Then he began exploring the different regions, learning the legends and exploring ruins, temples, and excavation sites, as well as studying under the professors of each region. It was his goal to uncover every legend of this world and learn as much as he could about them. He would have loved to meet you guys, and all the Pokémon you've collected, since he did research on all of them. The last we heard of him, today 10 years ago, he was headed for a region known as Galar, to look into a possible pair of legends dealing with Pokémon seemingly based off a sword and a shield, potentially of the lupine variety. However, it was then that we lost contact with him. Even the International Police looked into it and couldn't find anything. It's like he just vanished into thin air."

"We all took the news pretty hard. Heck, it was the whole reason we moved to Kalos in the first place, they wanted to get away from the temple my brother researched at the start of his career." Chuck said with a sigh. "He'd always been fascinated by the mythologies of this world, it was his calling."

"Oh, hey guys." Chuck said, noticing his friends now. "I'd hoped to avoid you guys seeing me like this. Today is the anniversary of my older brother's death. Well, I say death, but it's really disappearance. It's juet, after 10 years, people just kinda assumed he was dead."

Bio: The Masked Shadow's origins and goals are unknown, however he seems to have some control over Marshadow, and utilizes many Pokémon revived from Fossils.

When Chuck got back up, a look of shock came on his face and he checked his phone. "As I thought, it is that day again... I need to call my parents. I'll catch up with you guys later!" he said, dialing up his parents.

Was just looking at the legendary list and remembered Chuck would get Marshadow, completely forgot when I decided to make beserker Chuck a result of it XD

Chuck slowly got to his feet, shaking his head. "Yeah, I'm fine. I don't know what happened though. One moment we found the guy who poisoned the Vulpix, next thing I know I feeling of intense rage washes over me and then I'm waking up in the snow." he said.
