Unclear as far as I know; but even if they could breath they would be so weak they could hardly move and this worlds oceans aren't exactly filled with friendly creatures.

What Phil said; above the picture of her appearance it is stated that she is 12 feet tall. ( That is with her nice fighting boots on so she actually closer to 11'10'' ), it is also stated in her bio that she was born this way and I described her power type as 'sub Elbafin'.
If the hall ways are large enough she can fairly easily crawl about on all 4 through the ship interior ( She is very nimble and some what slender despite her size ); shed sleep either on deck against the mast or in the cargo hold. A good way to think of it is that she is about two height of two men standing on top of one another shoulders, and her width is about that of two men walking side-by-side. As long as a pathway isn't both super low and extremely narrow she can squeeze her way around it.
