his knowledge of warfare and tactics to train the tribals in fighting their enemies, earning their respect and leadership of the tribe. The Follower takes the name Caesar and uses the tribe to conquer neighboring tribes, adding their ranks to his own with every victory, eventually uniting dozens of tribes by force and destroying their identities. Caesar's Legion is born.

July 13, 2258: The Lone Wanderer is born, but his mother does not survive the experience.

2274: The NCR expands to the Mojave Wasteland, encountering Mr. House, the ruler of New Vegas who recruits three tribes as allies to form New Vegas. The New Vegas treaty is signed, 5% of the power generated by Hoover Dam is sent to New Vegas while the rest is sent back to California.

2277: The Lone Wanderer's father leaves Vault 101, forcing his son to flee for his own safety. The 19 year old travels the Capital Wasteland searching for his father, only to see him killed by the Enclave, who had fled to the east coast after their defeat at the hands of the Chosen One. The Lone Wanderer retrieves a GECK from Vault 87, assists a faction known as the Brotherhood of Steel, a group whose ancestors were US army deserters, in finishing the life work of his father, Protect Purity, and defeats the Enclave. He also assists a woman known as Moria Brown in writing the Wasteland Survival Guide, a book that is applauded as brilliantly researched and written. Despite the Lone Wanderer only doing research, the young woman states that he was the main author.

On the opposite side of the remains of America, the New California and Caesar's Legion clash in the Mojave Wasteland. The Legion attempted to take Hoover Dam, but the NCR was able to trick them into charging into Boulder City, which was rigged with explosives. The resulting explosion dealt heavy losses to the Legion, forcing them to retreat to the other side of the Colorado River, where they spent years regrouping. Angered at the failure of his men, Caesar orders his Legate to be covered it pitch, set on fire, and thrown into the Great Canyon.

2278: The NCR launches an invasion of Bitter Springs in response to the abduction and execution of soldiers. Due to a miscommunication, a group of First Recon snipers fire on a group of children, women and elderly. This is later recalled as the Bitter Springs Massacre.

2281: Conflict breaks out again between the NCR and Caesar's Legion again. Mr. House also hired a Courier to deliver a data chip disguised as an ordinary poker chip to him, but the Courier is intercepted and shot in the head twice before she is left for dead in a shallow grave. Over the weeks she makes a full recovery and sets out to hunt down the man that nearly killed her, who turns out to be the leader of the Tops, Benny. She cornered him in his private suite, disarmed him and then shot him five times in the chest with his own handgun. Upon learning of the true nature of the chip, she chose not to deliver it to Mr. House, and when the NCR, whom she had been helping ever since she set out to search for Benny, asked her to kill Mr. House, she did. The Courier latter helped the NCR win the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, where she killed the current Legate, Lanius in one on one combat, and then Caesar himself, breaking the back of the Legion and forcing them out of the Mojave.

2283: The east coast Brotherhood of Steel signs a treaty with settlements that it has established friendly ties with thanks to Project Purity. The Washington Confederacy is born. It begins to spread outward, towards the north and the west using technology salvaged from the Enclave and a massive robot known as Liberty Prime to eliminate all hostile forces with ease.

2286: The NCR pushes eastward, driving the Legion further back. Disorganized with the loss of their leader, the Legion was forced to abandon many strongholds that it had once held and flee to the uncharted lands in the east, raiding small tribes for supplies. However, before long they encountered the rapidly growing Confederacy and were forced to combat their highly trained troops and advanced technology. Eventually, the Legion was trapped in Tennessee, with the Confederacy on one end and the NCR on the other.

The Courier and the Lone Wanderer were both sent on missions to eliminate the remaining leaders of the Legion in the ruins of Nashvile. This mission proved to be a total success. While there, they encountered each other and mistook each other for enemies. They fought for hours, first using firearms, but then when their ammunition ran out they fought with knives and eventually in hand to hand when their knives broke. After a long and brutal battle in which neither combatant could gain the advantage, they both collapsed, too exhausted to even sit up. With nothing else to do, the two began to talk, learning much about each other and the factions that they were a part of, becoming friendly and realizing their misunderstanding. Eventually NCR and Confederate forces are sent to retrieve them, and make contact with each other for the first time. They later sent negotiation parties to meet each other, forming an alliance.

