Bio

I've been doing this roleplaying thing since high school, which was more years ago than I care to mention. Suffice to say, it's been a while. I've graduated from college, and I fill my free time with roleplaying either on forums or with friends IRL. Along with random fantasy roleplays online and whatnot, I also play various pen-and-paper games like Dungeons and Dragons, Shadowrun, Exalted, and various World of Darkness games.

I spend a good bit of time online in the evening, and I snipe in replies throughout the day when I can. Fantasy is the main genre that I enjoy, but I will also delve into…pretty much anything that isn't Sci-Fi or Furry. I like to watch Sci-Fi movies and the like, but it's never been something I enjoy to roleplay. Furry just has no appeal to me. Sorry.

I take PM roleplays primarily. Main pairings that I'll do are MxM and the occasional MxF. I will not do FxF.

If you're interested in a roleplay with me, shoot me a PM and we can discuss it. I don't care whether you are personally male, female, or non-identifying. What I do care about is that you are 18 or older, seeing as 99.99% of the roleplays I do involve mature themes.

Thanks for reading, and have a wonderful day!

If you decide to run a VtM game, I will likely join it. Been itching to go back to that lately, since my in-person gaming group has moved on to other games and systems.
Favorite Anime Series

Let's see... I have quite a few that I enjoy. Kuroshitsuji has been one of my favorites, though I enjoy the manga far more than the anime. Other favorites include Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Code Geass, Rurouni Kenshin, Pokemon, Trigun, Death Note, and Kyou Kara Maou.

Why I Like Anime

Many, many reasons. I love the art style, for one. Most of the shows I watch have no small amount of eye candy in terms of the artwork and how the characters in particular are drawn. I like the range of appeal they have to viewers, especially since "cartoons" are usually seen as being something children would watch. I'm very happy with the mature themes, difficult concepts, and general brilliance that makes anime series appealing to adults. I also love the fans. Anime conventions are a lot of fun to attend, and if you haven't gone to one, I suggest going at some point. There are some incredibly talented and otherwise amazing fans of these shows.

Recommendation

The best anime that I've encountered is probably Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I'd always recommend that one to someone who is new to anime. But recently, I've been recommending Code Geass to those who haven't yet seen it. That show has me by the heart and soul right now, since I only started watching it a couple days ago.
Dillan's kinda on the short side himself. Not Deku-short, but still lacking in height. Besides, being on the ground is boring. It's much more fun to make himself into the weirdest flag anyone has ever seen.
Finally got the chance to post. Woot.
When the time of the parade approached, West Clock Town's various merchant stalls seemed to be steadily losing customers in favor of gathering along the parade route. That suited Dillan just fine, since he had no intention of missing the parade. He wanted to see history in the making, his job be damned. He wasn't just at the carnival to sell things, even if his bosses insisted otherwise.

"All right, you lot," he addressed the group still at his stand. "I'm closing up shop for lunch. Go see the Ikana soldiers on parade! History and all that!" He paused awkwardly, then added, "Shoo!" The crowd dispersed, and he quickly packed up the weapons and trinkets that remained. The stand would be there when he got back, since it was reserved. He intended to do a little wandering after the parade ended, though. It wasn't going to call him back quite so soon.

He stuck a sign on the top of the counter that read "Food is good. You should get some." with a badly-drawn cartoon face with its tongue sticking out below the words. He emerged from behind the stand and hurried to South Clock Town, trying to find a spot where he could see the parade route.

The sea of heads was making line of sight really difficult to obtain. He'd need to get some higher ground, which had him digging in his satchel for one of his metal gauntlets. He attached the climbing claw to the gauntlet and to one of his boots, then ran a few quick steps up the side of a wooden wall. Right when he could no longer defy gravity, he slammed the claw into the wooden surface, sticking it in there so he could dangle. He dug the boot-claw into a spot lower down for added stability, perfectly content to watch the parade from there.
I'll post sometime in the next couple days. Been busy studying for a test.
Deeeeeeeeerv! *dies*
Archetype for Dillan... "Enigmatic Fun-Loving Inventor."

And I'd be fine with a time skip. I don't think anyone was trying to talk to Dillan right now, anyway.
Yeah... Playing Dark Souls has only cemented my preference for dodgy characters over tanky ones.
Aaaaaaaaaand Alex left. Apparently Dillan had crossed a line with the poison joke. Oops. He hadn't expected her to react like that, though. There had been lots of thoughts buzzing around in that head of hers, judging by the look on her face, and then she'd just...left. Did he hit too close to home somehow? He couldn't have known that. He knew nothing about this girl, save the name she told him. Oh well. If he saw her again, he'd apologize. He didn't like it when he accidentally made someone leave.

His attention turned back to the customers, some of which were glad that Alex had moved along. They could buy Dillan's wares now, and he sold a couple of the toys and an ornate dagger in the next few minutes. He continued to sit on the counter customer-side, too comfortable to move. Besides, his terrible outfit was on full display when he was in the open like this. Made it easier to attract attention.

"Have a nice day," he told one of the customers as she left with a new toy for her son. "Enjoy the carnival." He certainly hoped it would be a good one, aside from the history-making arrival of the Ikana crowd. Their gates opening again was big news. He was extremely curious as to why they'd shut their doors in the first place. Just what had been going on there? Maybe after the carnival, he'd take a little time off from work and explore the canyon. Yes, that sounded like a wonderful idea.
