"Misha, you can take that tent over there for the night."

Brick pointed towards his temporary tent with his thumb. He hadn't even used it anyway. He didn't particularly care what she had to say to him at this point, either, since he had absolutely nothing to prove - and he was too tired to fight anyway.
Brick felt it was his moment to speak up, finally.

"Regardless of what happened... You did come to rescue him, and there was pretty much nothing that could stop you from doing it. That's gotta count for something."
Brick got up and moved to his temporary tent, where he cleared the camping supplies out of the way to retrieve his sleeping bag. He pulled it out of his tent and unrolled it, then laid it out properly in the tent. He walked out to the campfire and sat down again. He wondered what exactly had happened, but was very slowly starting to piece things together. Something spooked the kid, the two had some sort of argument, and he dove into the river. Was he trying to escape, or was he trying to end it all? He wondered if maybe Aya knew the answer, but decided against investigating while the two were both awake.
Brick eyed Misha annoyedly as she did so. He didn't care enough to get up for the time being, but if she tried to run off with him, he'd have to go out of his way to stop her.

He thought about lecturing her, but stopped when he saw her reaction to the kid's words.
Thinking about it a bit, this thread should probably be in the Free Roleplay section, given how it's going. Lots of speedposting.
"Alright, then. Anyway - Misha, I'm trusting you this time. He's probably still sleeping it off until his temperature gets back up, so try not to wake him, alright?"

With that, Brick led Misha to the fire and let go of her arm. "Take a seat, eh? Warm up a bit. Or don't, your choice."

He allowed himself to shift back into human form to take a seat... And holy shit did his back ache when he did. Gorillamode was clearly not something he should do very often. He kept an eye on Misha to ensure she didn't find a weapon somewhere or do something stupid.

He ran a hand across his chest. The blood had mostly started clotting, but there was a very weak ooze still going.
"She fought like a demon to come get her friend back. Pretty impressive, really. Could tell she really cares about him. Felt it would be better to bring her along than to let her efforts go completely to waste - y'know, let her see that he's being cared for."

Brick intentionally left out the bit about him having to effectively drag her back, kicking and screaming. He'd have to talk to Sacha in private about what he was hoping to accomplish.
Some time passed, and Brick finally reached the Rabin camp again, Misha in tow. There was still blood all over his chest, matting the fur slightly. It started to feel like the cut was on fire - meaning the endorphins had worn off. He'd have to get Aya's help for the first time. Hell of a day, he thought.

He announced his arrival to the camp. "It's Brick. We're back, and we brought a friend."
"I suppose you would rather have gone back to Fabine without your healer, and with a few rather nasty injuries to boot. This way is easier on everyone."

Brick shrugged and tugged her along back to camp. It shouldn't take terribly long, provided she didn't struggle much.
"Would you rather come hanging upside down?"

Brick made sure his grip was solid, but not painful, and he tugged her along towards the Rabin camp. She had given him two choices - either get stabbed in the back or kick her ass, and he chose the latter. While he enjoyed the fighting greatly, he felt as though it shouldn't have had to happen in the first place.
