my idea with the fight club is that students mostly thos from the rougher neighberhoods gets together after the school is let out and uses one of the schools old storage buildings to host a fightclub but unlike normal fights these last untill 1 can't stand back up while people mostly thos from gangs would bet on who would win with a percentage going to the fighters as payment there would be some people in the fight club from higher standing/rich families there ether to make money from bets or just for a thrill

Myst looked out over the rainy spring morning cityscape of newyork from her room that was in the penthouse apartment that she and her mother lived in the building being across the street from the order's HQ so that thos of the higher teirs of the order and their families was close to their work and for any children they are protected along with being near one of the order ran schools.

"Such a cheerfully gloomy morning" Myst says in a sarcastic tone of voice as she lothed the rain as she didn't like how it was cold and wished the orders HQ was in a warmer location so she wouldn't have to put up with the cold rain on cold days before sighing and putting her warm trenchcoat on over her normal clothes laced with heating runes to keep her warm even tho her clothes tended to be more at home in the tropicals then a place like new york before she left to go on her partrols around one of the neighborhoods that had a higher then normal proverty rate.

MonsieurShade - accepted with the new limits on your char's abiiltes also magic is publicly known it's just something that not everyone uses your char's father could've been one of the ones from the older generation before surfire tech to spot magic users at a young age and slipped through the cracks so to speak.

the order wouldn't just kill a family cause a member of the family developed magical abilities they would be ordered to register that they have a magic user(s) in their family if not registered they would be labeled outlaws to be hunted by the order, also please put a limit on the offensive and defensive abilities as all 3 abilites you char has can make him a OP'd bording god-mod char MonsieurShade

Bio: Daughter of Noctis Adrianna Myst has been among the top of the Enforcers and the Orders training list but records of her are kept to only the top of the Enforcers and thos in the Order to prevent anyone from figuring out that Noctis Adrianna's kindness is because of her daughter offten called Lady Myst in public she is also well known as being an extremly fair person judging the oulaws she catchs as ether a danger to others or just someone who doesn't wish to be a known magic user, what very few people do know is she actively helps some outlaws like her older brother/best friend/potental lover who is among the top of the list of wanted outlaws.