2289: The last remnants of the Legion are crushed. The NCR and the Confederacy sign the Treaty of Nashvile, which establishes the boarders of both nations, dividing the former United States of America in half.

2290: The Lone Wanderer and the Courier are wed.

As the years continued to pass, the people of America continued to rebuild. Industry and agriculture were reborn, while lacking the same scale as the Prewar world, it was more than enough to sustain the continent's now smaller population. However, they were not the only ones who had formed their own nations.

2294: A small fleet of ships, a couple of them military, dock on the east coast. All of them carry emissaries from nations in Europe and Asia. Accompanying each of the emissaries were individuals that were much like the Lone Wanderer and the Courier, talented and powerful people that had shaped the fate of their nations and defeated great enemies. The Liberator originated from the Russian Union, the Champion from the Royal British Empire, the Holy One from the Vatican, the Warrior from the Chinese Alliance and the Defender from the Japanese Federation.

2310: While delivering barrels filled with the strain of FEV that the NCR had started to produce to help develop the population of friendly Super Mutants, a truck breaks down near a Deathclaw nest, exposing several eggs. The eggs were taken for study, but when they hatch, the Deathclaws showed signs of increased intelligence and even the ability to speak. Bounties were put out for undamaged Deathclaw eggs in order to further this study.

2310 - 2525: Earth's populations continues to grow exponentially. Conduits, cyborgs, ghouls, and super-mutants work together to establish society on a torched planet. Earth tries to establish ties with the Mars alliance, but Mars refuses to associate themselves with the "tainted" earthlings. In a way, earth is more free than Mars, it is much more decentralized and has many more freedom than the Martian planets do.

Earth has no access to Promethean technology. Earth's space research is nearly non-existent. The societies of earth work primarily on settling and modernizing habitable areas of earth. The population will eventually reach three billion, then remain stagnant.

2314: The black marker is found on the Yucatan peninsula by followers of apocalypse. Research is started immediately. After the dangers are discovered, the entire peninsula is querentined for research purposes. No civlians are allowed to enter the region. (DEAD SPACE)

2363: Earth adopts terraforming technology from E.D.N. III, allowing earth to make once hostile areas of the planet hospitable again.

2364: Red Markers are made on islands in the pacific ocean. They're able to provide large amouns of natural energy to the mainland while safely away from civilian populations. (DEAD SPACE)

2441: Neo-Arcania is at peace. A law is passed on the island, reploids are required to have the lifespans of humans, while humans are required to have mechanical parts integreted into their bodies. Vent and Aile find bioemetal, it can essentially transform them into Megaman X. (MEGAMAN ZX)

2445: Grey and Ashe join the Hunters in Neo-Arcania. (MEGAMAN ZX:ADVENT)

2525: Due to the rising threat of "aliens", earth begins launching dozens of non-military space ships to establish itself as a space power.

Conduits are repressed by the Mars Allience and Helghast empire. By 2525, however, earth and E.D.N. hold large conduit populations. On E.D.N. III, forty percent of the population outside the Helghast territory was conduit, while sixty percent of earth's total population was Conduit. This was probably due to the fact that interracial marriage was romanticized by artists and storywriters on earth, and that they could share their works to E.D.N. III through Helios.

2528: Earth is admitted into the council. They do not, however, represent humanity as a whole, and instead earth becomes the "middle man" between the Citedel council and the Mars alliance. Promethean technology is finally shared with earth, over the next three decades earth's population will grow into five billion. Earth's colonies will grow to one billion.

Essentially, create a "league" of villains meant to track the prisoners down. Give them each unique personalities with contradicting personalities to capture/kill the main characters.

It takes place on essentially a prison island, on a mountain located in the continent of antartica. The United Nations want them away from civilian populations. They decide to implement propaganda to discourage the prisoners from ever trying to escape.

One prisoner, a young boy with no memory of how he got there(was probably born there) starts hearing voices in his head. Schizophrenia. The voices tell him "kill" "kill". And so he does. Believing that he is possessed by some kind of demon, the boy slowly starts murdering the other inmates.

The prisoners get afraid. Unsure who's doing the killings, It's either stay here and die or escape into the unknown world. Just as a small group of prisoners plan their escape, the guards of the prison vanish suddenly.

With no one left to watch the prisoners, the prison becomes a free-for-all. Years of isolation, fear, and rage get released all at once. Now, it's kill or be killed, escape and be free, or stay and have the freedom of anarchy.
