Personality: A Spectre known for his brutality and ruthlessness but this was so he could do everything necessary to keep the galaxy safe from evil such as the batarians, even if it meant killing people.
Abilities: Not only is he a Biotic (an Biotic individuals can knock enemies over from a distance, lift them into the air, generate gravitational vortices to tear obstacles or enemies apart, or create protective barriers.) but most importantly He was a Spectre, which are in a sense supposed to be the best of the best, but he's considered the best Spectre. The only reason the Council puts up with his methods is because they always work.
