I welcome all diverse reactions to Milo, the good, the bad, and the uncertain. Hopefully she'll just understand that he didnt "choose" the way he looks. LOL He can't help that hes pretty. :P
Depending on what happens, the worst that could happen is that Carmen will play pranks on him with other students or not talk to Milo at all but will still come to his aid, at best she will hang with him from time to time and call him her "homeboy". Really just depends on how Milo handles it and how other characters interact with Carmen really. Either way she'll understand that he didn't "choose" the way he looks and will probably come to his defense if people did accuse him of such.
Hey @HushedWhispers and @lovely complex, I'm allowed to edit and add details to characters already approved, right? Because sometimes there are cool details here and there that I sometimes add to Carmen when I look at other characters (giving me inspiration, seeing what spots I missed, etc.).
I freaking swear @Angel Eyes Milo looks like a chick at certain angles. I have no idea whether or not this is intended but seeing those faces you gave him I always mistook him for a female. I am confuse.

| In Depth Appearance | Carmen stands tall at 5'9", and has a rather toned muscle definition from a few years of practice and training (in prison). Brown hair, brown eyes, pretty face, very Hispanic. After she was released from prison, she's aquired a few tattoos along her back and shoulders, and a few more in prison as well. Along the back of her shoulders and the top half of her back are that of a Phoenix spreading its wings, and along her lower back are the ashes that it has risen from, the debri of the ashes scattered symmetrically on both sides, both of them forming the constellation of Aries on either side. She also has a few cigarrette burn marks along her arm, as well as a few slash wound scars along her gut and arms from fights with other criminals/prisoners. She also has a long scar along her cheek and temple, as an evaded attempt on her life in prison.
In regards to what she wears, Carmen typically wears darker clothing to make her a little more inconspicuous, as well as to help conceal her weapons. Often times she dons black carpenter pants, a dark-colored shirt and a black jacket, one that would conceal her shoulder holster that carries her weapons. Sometimes she might wear an N7 Hoodie, or an N7 Cap in addition to her normal clothes. May or may not wear this shirt underneath her jacket.

| Personality | Like what the above says, Carmen is a relatively intelligent, hard working and brave team player who has the capability of doing great things, but due to being raised under terrible circumstances she has grown to be antisocial, and is often detatched and prefers to stay away from other folks. Due to her run-ins with the police, as well as being imprisoned for what she calls "doing society a favor", she has a strong dislike towards authority, and will often not cooperate with rules or authority figures she sees as unreasonable (she's not stupid, so she will cooperate with rules that are common sense).
Often times in social situations, she would first be anti-social to entire groups, but when talking to one person and one person only, it's much easier to talk to her and befriend her. However, trust is earned with her, and she often doesn't hang around people until she deems them "worthy" of her trust. When it comes to situations that aren't social, like emergencies, she's normally the first one to the scene, and she will do her best to save that person/quell the threat. She's very heroic in that regard, and is normally the person who would step up to the plate during desperate situations.
She's also a smartass so expect a few snarky comments here and there. She's also open to the idea of having a boyfriend, and even though she tries to deny it, she's open to having a girlfriend as well. However, with all of that, as she will not hesitate to save someone, she will not hesitate to perform criminal acts (smuggling, thievery, non-lethal robbery, contraband, etc.) when given the chance. Hell, half of the stuff she currently has is stolen. Since she is at Mayweather now, she is trying to watch her behavior, and is trying not to give the administrators a reason to kick her out. In general, she's both a hero and a villain.
| Abilities | She has the ability of Super-Reflexes, which allows her to slow time somewhat (for herself only) and have those "slow-motion" moments in life at will. This allows her to dodge blows and slow-moving projectiles, aim a firearm properly and apply proper first aid at a much faster pace. As a result of this her attacks have nearly impossible accuracy, she has a much higher chances of dodging attacks, and she can also drive vehicles with extreme speed and precision, rivalling the skills that of elite soldiers and spies.
One thing that comes with that ability is slightly enhanced senses of sight and sound... she can hear and see things much farther and in much better clarity than most others can, which allows her to react in time to most incoming threats, listen to conversations, and hear things coming from places where she couldn't see.
| Limitations | However, these super reflexes do not grant her super-speed, they only allow her to react and perform actions as fast as humanly possible. While she can enable this ability at will, this only applies to her, and it only comes in short bursts. She can dodge punches, but she cannot dodge bullets (though if she saw a gun pointed directly at her ahead of time, she can possibly move out of the way before the enemy pulls the trigger). She can aim a firearm and compensate for its recoil, getting nearly impossible headshots, but she cannot do the impossible (I.E. dodge something where she cannot move fast enough to dodge from, like a sword at extremely close quarters, or shoot at targets she could barely see, so thus her offensive capabilities are only short-mid ranged).

