Ok your good. Just fix the bio like in the pm and your good. I'll update and make character list as well as update the kingdoms list. I would now but I'm on my phone and I might mess up.
The shadow magic is ok but a kingdom made up of mostly demons is concerning. Now you did say they are good but demons are still easily manipulate by a rage for power. Demons are very powerful beings and a kingdom of them may cause a lot more problems. If it has demons, that is ok but to be made up of demons is a problem.

@Cephly- not sure. It doesn't look bad but the forbidden were really the only ones to use dark magic. You would have to be careful, those who see you use dark magic will assume many things. I'll get my co gms opinion before I decide. And Saeko has to say its ok for you to be in the kingdom she made.
@Charak- you also have an ability that can bind a person to a place for a week. That is more than enough time to die of dehydration. Plus, the only reason why your character is really doing anything is because you assume the forbidden use necromancy, however, they only use dark magic. @Charak: I see where you are coming from it there is one thing that primarily concerns me. Death touch is an extremely powerful ability, I need to know its limitations, for instance it's cool down time, and I need to know if you can only do that ability through skin contact.
Another thing is the whole undead thing. I'm not sure how it would play out. Most undead are driven by corrupt and you with out a doubt would be hunted by the paladins and be labeled an abomination.
Also that there is a certain thing that is suppose to be in other: so go back to look at the rules.

Over time, he has developed expert marksmanship and mastery of martial arts making him extremely lethal in hand to hand combat.
Equipment: His suit, rifle armed with shock rounds, concussion rounds, as well as tranquilizer darts ranging from different doses. He also carries breach explosives as well as stun grenades and flash bangs. He also carriers deployable energy shields. Jack has spent years training and hunting down super powered beings for the organization. It doesn't matter who you are, if your name pops up, Jack hunts. Jack has captured many people for the organization and even gained his powers through the experiments. He was recently given a list of names that he found interesting. Those names belonged to members of the teen titans.
