I would have to say that maids aren't entirely pointless. They give a point of view that a knight can't. Yes, a knight shows the sides of the battlefield and troubles on the front lines but a maid is more inside the the heart of the kingdom where the most serious problems are discussed. A maid can show an angle that a king or queen can't either. A king or queen may see the problems directly but a maid is more open to hear a problem that most knights will never know about. Maids are the eyes and ears a knight will never have.

Jack heard the figure talk but didn't care. The figure gave jack information and that was it. Jack planned on the titans coming to help. Jack walked over to Serenity and put a strange vest on her. "This best is armed with high grade explosives. They are also copper plated so they can't be deactivated without a special code. They are rigged to blow by a dead man switch that I am holding. In case you are wondering, a dead man switch is detonated explosives when my thumb comes off of the button. Now I don't intend to kill you but let's see your friends counter this plan." Jack deactivated the explosives and loaded his weapons. He then reactivated the explosives wen he held the detonator. "I hope your fiends show up. It's going to be so exciting to see the look on their faces when they realize your predicament. Also, I wouldn't try taking that vest off. You will find it rather...shocking." Jack said as a hint to what would happen of she tried to remove the vest. "I know there's a secret you are keeping about yourself. The way you broke that blood vile. That really gave it away. I'm not sure what it is yet though. Do you honestly think I'm dumb enough to put all your blood in one vile? I have another one hidden. You broke a vile with half of the blood I took. Now I don't plan on telling you where this vile is but I can tell where it is going to be soon."

I have read and gotten caught up on everything and I hate to tell y'all that communicator thing won't work out well. Yea you can trace Serenity, though that is exactly what Jack wants. But Jason having a communicator for the complex is literally impossible seeing as how he has just now become a target and this Jack is the first shadow complex agent he is to encounter.

I'm not saying you had to tell me how to kill your character. I'm very observing in situations.

I'm just saying there are instances I have encountered with hidden activities that are ridiculous. I've had people say they have rigged entire cities to blow up with actually saying their character has done it. I've had people magically discover the weakness of someone they have never encountered, and they have done this through hidden activities.

I'm not saying you will do that, I'm just hoping you have boundaries when it comes to them.

I understand where you are coming from on that point. There are some rp's where I state places I had my character set traps and then everyone else seems to magically know where they are or somehow avoid all of them.

Well remember, just because you put something in a post, doesn't mean we know. You could have described that it is a robot or whatever and then described that the lightning would make it hard to tell instead of having it be a hidden activity.

I could put in a post that jack snuck out and is cloaked looking for you. Doesn't mean dark matter knows that.

Jack walked up to Serenity and grabbed her by the throat. He then began dragging her to the table. "I intended on being rather nice about all of this but I guess that isn't going to happen." He lifted her up and slammed her on the table. He followed by restraining her and drugging her. "Get out of that and I won't hesitate to cut off your leg." Jack then heard a shock mine go off by something that tried to enter stopping who ever it was from making past the front door. Jack quickly went invisible and switched his visor so he could see through the walls.

Well that pile of junk won't make it past the front door.

Also, that is a hidden activity, in some cases they are okay but many people use them as a cheap exploit.

Hiding won't help either, doesn't matter if you tell me where he is or not. His visor has a setting that allows him to see through walls.
