Name: Reginald Patrick Jameson III (Reggie James)
Age: 23
Ranger Designation: Green
Appearance: Reggie is a Jamaican-American with dark skin and black dreads beneath a multi-colored rastafarian hat. He has dark green eyes, a goatee, and wears baggy blue jeans, a green shirt with a pot leaf on it, black sneakers, and a plaid long sleeve button-up left open. He has a well-toned and fit body, though it'd be hard to tell due to his baggy clothes.
Personality: Reggie is a calm and laid-back individual. It'll take a great deal to dampen his mood, as he doesn't really let anything bother him amd is always having a good time.
Background: You'd be hard-pressed to believe it, but Reggie comes from a fairly well-off family. His (white) father, Reginald P. Jameson Jr. is a well-paid lawyer for Gaia Corp. who married a Jamaican singer who had been touring in America when they met. He was surprised, however, when his son turned out darker than both of them. He was undeterred by this and pushed for his son to go into law school, wanting him to follow in his footsteps, but Reggie took the money to instead fund his true passion, and opened a record store named Raptor Records, to his father's dismay and frustration. From then on his life was carefree, the only interruption being from his father trying to convince him to close down his shop and become a lawyer, until on day he recieved a package from Gaia Corp meant for his father, but sent to him by mistake. In it he found a green device and a toy pistol.
Other: His fighting style consists of a unique form of capoeira that focuses on breakdance moves. Also, he will almost always have a joint on him, either in his mouth, or tucked behind an ear.

Sorry to double post. I don't have time to make a character right now, since I have to go to work soon, but I'd like to reserve the Green Ranger, and am considering making a Jamaican/Rastafarian-style character, if that's ok with you.
I've been thinking about a Power Rangers RP ever since I learned about Hyper Force and how they've been officially recognized by Saban and added as part of the cannon. So I'm certainly interested, though I normally post in Free because I like the freedom of posting as much or as little as I feel like.
Especially with Protect and Substitute. Start off with a Protect to block a first attack, and activate the Toxic Orb, then use Substitute. After two turns, you heal off the Substitute damage, and you're protected during it. Then I also had Earthquake for STAB Ground, and Guillotine for hitting what Earthquake can't.
James, I used to use Poison Heal/Toxic Orb on a Gliscor I used to have for competitive battling.
"Ariel, go for another Moonblast!" Chuck said, the Primarina firing another blast at the Zoroark. "And for the record, I still have a Z-Move up my sleeve as well as four other Pokémon ready to take you on!" Chuck said. "But Zenni is still in the game! Aura Sphere on Lopunny!" The Mega Blastoise aimed it's giant back cannon at the Mega Lopunny and fired a boosted Aura Sphere, thanks to Mega Launcher.
