With Jacks scans complete he had his destination. The base was dark and silent. Not a gust of wind or a sound to echo except the sound of his footsteps. He limped through the halls toward the power source. He looked to see it was from a model similar to his. It was like him but an older model. "I'm sorry for this." He drained the remaining power form the robot that sat before him. "I'll bring you back one day." He began to limp away when the power for the part of the facility he was in. "Looks like I'm not alone." He then walked to the robot repair line. He was lucky to find the tools and supplies to repair the plating on his leg. The wires and circuits couldn't be much better but atleast they were better protected form suffering more damage. Jack figured that because he used the repair line that who ever turned the power on would know it was just used. Jack then responded to the emergency message with the code word. "Fleece." [Code word accepted] "This IU MK-5 number 34829. Nicknamed 'Jack' broadcasting on immediate emergency frequency. If you can hear...respond immediately." Jack was waiting for a response while moving to the armory that his scanners pick up earlier. Once he had reached it he grabbed an extra pistol and rifle. He picked up the ammunition that was there and for his designated guns. He was designed to carry ammunition and provide combat support so this wouldn't make much of a difference to him. "I repeat. This is IU MK-5 number 34829. Nicknamed 'Jack'. Code word is Fleece. If you can here me broad casting on this emergency frequency then respond immediately."

Well I would suppose they all have something that would enable them to pick up frequencies. It would explain how they would be given new directives and such but it makes sense to ask.

Wondering how to respond to it. If I respond with the code word, then I would also be broadcasting on that frequency. Then I could also have Jack use the repair facility which I'm sure would alert Instaurabo since it would then be in use instead of just on.

I was asking because he was designed to carry ammunition to other squads. So I thought that mighty allow me to carry more ammo than most infantry units to an extent. I do know that the more ammo, the more weight. I was just wondering.

Name: IU MK-5 number 34829. Nicknamed "Jack" Appearance: Jack Size: 6'3, 300 pounds Unit history: The IU (infantry unit) was designed during the beginning of the war to serve as combat support and carry amunition to squads while humans still fought in the war. The unit was designed to look humanoid in form to make soldiers feel more comfortable while working with them. As the war waged on. The IU was upgraded several times up until the MK 5. It served as the back bone of military infantry for a long time up until the idea came to create massive war machines. Memory: Jack does not remember much about the past. While he does remember his role in the war as well as his combat programming. He doesn't remember much else. The last thing he remembers is grabbing someone and throwing them out of the way and then a missile hitting close by. He woke up with a messed up leg joint. Equipment: A standard issue military assault rifle, desert eagle 2 frag grenades, a broken wrist mounted grenade launcher, a titanium combat knife and 8 30round magazines for his assault rifle. 24 rounds for pistol. A broken scanner used to see weak points in heavily armored targets. Skills: Expert marksman and hand to hand combat. Can take apart any gun and put it back together. Ranks: Ranging from A to D, A being the strongest, try to keep it balanced, basic abilities that I will reference if need arises Combat: A Memory: D Speed: C Companionship: C Electronics: C Wisdom: C Initializing data retrieval: Complete

If I was at carbon than I would have stated that he heard the battle. Sorry for not specifying but I'm not at carbon. Also since the armory has ammunition and weapons on par with my own, would it be fine if I state that I grab that ammo and another pistol or rifle or something?

[System reboot....Complete] [Internal Systems check.....Complete] [Damage assessment....Power cells..minimum damage..integrated weapons..destroyed...left leg knee joint....critical damage.] [Effective Combat Functionality...73%] [Welcome back....Jack] As the pulse past by what looked like an endless battlefield of countless bodies, Jack was reactivated. He sat up and looked around. There were a countless amount of machines that lay destroyed or deactivated. [Opening memory files...corrupted. One file remains....opening] Jack viewed the file. It was a recording of the last thing he did before he shit down. Bullets whizzed past him and took down something next to him. He turned to see a missile heading straight for him and one other. He grabbed whoever it was and threw them to safety. The missile struck close. The file goes black and then ends. "What happened?" Jack stood up and looked around. "More importantly...who won." He looked down to his left leg to see the knee joint was badly damaged. "The missile that hit by must have caused that." Jack looked around to see a military base. He grabbed his rifle off of the ground and checked his ammunition bags. He then decided to move for the base. He was not able to really run. His leg was damaged and so he walked with a limp in his left leg. He observed the scenery around him. The sky, the ground, the endless battlefield. "What happened here?" [Prime directive....surpress enemy infan-...error...regroup with comman-...error...survive] "So the fight is over, and I'm not regrouping with command. The last objective I was given was survive?" Jack entered the base. [POWER TO COMPUTE: scanning for and power source, armory, and robot repair facility.]
