We'll paint the scene, we'll write the melody. We are the creators.

Bio

I'm Bobert, I like to roleplay, and I wouldn't be here otherwise. I enjoy creating unconventional characters, as I like to explore the different ways they might interact with others. Automatons are a favorite, 'beep bop' goes the robot.

If you're still reading this, that's cool. Hope you have a nice day

Hey guys; I'm posting this on all the RPs I'm part of just so you all know what's happening.

Simply put, the next week is going to be very demanding of my time and just so I'll have one less thing to distract me I'm going to need to avoid posting until I pass my upcoming deadline for some important stuff. I should be back on the 18th if everything goes well.

I almost have a post done that's been WIP for a while now, so maybe today I can finish it and that will at least give Ivan something to do while I'm gone (Travel to Isolone). I'll try and get it up later today but after that you won't be hearing from me for a while. Hope to see you all again soon.
What do ya'll think of the new layout?

Looks nice I suppose, but I'm not sure what's all that different from before besides new pictures and stuff.
Slowly, Xeno's consciousness began returning to him as his eyes once more began to process the images before them. Feeling groggy and somewhat confused, he had begun going over the ridiculousness of the dream he'd had last night. A world beyond the caverns; preposterous , he mused, grinning slightly as he pushed himself to sit so he could claw at his eyes (the sableye equivalent of rubbing the sleep from them). The first thing Xeno became aware of was the light filtering through a window on the opposite end of the room, then the neatly arranged elevated areas and piles of material he'd recalled pokemon resting on, and finally he put two and two together.

"Oh," the sableye breathed, allowing himself to flop sideways onto the ground. He hadn't been dreaming, though he certainly wished that was the case. But no- his home has nearly crushed him and his neighbors had wanted to hurt him, or worse. Now he was here, with those other pokemon; what were their names? Matt... John... and Aunty... he thought, spending only a moment trying to recall if those were correct. For now, it was good enough he supposed, and a quick glance around the sleeping quarters revealed none of them were present. There were a few pokemon here still but none of them were who Xeno was looking for, so feeling more than a little anxious the sableye crawled off on his own.

The first place he found himself was outside, and a quick glance around revealed no familiar faces so he retreated back into the large dwelling. In a way it's many spaces reminded him of the caverns he knew so well, but they felt unnatural in how smooth everything was so he decided against crawling on the walls for now. Feeling somewhat purposeful, Xeno hurried around the next corner in hopes that if he retraced his steps from yesterday he might find someone. So after passing the sleeping area once more he followed the hallway that led back to where they'd magically been transported the other day. Then, low and behold, Aunty the Goomy was standing in front of the entrance to another area of the building with a pokemon that could float like Matt.

"Aunth- um- you," Xeno called out, rushing over on all fours like he was afraid the Goomy would run off, even though it wasn't really capable. "Oh good, I found you; this dwelling is confusing to navigate," the sableye remarked as he drew closer, slowing down and transitioning to his hind legs only. Upon drawing nearer he became more aware of the other pokemon's presence, and looked up towards it with a slight air of confusion. "Are you another that I need to remember?" Xeno asked the driffloon, scratching the back of his neck as he continued to look upwards in order to make eye contact.
I'd be down with seeing it as Adventure Time. Especially if we embrace the fact that wild pokemon probably eat other pokemon.

Also, I'm going to start working on a post. Sorry for the delay, Stale Pizza.

EDIT: Done. Didn't have time to proofread since I gotta go to a class so if there's any mistakes I'm sorry.
@Stale Pizza

Yeah alright, I can probably make a post later tonight (gotta go to a meeting soon but will be back).

I skimmed over the post again and now I better understand the issue. Lugia is not here for a few days :P. My only question for clarity I guess would be; Do we just pretend the post is happening now in the morning as is, or did Anthony go to sleep and Levita has just been in the office all night XD?

On an separate, public address: Is there some kind of explanation or basic idea for the layout of the faction building? I've been blindly groping through a house of mirrors so far since I didn't want to establish something in case it existed already :P
I can't be sure if I am guilty, but Xeno's character so far has had him following after the pokemon he understands as somewhat trustworthy. I was thinking of pushing him out of that comfort zone now that he can wake up since he's been conveniently been left alone. I've just not been sure what posts are past and present right now, and there's also the problem of having no idea what the layout of the faction building is :/. @Stale Pizza if your thing is still going down I can try out an interaction :).
This is fun :P. Isn't this fun? I'm having fun :).
I'm still here, just lurking :P. School work is always a factor but RPing doesn't take too much time from my day (he said, lying to himself). Well at least checking in on the forums doesn't take up too much of my time.

I'm in the same boat as lavulman; not sure what to post. Everyone seems to be in one place, so now might be a good time for crazy plot shit?

If that's not the case I'll try to figure out a post when I get around to it. Don't know when that'll be though; there's always a mental barrier between knowing I have time to procrastinate and knowing I can't commit time to procrastination (i.e. writing a post).
Hey so I looked through the OP but if it's there I must have missed it. My question is; Is ammunition the only form of common currency, or is it just a very valuable thing to trade?

I imagined things like coins and such would have been a surviving factor considering how built up Dust has become, but it's easy to understand if there are many forms of currency. I just realized that bullets seems to be the only one properly mentioned so I thought I'd look for clarification since I'd imagine people wouldn't be buying bread with shot gun rounds :P.
Gender's not really important anyways; we're all creators, regardless.
