Hitomi looked over the files she had been given and shakes her head sighing saying "Since I left the program everything seems to have fallen apart" she no longer thought of herself as a member of the breeds program as she had been assigned {Read: loaned to} the C.I.A where she actually thrived and also was broken of her dependance on needing praise from her higher up's like vlad had done to her when she was in the program.

"E.T.A to breeds HQ is 5 minutes ma'am" the driver of the military transport that was delevering supplies to the program says to Hitomi who only nods adjusting her handgun's holster that was on her thigh waiting the 5 minutes for the transport to stop in the garage saluting the driver and guards as she got out heading towards and then into the elevator then hitting the button to take her to the level that vlad's office was on.

Hitomi steped out of the elevator once it reached the level she needed to go using her clearance code to keep the guards from doing anything to her before entering vlad's office and sitting in his seat activating the PA system she smmirks saying "Vlad come to you office right now if you values the funding you gets for your program and also keeping yourself you of jail and a prossible deathrow cell" her voice cold and calm to relay she was serious about her threat to the breeds funding along with him being put on deathrow.

hitomi does have training on weapons and QCQ not as much as someone who's been in the military for years but she can handle most things XD

put it this way 1 guy went to a diff universe another to asgaurd <.< that was the idiots who hi-jacked the orginal RP also me and kat came up with Vlad as he is now *giggles* orginally he was just a no name head of the program vlad full name vladimir is the final version of my and kat's brainstorming XD also hitomi is gonna be different from her old version of basicly vlad's yes sir girl XD
