When he is, the temperature around him is naturally colder, but when he is unable to focus or is distracted he is unable to create ice and cold. When he is afraid, he is unable to stop generating ice. As such, he normally tries to remain detached and cool headed.Backstory- Jasper was born in America, in Detroit. He was abandoned by his family at a young age when he began to manifest his abilities. He made his way to the DWMA where he learned to control his abilities, where he began to learn to control his weapon form.(I tried to use Harvar as the guideline for his ability to use ice in his human form, because he isn’t a melee weapon, I imagine that he projects ice arrows in human form and his weapon form can be used to generate ice at the point of impact of the fired arrows…willing to edit as necessary)

Maybe try a different weapon form because I don't think the bow would work very well. I like it I just don't see how the bow idea would work out well. other than that accepted!

I thought it would be obvious but um for one I'm the one who gives people their partners and part two is that I don't think EAT students can be partnered with NOT students which is why the partnerings are separate....
