"Yes, darling, in all it's dark evilness." Ash replied. "Good thing I came along to help lighten things up."

"No, no. Close but no. No. Yes, that's it!" Lydia replied turning back into herself with a grin. "Okay, second clue." She said before turning into a giant eyeball. This was honestly an easy one.

"Perhaps we talk to Abby about this. It's his doing after all." Ash suggested. "The only problem is finding him."

LYDIA

"Yes, perfect!" Lydia exclaimed. "It one word but three clues." She said before holding up a finger to indicate the first clue before turning herself into a Tupperware container and opening the lid.

"I don't know anything about being a ghost! I thought you could just bibbidi bobbidi boo me back!" Lydia exclaimed, starting to freak out.

"Now, now, there's no need to panic. I'm sure we'll find a way to get you back." Ash said, trying to keep both of them calm.

LYDIA

"I don't want your money. As for my name, I can't say it, like at all. Can't write it, the letters get jumbled. Same with spelling." She explained, a little frustrated. Come on, sucker, I need you to say my name. She thought to herself.

"Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice." Lydia said, smirking as she unsummoned him, proving she was herself. "Why did this Abaddon bring me here?"

LYDIA

"Wait, you can...see me?" Lydia asked, tears of joy stinging her eyes. Finally, someone who could see her! She was going to have a new best friend! Wait a second, aiming for the birdbath? He was going to-

"NOOOOO!" She shouted before composing herself. "I mean, no. Look, you could use a buddy, right? Don't cha want a pal? Don't end yourself dude, stand up for yourself. I can be your friend if you just say my name."

LYDIA

I like everything and you do have a point about the wedding part. Technically she's older than him by centuries and he is of marrying age, so there's no huge age difference like the movie and musical. We could have it. Oh, a fun fact; the color of Lydia's dress in movie (maybe musical idk) actually ties into an old rhyme. Dressed in red, better off dead. It works considering Lyds will go power hungry once human causing Beej to kill her in order to stop her.
