"Sounds like a plan." Chuck said. "I'm going to pop over to the Pokémon Center and get Bud fixed up, I'll catch up with you guys later."

"Alright. Now, as you know, you were all given these metal bracelets. Well, they actually contain a multitude of different devices to assist in the capture of ghosts. However, there will be three functions you'll be using more than any other, which are what I'll go over now." Zack said, hitting some buttons on his bracelet. "First, is the GPS feature, which contains a map of Amity Park and several markers, each representing one of you, and one for Fenton Works so no matter where you are in the city, you'll know where the others are, and how to get back here. Also, it'll allow Jaz to keep track of you guys and send you locations of ghost sightings from her tech setup here. The second function is a communication device, so you can keep in contact with eachother, and Jaz can call upon you if there is a ghost sighting as well as keep you updated. I must note though, that since the Ghost Zone is so vast and mostly unexplored, the GPS function does not work in there."

Chuck was up next against Totem Salazzle. He smirked and said "Let's go Bud! This trial is as good as ours!" sending out his Mudsdale. The Pokémon whinnied it's response, fired up. "Hit it with a High Horsepower!" Chuck said. Bud snorted and charged at Salazzle, ramming into it and dealing massive damage. The Totem Pokémon flipped while in the air and spit out a Toxic, hitting Bud in the face and temporarily blinding him in addition to the poison, allowing the Salazzle to follow up with a Venoshock, dealing extra damage due to it being poisoned from the Toxic. Chuck had to think fast and hopped onto the Mudsdale's back, rubbing his neck to calm him down and saying "You're going to have to trust me with this, ok Bud?" The Mudsdale nodded and snorted. "Good, then use High Horsepower and I'll direct you!" Chuck said, grabbing onto Bud's mane and guiding him as he began to charge. The Salazzle unleashed a Flamethrower, but with Chuck's guidance, Bud managed to avoid it and slammed right into the Totem, sending it to the edge of the arena and knocking it out. "Great job Bud! You did it! Rest and we'll get those eyes cleaned up in no time." Chuck said, climbing off him and returning him to his Pokeball.

"We have faith in you!" Chuck said, giving her a thumb's up.

"Alright, is everyone all set?" Zack asked, wanting to make sure before he continued.

Zack reverted back and collected all the thermoses, showing them how to deposit the ghosts back into the Ghost Zone. "Well, now that you know some of the basics of ghost combat..." Zack started to say, when Tucker and Sam came bursting in, out of breath, carrying three suitcases. "Sorry we're late!" Tucker said, setting them down in front of the new recruits. "I just finished them!" "Ah, perfect timing Tucker!" Zack said, smiling and turning to the others. "In these suitcases are your new outfits, as well as some ghost fighting gear Tucker designed. You already saw a piece of it in action, the wrist-mounted Fenton Thermos. The outfits are similar in design to your normal clothes, but have the Phantom Force logo on the chest." he stated. As he said, they would find outfits similar to their own, but with a PF (written in the same style as Danny's D) on the chest. Also in the suitcase were special metallic bracelets. "If you go ghost and put those on, they'll replace your current ghost outfit, then anytime you go ghost afterwards, no matter what you're wearing, you'll be in these outfits. The bracelets contain the wrist-mounted Fenton Thermos, as well as a variety of other gadgets that will be useful. There are some empty rooms in back you guys can get changed in, then we'll go over some of the devices."

Scion: A modern Odyssey

Not applying to this, as I don't do advanced, but just felt I had to post here anyways. I think it's amazing that you're doing a Scion based rp. I have done a one-shot in the past of Scion for tabletop and joined the kickstart for 2nd Ed, which is starting to come out now. Just glad to see another mythos/Scion fan!

"I'd like to say it was, but this has actually been happening a lot lately. We've also noticed random portals to the Ghost Zone opening up throughout the city, as if someone's been opening up the portals themselves, and sending them through." Zack said, as he blasted another ghost and sucked him up. "Tucker's been working on the Fenton Portal, trying to make it more stable and prevent ghosts from coming out, but no luck yet."

"Then let's go talk to her." Chuck said, walking up to the girl who just won her trial. "That was a great battle, I'm Chuck North from Lumiose City in Kalos, what's your name?"
