Appearance

Personality: Knox is optimistic, laid-back, funny, stealthy, trustworthy, friendly, somewhat cowardly, outgoing, and slightly oblivious. His trust is easily won for this reason, making him an easy target to manipulate.

Short History: Knox isn’t a New York City native; he was born in Chicago. His father was an entrepreneur who actually had become quite successful with his business against all odds. As a result, Knox spent the beginning years of his life living in relative affluence with his parents. However, for some reason, something about such a life just didn’t appeal to young Knox. He hated all the snotty kids in his very rich private school and he was hardly allowed to go outside and meet other people. He didn’t know the real reason for this, of course, as his parents were merely trying to protect him from the harsh reality and violence of the world then. Being the little rebel that he was, Knox, at age 14, took some of his parents’ money and used it to take a posh bullet train all the way to the Haven in New York City, where he was quite appalled to see that things were about the same as in Chicago. But upon venturing a little ways away from the rich area, Knox had his first encounter with the extreme poverty that existed outside the wall of wealth he had grown up in. At first, he panicked about how he’d survive in such a world, and he regretted ever running away from his home… But there was no way he was going back. He had come too far already. He still had some of his parents’ money so he managed to hold his own for two weeks without getting jumped before nearly exhausting everything he had. About that time was when someone from the Lost Ones approached him, noticing he was alone and wandering without a real purpose. Although he didn’t say it aloud, the Lost Ones were exactly the type of people he wanted to hang out with. Not only would they help protect him, but, more importantly, he could make some real friends and do something meaningful.

Other: He has mild hemophobia. It doesn’t make him pass out or anything, but it makes tremble pretty bad and immobilizes him. He likes to smoke weed, but that’s about extent of his drug use. No one knows about Knox’s wealthy background. Also, his parents are still alive.

Dark Wind is so gonna chew me out for this, but another interesting plot twist would be if anyone maybe wanted to do a Romeo-Juliet-esque romance where someone in one gang falls for someone in the other??? You'd have to consider how loyal they are to their gang, of course. Just a thought :P

No worries, Yoshi. No rush. Same with you, Irisity. And I feel you. I've been going on a lot of roadtrips lately, and I'm sick of how damn big this country is.

Also Partisan, I know Liferusher seems like a good roleplayer and all, but I don't think it'd be a good idea to have another participant right now, just because it's one more person to keep track of. I wouldn't mind existing participants making other characters, however, just because you'd probably already be pretty involved in the roleplay as is.

Angel had wandered for a couple minutes. Not only was it good exercise, but jumping across and walking on the roofs of the city was a pleasant experience for her. There was little threat of danger as well. She could come out there, unarmed, and just think. Although sometimes she found that having too much time to mull things over lead to overthinking, and overthinking lead to stress, which was the exact opposite of what she needed then. So, she resolved to make this little walk a short one. She didn't venture out very far into the city, only about six or seven roofs before turning around.

Her way back was equally as uneventful, but the rain was beginning to let up a little. Angel pulled her hood down and breathed in the fresh, warm air that was laden with humidity. It smelled nice and helped greatly in relaxing her and putting her in a good state of mind, which was good because it aided in her focus and thinking skills.

When she finally made it back to the roof of the Wolves' hideout, the rain had stopped completely, though the moon was invisible as clouds still lingered in the dark sky. She remember that Deon had shouted something to her about a match he was having that night. She was not going to be one of his "shirtless cheerleaders," but it'd be nice to go to a bar and unwind a bit with a drink. As she rushed down the stairs from the top, Angel suddenly encountered Millie, who was on her way up the stairs.

"Millie!"

Angel stopped.

"Where were you going? Were you heading up to the roof? Don't go up there by yourself right now, it's already starting to get late."

She pulled off her wet hoodie as it had served its purpose already.

"Did Deon tell you anything about a fight?" she asked her, as she draped the hoodie over a doorknob. "We could go together if you don't have any plans already. He's a great fighter."

Super random but I used to play a youth football league with a kid named Dion... Lol. He was a b3@$t for a 10 year old.

With respect to the storyline, Wind and I have a few ideas we've been tossing around.

Perhaps a police raid? Or betrayal? Or someone dies???? We'll see. We have other ideas too, mwahahahaha.

In my opinion, they would just keep an eye on him. At least, that's what Angel would do. I don't know how Deon, Logan, or Atticus would react to such a situation. At any rate, they'd still have to find out that he's a Lost One. They can't just tell unless they've had a previous encounter.
