Crim i'm not 100% sure bout your char mainly for 2 reasons 1} You made your char sound like a cyber merc and 2} the war isn't silly it's more like the american revoltion but more futuristic and taking place in space and on earth

Question: How does a 13 year old know ALL E rank jutsu's? i mean there's literally a ton of them due to their low chakra useageand i don't see your char knowing what can be thousands of jutsu's by the age of 13 hell kakashi is famed for being able to use 1000 jutsu due his implanted sharingan eye and even then he has never been shown using more then a dozen jutsu out of the 1000 he knows and that's not even counting Clan and bloodline jutsu that'll be rank E for training or their own verson of standard jutsu.