Carmen is the only child of those two, and after running away from home when she was 16, she never maintained contact with them. Both of them have no abilities/powers.
| History | Carmen Chavana was born under Rosa Chavana and Paco Gamero, who returned from Navy service onboard the USS Constellation shortly before her birth. When Carmen was 2 years old, Paco, who was still in a relationship with Rosa at the time, moved with his girlfriend and daughter to New York, as he had a friend that worked at the Trump Tower in New York City, offering him a high-paying job there. There, for most of her life, she grew up in New York City. However, when she was 7, the relationship between her parents was getting strained after her father was demoted, and from then she grew up under a drunk mother and an abusive father. Due to the nature of her family and the abuse that her mother and Carmen herself experienced from her father, she remained rather secluded and never had a chance to experience her powers (other than some instances of dodging her father's blows in some moments of slow motion, but she thought that was normal and told no one about that).
Her mother left Paco when Carmen was 12, though when they moved they moved into a small hispanic ghetto in the suburbs of NYC, where Rosa was able to easily purchase illegal drugs from one of the gangs that dominated the neighboorhood, as well as get "protection" in exchange, for... well... "services". Carmen, who was going to school (a rather terribly funded one at that), heard about the various gangs that ruled the area, and heard about all of the cool stuff about them that her peers talked to her about. Wanting a better life for herself, she ran away from home and hung out with one of the local hispanic gangs that ruled the area. She was thrown into her first fight, where she had to prove her worth to the gang by fighting one of its biggest members. This is when she first learned about how special her ability was, and how she could use its advantages. Using her quick reflexes, she was able to dodge most of the man's punches and throw some of her own, and even though he didn't go down that easily, the other members were impressed and recruited her into the gang, seeing how useful she was.
From that point on, she has grown up under a false family, though some of the gang members did treat her with the love and respect of other siblings, especially Victor. However, when she was older, she went on a crime spree with other members, robbing stores and rival gangs. She was never caught by the police, and never identified by any of her victims. However, it wasn't until she was 17 that she found out about a child molester living in her neighboorhood, and after finding horrifying evidence when robbing his home of such acts, she murdered the man responsible when he returned home, and protected children he kidnapped until the police arrived. When the police arrived, she surrendered peacefully to them, and she was arrested and imprisoned as a result. This was her first (and since then her last) kill, and when she took the shot, she never regretted doing that since. She was given a short sentence given the circumstances. Her sentence lasted for four years, and in that time she learned to be tougher, stronger, and studied. In that time, she befriended her cellmate, Sukaina, with whom is in her crew right now.
Carmen was released from prison when she turned 21 after a few transfers and good behavior. She was originally on parole, but with some connections she was able to let the cops turn a blind eye to her. Hearing about the Delphina and Mayweather Academy from a fellow prisoner who used to attend Delphina, she decided to go there in hopes of starting her life over as a good woman, and to "atone" for her sins in the past (when in actuality, she is trying to make sure she doesn't jump off the slippery slope of vigilante-murder). As part of her life mission, she had the tattoo of the Pheonix and Aries ash debri marks done in order to symbolize that she has risen from the ashes, born as a new, free bird. She's now attending the school as a freshman, and is new to the whole scene. As a result, she doesn't know much about the fire that occurred at the Delphina building, and prefers to stay out of the matter.
After spending a month at Mayweather, she eventually left to go take a little more than a week off. She was having an episode of depression due to a variety of factors, and was under the impression that she didn't belong in the school. In this time, she was able to form the Hudson Syndicate and pull off a heist, and as a result, she and her friends were able to have access to a larger amount of resources. However, when going to the Mafia-ran Delirium, she went through some life-changing events, and she decided to come back to Mayweather for further study.
| Extra | Due to her criminal past, she may or may not sneak in weapons, drugs or alchohol into the academy. She's trying to be good, but sometimes old habits die hard. On campus, she conceals a collapsible nightstick in her pockets, or underneath her jacket. Off campus, she carries her favorite FNX-45 Tactical pistol in a shoulder holster concealed by her black leather jacket. Normally she takes her handgun (and often other weapons she has stored in her vehicle) to the gun range for a little bit of practice and target shooting. The gun range in question is a small secret gun range for her and her friend(s) too, one that she contructed out in the woods so she can safely have some alone time with her friends and firearms without bothering anyone. It's also where she safely practices the use of her powers as well.
She is also in possession of a black 1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic, having forgone her favorite Mustang for a more practical and tougher off-road SUV, where she could store alot of her stuff. She's modified it to drive faster and corner better, as well as having installed some bulletproof panels in the doors and hidden compartments for weapons and ammunition. Ever since the events of Witching Hour, she acquired the Jeep Cherokee and stored away her Mustang for more practical reasons. She will be seen working on it during her free time from time to time, and has made it into quite a getaway vehicle, complete with bullet-resistant glass and bullet-resistant panels inside the doors. The vehicle that she has now, is what she affectionately refers to as the "innocuous Jeep Cherokee".
