if you mean in gundam designs then I don't care what type you use be it U.C, C.E, A.C but if you mean timelines then it's similar to the U.C timeline but not exact

genetic engineering would be used by most to remove genetic diseases though some goes farther and chooses the eye and hair colour but they never alter a child's gender so really no coordinator/natural issues also I would like to keep the U.C and C.E {GS/GSD} separate how ever that's not to say that your gundam can't be a prototype unit your char stole ether from one of the militaries R&D colonies or another merc guild

Couple questions: By gundam type do you mean things like sniper or artillery? Are we politicking Gundams or regular Mobile Suits?

yes that's what I mean by type and I class gundams as ether so customized that it's hard to tell it's orginal unit design or type or a one of a kind unit, just so long as it's not a stock or near stock mass produce unit

The year is 2158 Earth and it's Colonies on Mars are at war.
The reason for this war is the destruction of a civilian convoy headed to earth from mars carrying a new ultra compact prototype fusion nuclear reactor was destroyed by a trigger happy commander who detected a radiological alert from the convoy due to a leak in the reactor containment shielding.
Mercenary Guilds once used by companies to protect their convoys now fight alongside the military on both sides of the war some fight for peace others to protect loved ones and yet some fight for money or just to fight.
One guild small in size how ever unnoticed by both sides have been looking into the cause of the war, some to bring peace to loved ones lost in the convoy, others too end the needless killing, but one thing is for sure and that is Fenrir will not stop until they find the true reason behind the convoys destruction and the real reason for the war.
