-Love- That isn't mean. It's the right thing to do. If a child does something wrong, the only caring way to deal with it is to discipline them, to show them that what they did was wrong, that it has consequences. To not discipline is to not love.

-Love (pink strand)- It matters not whether you love. And, love is many things, including telling others what they need to hear. Sometimes that hurts. But it is never mean.