After she had left school for a while, she had formed the Hudson Syndicate, a small crime group often responsible for heists on various (often deserving) targets. The group consists of Carmen's only friends outside of Mayweather, which include Kevante, Sukaina, Liana and Victor. After a recent heist, the Hudson Syndicate had gained access to a whole lot more resources (weapons, vehicles, equipment, buildings, etc.). While they are no longer filthy rich, they can get what they need. However, after the events of Witching Hour, Carmen ordered that all of her friends retired for the time being, and that Liana were to stay with her as her protection detail. Liana Washington
29, Female Powerless - Armed Born and raised in New York City, Liana grew up in a rough environment that really screwed up with her mind, as well as her sense of morality. When she was young, she lost her mother and brother to gang violence, as well as many friends she knew and loved as well. In turn, she was desensitized to violence, and enjoyed the idea of killing the bad men and women behind the murder of her loved ones. She grew up to become a killer, though while she retained the memories of the pain she went through when losing her family and friends to gang violence (and the fact that the NYPD were incredibly helpful), she never inflicted such pain upon the innocent or the good, and made it part of her code not to. Since she was 16, she was a a hitwoman for hire. She went under a strict training regimen, having learned from books and other assassins (that she later killed). At one point, she was hired by a criminal gang to kill an NYPD police chief and his entire family, to which she responded by eliminating every single armed member of the group that tried to hire her. However, later in her life, Kevante discovered her when Carmen was in prison. Liana was the type of assassin Kevante was looking for, the type that only killed those who had it coming. Upon learning that her kill count was in the triple digits in NYC alone, without anyone being any the wiser, Kevante requested for her help in training, as well as an extra hired gun. Soon, both Kevante and Liana became good friends, and Liana gave up her current job to join the crew Kevante formed, as she felt that she belonged amongst people she cared about. She got along with Carmen and Sukaina after they were released from prison, and was impressed by Carmen's abilities. While Liana doesn't have the same powers or abilities that Carmen has, it would be a little difficult to tell the difference. Ever since the events of Witching Hour, however, Carmen has assigned Liana to work as her protection detail, while letting all of the others retire to the Stronghouse for the time being. Since then, Liana's been putting her skills to good use, using them in order to help protect and assist one of her very few friends. She also has urges to assassinate a few Delphina students, but Carmen often keeps her in check.
Liana's skills as an assassin are almost unparalleled. She is one of the best in New York, having undergone a strict training regimen that put her health at risk. She excels at history and chemistry, having learned about the history of assassins, as well as making her own medicines, poisons and bombs. Having learned from many assassins, she is a great shot with handguns and rifles, and is excellent at close quarters combat and stealth as well. Often times she's armed with whatever the situation requires her to be (if planned ahead), but most of the time, she's armed with an Tactical Knife on campus, and either a concealed FN P90 or an FN Five Seven off campus (complete with a suppressor and tranquilizer rounds as options). While she's far more experienced and a few years older than Carmen, she's still second best in comparison to Carmen in regards to fighting ability, and as a result, often times they would train together when they can. Kevante Covington
32, Male Powerless - Armed A good friend of Carmen's ever since she moved to New York. Having lived in the same neighboorhood, they've hung out many times, to the point where Kevante was periodically in Carmen's gang. While 99% of their friendship consists of slinging insults at each other, most of their bond is unspoken, and there are way too many times to count where they have save each other's asses and pulled them out of the fire. They've even bailed each other out of jail a few times. While Carmen was in prison, Kevante spent a whole lot of time learning how to be a proper criminal (with the help of Victor), and how to be a good shooter (with the help of Liana), and by the time she got out, they were quite a dynamic duo. After the events of Witching Hour, Kevante was left in charge of the Hudson Syndicate, and has retired to the Stronghouse (bunkered safehouse) with the remaining members of the gang. Sukaina Bashara
24, Female Small-scale Technopath Carmen's prison cellmate, Sukaina was arrested for embezzlement and hijacking Fox News signals. While she was accused of terrorism-related activity and such (with her Arab background and all), she was tried for her real crimes and given a short prison sentence. Both she and carmen got along quickly in prison, and became good friends along the way (they also had an affair at one point as well). Carmen learned of her hacking skills, and convinced Sukaina to join her and Kevante in her little group of friends. Nowadays, Sukaina does most of the "electronic warfare" when it comes to things, whether it would be hacking, surveillance or other stuff. She's also a huge geek and Tumblrite, and is working with Kevante on surveillance and hacking projects. FC: Raylane Rayssa
Victor Soltero
33, Male Powerless - Armed Victor is one of the only people Carmen trusted when she was in the hispanic gang, when she was younger. More often then not, Victor was one of the only people that she came to when it came to gang-related matters, and he was often the one showing her the ropes. Soon after she was convicted, the gang fell apart and Victor was left without much. Kevante soon made contact with him as per Carmen's request, and Victor taught Kevante how to be a proper thug up in the hood, and how to actually get money. After Carmen was released, he had prepared a safehouse for her and the rest of the crew by the time she got back. While he respected her decision to go to Mayweather, he didn't like the idea of Carmen going soft. He's still good friends with Carmen and the rest of the crew, though, and has retired with them at the Stronghouse as per Carmen's orders. FC: Juan Pablo Raba
