How are things handled without stats?
True that, and then those creeps start to complain that your character is "unrealistic" for not being romantic as far as the story is concerned.

Do they honestly think they're that charming, or do they just think everyone else is as pervy as them?
Original pitch:

Your character sheet should look something like this:
Name
Species
Background
Notable Skills

The background doesn't have to be too long, simply provide where you're from and your general personality. Include a picture if you want, but it isn't necessary.
The Lost Land – a place beyond our concepts of space and time, where every moment of every dimension will eventually come to pass over its dense jungles and sprawling deserts.

This is a world where a squad of World War 2 soldiers could be attacked by a pack of velicoraptors, where a village of tribesmen could be overrun by a mass of zombies, where an insect hive could form a treaty with a city of robots.

Some are born into this world, to primitive tribes or even advanced societies that have managed to hold on to their old ways, and some are brought into it. These people come alone or in groups, mostly by accident, from all time periods and a multitude of different worlds.
Rare inhabitants of this Lost Land feel a certain urge, a pull toward lands unknown that they can't ignore – you are one of these people, and you've found companions who feel the same way. Maybe, just maybe, you could survive the dangers of The Land, and find out just where you're being drawn, and what exactly is drawing you. . .

The Lost Land is a roleplay all about freedom; the freedom to be absolutely any character you'd like in a setting that has everything. If you get bored with your character you could even have him killed off to play as a new one, and if you don't have time to continue with the game you can leave just as easily.

I'll be using a simplified version of the Mercenaries, Spies and Private Eyes system, but you can easily ignore it if you want to – so please specify whether or not you want more details on that.

What kind of style are you looking for? Setting-wise, I mean.
I've never played d20 before but I could learn, I'm a big fan of cyberpunk games.
I'm going to assume it is.

Anyone else interested in running a Robin Hood rp?

If not I could do it, provided everyone is interested.

We could use the characters here and start right away.
It would be easy to work a new character in later, if you don't have the time right now.
Not from Robin Hood or his merry men sure, but certainly from everyone else. It's not like she started out in Robin's band, she had a life before that which means that sexism is something she would have had to contend with and would most definitely be reflected in her history.

Of course, I was specifically referring to the Merry Men.
<Snipped quote by Guardian Angel Haruki>

there has to be a very serious reason why she have enough freedom to become a minstrel and why she would be allowed into Robin Hood's gang.

We aren't going for total historical accuracy here, she probably won't have to worry about sexism from Robin Hood.
