After hours of relaxing in his room, Joseph was interrupted by the loud panics from the other tenants. Though the other residents were often loud at times, he felt that it would be best to check on them nonetheless. As he put on a warm brown overcoat, an old picture of Tino, his foster father fell out of the back pocket. Putting on a warm smile at being able to see Tino's face again, he quietly placed the photo back into his overcoat and began to walk out side of his room.
Once he finally walked into the lounge and noticed a fairly large amount of the other tenants gathered there. Though he recognized a few of the faces, the only person whose name he had managed to remember yet was Marie's who seemed to be trying to comfort another woman, who seemed to be giggling uncontrollably. "Excuse me, is everything alright? I heard a loud commotion coming from outside my room, and wanted to check to make sure no one was hurt." Though he could tell from the looks on everyone's faces, that he was right on assumption that something might have happened.

For sake of information, and I'm sorry if any of you have mentioned it already, but Boop_Im_A_Dragon is your character new to Primrose or has he been there for awhile? The bio is just slightly ambiguous on that.
I plan on having my character been around for about 2 or 3 days now, sorry I didn't clarify this in my Bio or mention it anywhere even though I probably should have.

I know it was such a missed opportunity on my part. If I ever RP as a Basan again I will have to remember that picture. XD

Abilities: Joseph is able to use "Ghost fire", a special type of fire that does not burn or produce heat the way normal flames do. It is extremely precise and orderly (only burning the selected target), can not be seen by most eyes, and produces no heat whatsoever, making it extremely effective when catching enemies off guard, though like a normal fire it can be extinguished by the same things such as water or high speed winds. Another special ability that he poses is invisibility, though this most often only affects humans, some half-humans who are weak against magic can also fall victim to this ability.
Strengths/Weaknesses: When in normal human form Joseph is mostly a one trick pony, and is unable to use his invisibility, though his flames are just as powerful as if he was in his Yokia form. The major side effect to using "Ghost fire" while in human form is that it leaves him extremely tired and cold, so much so that he may end up unable to move, the only way to prevent this is the consumption of coal, charcoal, or chard wood. While in his Yokai form he is able to use both of his abilities to their fullest without the major side effects of his human form (though he still needs to feed on coal or other flammable objects occasionally). When he is in his Yokai form he does have the ability to use his sharp talons (able to cut through steal with enough force) to attack enemies as a last resort, but it isn't exactly an effective strategy due to its ability to leave him stuck and unable to move, and the awkward maneuvers he would have to preform in order to even attack with them. Lastly, though he is not completely immune to fire, his body is extremely resistant to it, often able to survive in temperatures three times that of a normal human, and is unable to survive in cold environments (anything below freezing temperature has a high chance of killing him).

His father from what Joseph understood, was a close friend of Tino, and felt that he could be trusted. Though Tino often used Joseph's abilities for malicious gain, they grew a strong bond, sadly though being the person Tino was it wasn't a lasting relationship. At the age of eighteen Tino went missing and was later presumed dead. Soon after Joseph quickly gathered what little money he could from Tino's home, and quickly left New York City. After years of constantly traveling, Joseph eventually stumbled across The Landlord, who offered him a home in exchange for his services as a bodyguard. Having little else left for him in the world Joseph accepted, hoping to finally have found a new home.
