SSWThings like the lancelot. It has more protection, energy shielding, and has even more mobility then normal Knightmare Frames.
It essentially eliminates the weakness of the stock Frames(Unable to take hits) while improving on their previous strengths; mobility and speed.
However there aren't many of those just laying around here, so doubt they'll be relevant unless a named character uses them.

Nickname: Witch of Compression and Decompression (Two separate titles she made into one), Witch of Control, Witch of Absorption, and Ex President of The Lambdadelta Fanclub

Equipment: Two Lances, Two Dueling Revolvers, Pillow, Her Furniture (Servants), Library Fleet(City of Books), Support from Heaven and Pendragon.
Abilities:
Red and Blue Truth(And Golden, if the conditions are correct)- Standard fare for a Witch
Voyager Class Witch- At the class of a "witch of the Senate".
Magic Compendium- Has absolute authority over the magical foundations listed under nickname. She is the only one who holds and can use these titles, conceptually speaking.
Observers Authority- An authority granted by the Senate and Great Court. It is a special authority that can be invoked by the user to exercise all proper abilities of a true "observer". Used for investigative purposes.
Detective's Authority: An authority given to one who is a detective. It is a much weaker form of Observers Authority, and only comes with one positive. Given that she is a detective, she can deny magical feats and the such, however, they must comply with both Knox and Dine. In her home Kakera, Carmilla started off as a detective who later transcended into a Witch.

Appearance: Isn't she a ray of sunshine? When commanding the Library Fleet, a pirate hat magically appears on her head.

Dispatched by the City of Books to lead the Library Fleet as acting Second-In-Command. She is the other "consul" of the senate. A rather lazy witch, one who would rather spend their time throwing a tea party than exploring around the Kakera Sea. And unlike almost every other Witch, Carmilla is rarely ever bored. She is the type of person who could be locked in their room for years, yet still manage to find some way to entertain herself. The only witch to not possess a witch's greatest enemy, boredom. While she would rather spend her time playing with her birds at home, she doesn't all mind observing this game board with Mereana. With doom lacking all around the tale, the despair will surely make her tea taste much better.
A sadistically playful witch, one who only wants to see the look of suffering on another's face, with a few exceptions of course. While she doesn't have to be the one doing it, she has much more fun when she is the one causing such a miserable look on their face. It could even be considered orgasmic to her. (She does have a tendency to act like whenever she is making another hurt.)
The main reason why she is able to ward of boredom is because she has desire. Once she states that she wants something, she will go to the ends of the kakera sea for it. This could take several minutes, or hundreds of years. And as soon as she finds whatever she wanted, she'll find something else she wants. The true representation of Greed, and she is proud of it.
She stopped being the head of The Lambdadelta Fanclub when Lambdadelta didn't go to one of Carmilla's tea parties. Carmilla is still quite a bit angry about this, probably not the best topic to touch.

Old god tier characters stay where they are, unaffected. Their RPers can choose to nerf them if they like(To RP a weakened character for fun like Magus said). But that is their choice.
New god tier characters are nerfed down to more "average" levels and are no longer god tier.
Well if it's this big of a problem I can just delete the Featherine app. Guy already said they're dropping Demonbane in favor of Enkidu, so that's also resolved.
