Personality: friendly, reasonable, likes girly things like flowers, boy bands and make-up, but also has a strong sense of justice and refuses to kill her enemies; also has a short temper and often misuses her fire spells if she's provoked
Abilities/Weapons: offensive fire and light magic, flight
Backstory: Kilphy is the leader of the Mecha-Magic Peacekeeping Force in her universe. They are a group of five futuristic magical girls who defend their own galaxy from various threats, whether alien or local. Their escapades accidentally led them to discover about UMMA and the multiverse through a freak wormhole that occurred when their combined powers collided against Sheol's energy in a massive explosion. After entering this new universe, the MMPF learn about the role of Agents in UMMA and decide to enlist as observers for their universe, and also because they discovered that Sheol joined Shadow Eternity. The other four MMPF members promise to remain silent about the multiverse as they return to their world while Kilphy remains in UMMA to fend Sheol. The five Agents still stay in contact with other, and Kilphy's partners can return to help if the situation is extremely dire.
Aside from her Agent duties, Kilphy likes to make friends with people from different worlds and interact with them. She will gladly lend her support to others when Sheol isn't causing trouble. When he is around though, Kilphy tries to make stopping him her top priority, even if it means having to be sidetracked from her comrades for a bit.

Personality: self-centered, cunning, a little overdramatic at times; despite his superhuman strength and violent attitude, he is somewhat difficult to take seriously due to his campiness
Abilities/Weapons: protective armor that surrounds his body, bone-like steel swords, dark energy blasts
Backstory: Darcy was once a paraplegic shut-in who was always picked on for his obsession with anime, video games, television, comic books, basically anything that dealt with fictional characters. Meanwhile out in the galaxy, wars were being waged between demons for galactic domination. One demon had landed near his house; Darcy went out to investigate and found the demon Sheol, nearly dead from his battle against another demon. The monster offered the boy a Faustian Pact so it could survive. In exchange for losing his humanity and becoming a Human-Demon chimera, Darcy would have great evil power at his disposal. Shunned by those around him, he accepted the Pact and allowed Sheol to fuse with his spine, allowing him to finally walk. Their personalities likewise fused into one; the new chimera had Sheol's lust for domination and Darcy's fascination with fictional worlds.
Since then, Darcy Sheol has sought to dominate as many planets as possible and proclaim his superiority over others, but his encounters with the MMPF have prevented this from happening. During a particularly fierce battle against them, their combined energy collided and accidentally created a wormhole to the multiverse. He learned more about this hub to the multiverse and saw many possibilities in extending his control beyond the boundary of just one universe. He joined Shadow Eternity because, although uncertain about the group's true intentions, he refuses to be on the same side as the MMPF.

If anyone is up for rescuing survivors over beating up liquefied zombies, I would be willing to have CB partner up with at least one or two other heroes (although she won't say she was hired). In my latest post, it's mentioned that she doesn't like big crowds, so if a big group happened, she would want to get out of it.
Chaotic Blue finally reached the outer border of Carter Hills before the quarantine barrier the police were maintaining. She landed right next to several officers, still invisible and her boots not making sound upon impact, as she wanted to overhear any crucial information she could use in rescuing Jennifer Tilley.
"Several superpowered persons entered the area and fought against Tox's mutant creatures. We're still not sure if they're under his control or if they're a result of the radioactive explosion he caused," a junior officer reported to his captain.
"Che. As if things aren't complicated enough without those costumed freaks waltzing in and doing whatever they want," the captain scoffed. "What's the status on the search for survivors?"
"The SWAT team hasn't been able to investigate underground due to the toxic mutants infesting the area. There might be a chance to find survivors, but we can't proceed until we thin out the mutants' numbers."
Chaotic Blue took note of the junior's words and leaped onto a streetlight before venturing into the quarantine zone proper. It made sense to her that if anyone survived Tox's attack, they would have to retreat underground - ironic, considering that toxins were mostly found in sewers and poorly-maintained warehouses. Now the reverse was true. The ninja didn't let this get to her and continued into the zone.
That was when Chaotic Blue spotted several super-beings on the streets below where she perched. She remained invisible, not wanting to attract any attention from various odd folks like a girl in a pizza delivery outfit, some gentleman with a crude mask over his mouth, another man summoning horrors from some dimensional pocket to fight the melting-zombie horrors, and several others. If Chaotic Blue had a weakness, it was that she couldn't tolerate crowds. This impromptu ensemble wasn't to her taste, so she opted to stay low, finish her job and get the hell out of there.

I have character designs pre-made for the Precure series if you don't mind picking OCs that I made up. Otherwise, there's someone else interested in a Madoka Magica story if we want to expand it into the Casual category. I also wouldn't mind doing a Sailor Moon story if it's set after Stars, since I had ideas for an Animamate who defected from Sailor Galaxia's rule while her compatriots (Iron Mouse, Aluminum Siren, etc.) joined her cause. It's your pick cuz I can't decide.

Krile and Krita are heading to the fountain to stock up on water if they could meet Cain there. If nothing happens, the twins will be on their way to Deidon Hold after that.
