If the egg hatches (which it will for our characters) the dragon will come out, touch it's head to your hand. There will be a flash of light and you'll feel pain in your hand, and you'll find a glowing silver mark in your palm. Then, as per instructions, you'll pick up your dragon, and go off to the tables on the right and take a seat. You'll also be able to name your dragon too. Also, I recommend reading the books, so you can better understand what's going on. Google Play store has all four books as a bundle deal for like $20.

No order, just post what you do when your name is called. If you want to go first, go ahead, if not then wait for someone else. Just make your post when you want to. Something like 'Once his name was called he went up bla bla bla.' Otherwise, I would have to find an order for them have the elf call each individual name, have everyone wait while that one person posts, then wait for me to call the next name. This way, if you're on and want to post it, go ahead and post it. Then we only have to wait for those who aren't there to post when they come on, rather than people being here, being ready, but waiting for someone else to post first. Then once everyone else posts, we'll continue on.

"What kind of farmer gets armor like that!?" Tormir asked, raising an eyebrow. Before he could answer, the doors at the far end of the entrance hall opened to reveal a room full of dragon eggs. Several were brought out as a tall elf stepped out and said "We will call your names one by one. When your name is called, step forward and walk in front of the eggs, holding your left hand out. If an egg hatches, pick up your dragon and have a seat to the right. If no egg hatches, head back out to the gate and you will be taken home once everyone has been called!" He pulled out a list and began calling out names.

Well, for one thing, he would be arriving with a group, so he wouldn't be running late, as everyone got there at the same time. And of course he would be in the right place, as we haven't really moved much. We're literally just standing in an entrance hall, which is right past the gate, so he wouldn't have had to travel far. If you're looking for a way to interact, just introduce yourself, you don't need to be 'running late' and ask a question your character should already know the answer to.
