What is a personality? A loosely assembled bunch of characteristics aligned in a pointless fashion as to give life a meaning that it does not have? I see no purpose as to explaining such a thing, wasting my time when I could be doing much more important actions. Such as knitting, or having that cute lady's babies, or torturing that cute pony to death.
Denuubim's personality is... difficult to nail down. He is incredibly quick to anger even if his conversation partner has yet to say a word. He reacts with amusement to most things, especially the unexpected, and he holds a sadistic glee in witnessing the pain of others. Terrifyingly, Denuubim most enjoys torturing other beings, whether sentient or not, often stealing animals from people's homes just to torture them to death or corrupt them into chaos beings like himself. Denuubim does get attached to others, but his methods of... "protection" are more than a little extreme, including kidnappings, brutal dismemberment, and constant monitoring to ensure that these objects of attachment do not suffer any further harm. Denuubim's overarching goal is a pursuit for pleasure over all else, and his twisted methods of getting it are both incomprehensible and incredibly dangerous to everyone weaker-willed than he.
Biography
Denuubim was born in the wilderness to a human female and a chaos-spawn, as is usual, his mother died soon after his birth. Chaos spawn are raised by their surviving parent until the age of 2, which is exactly how Denuubim's early life went. What made Denuubim unique however, was his unique and continued drive towards human civilization. Most chaos spawn avoid humanity and other civilizations, far more dangerous to them than any animal could be. Denuubim was different however, using his birth-given magics, he snuck into a small farming town and remained there for the third year of his life.
A short year later, the kindly young man who the town-folk had become acquainted with suddenly fled into the wilderness, claiming to be returning home. A short time later, people began disappearing from the town, alongside their animals. An exhibition into the forest found a number of mutilated corpses, some in states of undress, one man horrifically wounded but still alive and tied to a tree, and a third, seemingly alive, though he charged the group and had to be put down. A number of towns began reporting similar disappearances and horrific scenes, and Denuubim was eventually spotted. Unable to comprehend what they were seeing, the people of the towns began to refer to him as "Chaos Given Body", and his story spread throughout the world like wildfire, eventually reaching the ear of Lancelot, who managed to come into contact with the being behind these murders, offering him a place by his side, free to do whatever he wanted without persecution, an offer which Denuubim took greedily. Now the world's first Chaos spawn to live in human civilization, Denuubim has set a unique role for himself as a member of Lancelot's new group.
Seemingly chosen specifically to be the most unassuming face to meet, Denuubim's human appearance is short and lithe, not showing any impressive talent unless called upon to do so. He wears the outfits of common peasantry, dank colors and covered in stains as to project an aura of mediocrity and poor living. The only possible identifying factors are his bright purple eyes, same color as that of his true form, and his veins, which are a tainted black. Denuubim can appear however he wants however, this is simply the most common form he chooses to take, he has also been known to appear as a female, and even as a variety of animals.
Denuubim's true form is a horrific amalgamation of a seemingly immeasurable number of limbs. His skin is soft and covered in mucus, his face is a mass of skin folds and tentacles that could only barely be considered a mouth, used to devour fresh corpses. His blood is black and thicker than tree sap, and if consumed causes a horrific metamorphosis in the consumer. His eyes are hidden within this facial mass of tendrils, a piercing purple that almost seems to shine. His lower arms are split into a number of limbs, tendrils with hooks, capable of rending flesh, and bone-blades, rending flesh even easier. Despite all of this, his form is incredibly light for its size, weighing perhaps as much as a grown adult man. This form is near-silent when moving, and making contact with it causes multiple bad effects on the victim. Despite all this, Denuubim struggles to fight effectively in this form, especially against armored opponents, but he is still incredibly dangerous none-the-less.
Traits and Equipment
Chaos Spawn are among the most horrific creatures to exist in the world, exposing themselves only to feed or create another of their kind, Denuubim is the first of the species to enter the civilized world for an extended period. Chaos Spawn are able to breed with any creature, though most die due to the process, this includes such creatures as plants and fish.
Chaos Spawn, though physically weak, are very dangerous due to their extreme mutational variety, and very few have challenged one and escaped still a man. Traits that all Chaos Spawn share are a desire to devour meat, the ability to shift their shape, an ability to change the color of their skin, the ability to regrow limbs, and an elementary talent at magic.
Denuubim's unique mutation is an ability to utilize his body fluids to cause severe bodily malformation, usually applied through a touch. This can lead to skin rupturing, bone piercing the skin, limbs splitting like tree branches, and a number of other horrific malformations. The most severe of these are so malformed that they are no longer to be considered sentient, and Denuubim is in full control of them.
Zap
A weak magical blast delivered from the fingertips, used to distract rather than as an actual attack.
Suggestion
A single-target spell utilized for manipulation purposes, it causes the target to act as the caster chooses. Though skilled mages can easily dispel it, and the spell can be overcome through pure willpower if the target is aware of it, it is a useful utility spell. The spell can last up to a minute, but can be broken easily in less than ten seconds. The spell becomes harder the more a person is requested to do, and after it is finished, it cannot be used again for an hour.
Blink
A short-range teleportation spell, blink is most often used to escape pursuits or bypass barriers.
Glamour
Utilized in order to aid in his disguises, Denuubim can also use it to disguise others, it cannot hide eye color, and utilizers no longer appear in mirrors for the duration.
Stealth
Denuubim's greatest talent is that he is very quiet, both in assumed forms and true form, this allows him to avoid detection and perform actions below notice. He is so stealthy that he is more than capable of stealing a weapon from someone's hand without them noticing.
Knife-fighting
Denuubim's ability with knives is impressive, and he is more than capable of defending himself when armed with one in his assumed human form. Denuubim learned this skill through unknown means, but it was clearly developed to defend himself in his defenseless human form.
Charm
Denuubim is capable of charming a large number of people, even without magical aid. He often uses this ability to get his chosen target alone before capturing them, though he finds it difficult to remember to calm his more murderous habits when attempting to speak.
Physical Weakness
Chaos Spawn are very physically weak, both frail and unable to lift heavy objects, they are very poor in physical confrontations and rely on their mutations to cause harm to opponents. They lose limbs even to light blows, and regenerating them tires the creature immensely. Their physical weapons are also fragile, their claws break off easily and have to grow back over time.
Focus Deficiency
Denuubim has trouble focusing on one thing for longer than a few seconds at a time unless they are rather important to him, and thus he is fairly irresponsible when it comes to finishing a task he has no interest in.

