Yeah, and this sniper can also become a melee damage dealer as well. One thing I plan on him doing a lot is picking a few shots off with his sniper, maybe using some ice rounds to freeze the enemy in place, using Teleport to warp onto the battlefield and slash with his katana, taking a few shots with the pistol. Basically, he was a former assassin for the White Fang, but disagreed with killing innocents, so left. He is skilled in infiltration and silent takedowns.

Name: Lucas Lunaris

Bio: Lucas was once a member of the White Fang, back when they were a peaceful protesting group, however once things started to get violent, he left, wanting nothing to do with them anymore. He hides that he was once apart of the White Fang, but not the fact that he is a Faunus. He his proud of his nature and race and if anyone tries to give him crap about being a Faunus, he'll make them wish they hadn't. However, he doesn't support violence against people he doesn't feel deserve it, which is why he left the White Fang, who wanted to punish both the guilty and the innocent.
Semblance Name: Teleport
Description of Semblance: Allows Lucas to teleport from one spot to another instantly. He can take others with him if they are touching him.
Semblance Limitations: Lucas can only teleport to places he can see with his own eyes, and must be able to focus on the exact spot he will be. This cannot be done with pictures or video, unless it's a live feed, however he can use a mirror to teleport, as well as using his scope to teleport further distances. However, if he cannot focus, he won't be able to teleport, so, for instance, he wouldn't be able to teleport while being attacked, as he'd be focusing on the enemies.
Weapon: Katana with Sheath named Sogeki Ken (Literally means Sniper Sword). The sheath can transform into a pistol and used alongside the Katana, or he can attach the Katana to the sheath and turn the entire thing into a sniper rifle. Both the pistol and sniper take dust bullets
Favored Dust Element: Lightning for stunning bullets, but also uses Fire and Ice for burning and freezing
Other: As a cat Faunus, Lucas is able to see in the dark with his cat eyes, and also has increased hearing with his cat ears.

Beacon: Before the Fall

Welcome new students. I am Professor Ozpin, headmaster of Beacon Academy. You select few have been chosen to undertake our special schooling to train you and mold you into future Huntsman and Huntresses. Here you will learn the history of the Huntsman and Huntresses, why they are necessary, and what you need to know to stay alive. Starting off you'll be paired up with three other Huntsman and/or Huntresses, forming a team, whom you will be with until graduation, and possibly even afterwards. Soon, you will arrive, and I will be able to welcome you personally. Until then, farewell.

So, like I said in the interest check, this is an alternate universe RP for the show RWBY made by Rooster Teeth and the late Monty Oum. In this universe the main teams of the show don't exist (i.e. RWBY and JNPR) But in there place will be teams made up of our characters. We'll be starting out from the first season, which will setup our characters as teams and get the interactions between them, then later move onto season two with the Field Study with actual Huntsman and Huntresses, and finally season three with the Vital Festival and the Fall of Beacon, hence the name of the RP.

Basic RP and Forum rules apply, no god modding, now power plays, or controlling other characters without permission, no romance over PG13, yadda yadda. I'm mainly looking for at least three other people so we can at least have one team, but I will accept several people so we can get multiple. I'll even accept late entry's if we can get full teams, and introduce them as the story progresses, as some teams in the show didn't even get mentioned or seen until later.

Ok, we have enough people interested, so I'll post the OOC/Character thread soon. Also, love the Dr. Who reverence Karos. Question though, would his semblance work with only sight, or also sound? For example, a Faunus who can hear well enough, would they be able to close their eyes and hear him, or would it affect their ears as well, and not be able to focus on his own sounds.

Pokémon Battle Frontier

Chuck watched on, examining Shiranui's fighting style, and his Pokémon, just in case he ended up facing him in the Pokémon League. He knew the likeliness of him using those two Pokémon was slim, as well as the way he battled in contests was different from how he battled in regular battles, but he felt his research would pay off, especially after seeing him in the Battle Frontier as well.
