I'm mostly concerned about the two gangs having equal or nearly equal members. Although, we are getting filled up nicely. I will probably close this thread and post the OOC soon.

Given that the Lost Ones are more or less "nomadic" (regardless if they have a warehouse or not), they probably wouldn't be quite territorial either. As far as "turf" is concerned, you just wouldn't want to waltz into a gathering/hideout of the other gang. The two are in close proximity to each other. (Let's say, both in Manhattan... But I'm not expert on New York, so I'm not gonna be spewing out street names and stuff).

Oh, and because it'd be fair, I'm going on a small trip. I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon and will be gone until Sunday. However, I will more than likely be available in the evening if I'm not exhausted.

Yes, they have hideouts. The Wolves' main hideout is hidden inside an abandoned building. They aren't located in the higher floors, but the lower ones (as people are less likely to stumble down there by accident). The Wolves also have a number of safehouses around the city; people don't normally live there. They're used for extra storage, emergency havens, or place to carry out gang functions without revealing where the main hideout is. (Angel takes Deon to a safehouse in our collab backstory which you will see when it's all done.)

I can see where your idea of a "lower ranking" Lost One comes from. That's fine by me, as long as it's fine by Wind as well (who shouldn't have a problem with it, but he still has the power to veto me, lol). The whole college idea is a little iffy with me given that the financial situation is so bad. The college would either be grotesquely overpriced, only allowing the most privileged admission, or it simply doesn't have enough funds to function on its own. So being a "dropout" isn't the word I'm quite looking for, but I don't think Minato would have the resources to go to school. You know what I'm sayin'?