A small blade used for self-defense and assassination.
Mindless Followers
Formerly humans, now corrupted by Denuubim's unique ability, they follow most orders given, though they lack intelligence and require constant direction. They have deformations that give them natural weapons, but they still only have the strength of normal humans and are far stupider than their incorrupt fellows.
Jewelled Scepter
A scepter, set with a large gemstone and emblazoned with multiple other jewels along the shaft. The scepter increases Denuubim's natural magical ability, not to impressive levels, but enough that he is able to blink without worry of ending up across the world.

He is 5'4" and yet surprisingly heavy for that height, mainly due to his cybernetic enhancements, but also due to his musculature. Donnel is lean but very muscular. Donnel carries a serious look about him most times, and his face betrays little of his thoughts.
Donnel's clothing is simple but somehow stylish, involving a lot of hoodies and straight-cut jeans. He never wears dark clothing except when in uniform, as dark colors draw in the sun, a fact which Donnel does not appreciate. He makes no effort to hide his cybernetic eye or arms, wearing them proudly and even painting on the arms, changing up the design day by day. He washes them off when in uniform however.

Donnel's mother was a prostitute by trade, also an alcoholic and a drug abuser, her case wasn't unique in the poor Inuit lands, what was unique was her son's birth. Having shown up suddenly at a hospital already in labour, she refused to give the name of the child's father and died the day after of liver failure, expedited by the stress of childbirth. Donnel was tossed among foster families as he grew, but proved too wild and unruly to be permanently adopted by any of them. One night when he was thirteen, he fled from the home of his final foster family, walking away into the night.
Donnel quickly found himself involved in criminal activities, they gave him a sense of family he never had before, and he proved quite successful in his chosen career, racking up a large amount of money which he hid intelligently. Donnel found himself introspective, his birth father's name unknown to him, his mother's refusal to tell, he began to suspect he was a child of rape. This was what began his self-loathing, as he believed his existence was a consequence of a terrible thing in his mother's past, and that he didn't deserve to be alive.
He became far less cautious, and in a shootout between two gangs, he found himself horrifically wounded by a thrown grenade, his right arm blown off at the elbow and his right eye destroyed by shrapnel. Pooling up what money he had left, he spent almost all of it on surgery to replace his arm and fix his eye. After doing so, he began to value his own life far more, and decided to begin a search for his birth father. After a long search, he found the man living in Denmark. After a conversation with the man, he learned that not only was his mother actually from Greenland, his conception was perfectly consensual, in fact, for a time they were planning to be married.
Donnel's existence was an accident, he was conceived in Greenland while the couple were living together, when his mother discovered she was pregnant, his father pleaded with her to abort the pregnancy. Unwilling to do so, she fled to Canada, leaving her old life behind in order to ensure that her child survived. Her refusal to name the father may have been out of spite towards the man for his actions, and now that he was face-to-face with his adolescent son, Donnel's father finally understood her choices. Donnel forgave his father, and promised to speak to him as often as he could, though he refused to change his last name, as it was the last thing his mother had given him.
Donnel, deciding to actually make something of his life, enlisted in the Canadian Army, hiding his criminal past with the aid of his father, who was a former politician and thus knew how to hide embarrassing details of one's past.
Donnel was trained as a sniper, and showed immense talent, seeing this, the military loaned him to the United States as a candidate for a new prototype cybernetic enhancement. This prototype was granted to him, replacing his original replacement right eye. It was also during this time that Donnel replaced his left arm. He served with distinction, before being discharged and leaving the army. He moved to the island of New Jisei, seeking work opportunities in the relatively new city. An ex-military man with a prototype superweapon his head applying to be an officer of the law was a no-brainer for the head of PubSec, and Donnel joined the force soon after as a reconnaissance and support specialist.

Due to his eye, Donnel is unable to use VR headsets, as they do not fit. ╬ Standard Issue Vest ╬ Sniper Rifle: Purchased during his time as a criminal, Donnel's sniper rifle is a heavy caliber piece of military-grade weaponry. It has no scope due to Donnel not needing one, and is able to break bones through the sheer percussive force. ╬ Cybernetic Arms: Donnel's arms have both been replaced by a pair of cybernetic arms, basically bog-standard, but their joints are lockable, allowing Donnel to steady his aim better than any other sniper. A number of supports along his body allow his arms an incredible amount of strength as well. ╬ Recon Drone: Donnel is the proud owner of a recon drone, which he is able to control via cybernetic implant. Armed with a taser and a number of cameras, this drone is not combat-capable, and is mostly used for scouting.
