Hey all. I'm a few sunsets over 30, and I live in Michigan.
I'm a former Marine, currently kind of going to school.
I've been RPing since AOL, so that's like <counts, then recounts, then sighs>, over 15 years.
I RP at an advance level.
I'm pretty awesome, but I'm kind of direct, prickly, and assertive in terms of the RPs I participate in and the people I RP with.

Well. My other question is should we start the first season like I did the ORIGINAL first season?
For those of you that weren't around, which is the vast majority of you, Season 1 started with ALL characters in a federal facility, isolated because all characters had some skill, trade or value that made them an asset and necessary after the war against the undead was won.
And it never was.
This skill could be a farmer, neurosurgeon, law enforcement, EMT, genius IQ, computer mainframe building, architects, blah blah blah.
Basically, the RP would "start" when all characters are released from their isolated cells. I can paint a prettier picture if necessary....

And holy shit. All of you guys, and girl, that were with Surviving: The End. I'm reading the stuff you had to say and I wanted to specifically say thanks.
In light of losing, basically everything, I had no intentions of coming back here. As I said, I'm RPing elsewhere and that's staying that way. But reading what you had to say made it not only hard, but damn near impossible to NOT come here, at least for this and for you all.
I hope that, to you all, and everyone else, this is a lesson I guess. Sometimes, the things you have to say affect people more than you know. Those words can make things happen.
So thanks my StE veterans. And everyone else. Like Azseth always says, "interest is contagious."

I think I'm back in.
A few notes. I'm now active on another site,and I'm not changing that.
This RP, Surviving: The End would be my "solo" project here.
A few things about this RP:
1. It's advanced level, or at least upper end of casual.
2. It's mature, violent, and there are adult situations, cussing, etc. If you are not ok with participating in an RP like this, I understand.
3. This is a zombie survival RP. This is NOT a "lol i killed 50 zombies, lets go kill more" RP. This RP is very character-centric. It will focus on characters, how they change and adapt, how they affect each other and how they interact. Not everyone will get along, and that's reality.
4. If you are the kind of person who flakes out of RPs, or loses interest, or after creating a character, you sputter out and need to be prodded back IC, do not waste my time or anyone else's. Go RP elsewhere.
5. This RP will NOT be fast paced or demanding in terms of posting expectations. I have a life, family, I'm a fulltime student and have friends. I don't want people posting 4 times and putting pressure on other people here. If you are going to RP in Surviving: The End, it will be at my pace. Again, if this is not something you can deal with, or if you are the type of person who will lose interest if there is no post for 3 or 4 days, please go elsewhere.
6. I'm harsh, abrasive, and very forward, especially with my expectations of players in my RPs. If you cannot handle that, again, feel free to move on. But as you may have read, I am... Not to toot my own horn, but this RP will last. With or without most of you. Give me a good player or two, and I'm ok with that. I do not need 10 or 16 people, 90% of whom will flake out and leave people in awkward places IC.
I'm not the best GM by any means, but I'm pretty fucking awesome. Enjoy the ride.
7. I will kill your characters in spectacular ways if you leave.
8. I am understanding and not brash. I will not kill chars or kick you out if you're gone for 4 days, or even a few weeks. If I see you active elsewhere, and you're not answering PMs, and not participating. You're char will be killed. As much as I hate players bailing, I LOOOVE killing their chars 5 times more.
Now. Obviously most of the original info was lost. By most, I mean pretty much everything. SO my question to the players who were around before:
Arlear, Celest, Fox, Zhal (sorry if I missed anyone else, but if you were around, feel free to answer). Do you want to start BRAND NEW, or continue from he place we left off before RPG tanked?
Also. If you want to chat, I'm on skype: Azseth or googletalk (or hangout now), just PM me for my info there. This invitation is extended to anyone.
I will start putting together the guts of the OOC stuff, but I need to know about where we wanna start before I get REALLY going.
