They experiment a lot. That's how Jack got his powers. It wouldn't take long for them to find out about her blood. Also, if she escapes after they get a blood sample, they would use her blood to develope a neurotoxin that would only effect her. That way she we be easier to recapture.
They would be confused at first, but once they found out, they would contact the tamaraneans. But only when they have her in their possession. Then they would contact them and offer a trade. The girl for tamaranean technology.
I'm just trying to get up a reputation for dark matters goons to tell him. If dark matter hears someone grabbed serenity in one swoop even with the other titans there, then he would definitely be interested. Also I think that he should grab her and get away but the evac doesn't get to him in time and the titans manage to rescue her. I think that's a good start.

Sorry for a bit of speed posting. I'm really trying to grab serenity before her buddies do. Jack says no to the force fields. You can tell cuz I put the phrase "hauling ass" in my post.
Jack saw Serenity pass out in the confusion. "Nows my chance." He dove over her, picking her up in the process and took off running. He completely ignored everything else. He didn't care about what Sam did or said. He had a target knocked out and now was the time. He lifted Serenity and hauled ass away from the scene. "A chase scene. This should be good." He began throwing other smoke grenades and stun grenades behind him to cover his trail. He had Serentiy and he didn't care about capturing anyone else at the moment.
The shadow complex has gapped medical record on every target. Every target is studied and watched for months before it is finally decided to hunt them. That is why jack targeted Serenity first. He knew her shields would be a problem. He didn't know that they could generate at the speed that they did to block his bullet that is good. It is through these hunts that the complex gathers more data so that when one hunter fails, the next wont.
My post I feel is the best way to combat the titans at this moment. Not sure how it will play out though. I kinda feel like I'm cheating though.
Jack wasn't ready to give the titans any breathing room. While invisible, he jumped from a roof top and tossed several stun grenades at the group of titans. When the stun grenades went off, it would temporarily disorientate their sight, hearing, and reflexes. He also had his pistol out with concussion rounds and open fire on the two summoned animals. He aimed for head shots. The stun grenades were followed by smoke grenades. The smoke began to fill the area as Jack landed near the group. His visor changed to thermal so he could see through the smoke. He tossed several breach charges around the group and jumped out of the smoke. He pulled out the detonator and set off the breach charges hoping to send the titans into a world of confusion. Of course none of this was lethal...but it was going to hurt. He knew that some of titans would get out of the trouble but there was always going to be a straggler.
@blue- If you are worried about the exploding thing, you could say she can only make force fields where she can see. She can't see inside a person.
@Lucius- I also though of a way that Dark matter could find out about Jack. Instead of bumping into each other, what if dark matter hears from his goons about jack? I'm sure Dark matter won't like the idea of another guy ruining around with more high tech equipment than him.
