I'm easy either way really.
Always interested in a One Piece Game
If I may make a suggestion in terms of half dragon-ness in the rather standard way you appear to be shooting for. Especially for the use of a Kingdom Hearts game. May I point you to Sleeping beauties world where faies, dragons, and the like are a thing? Say a boy is in the care of a minor Fae court and when the darkness came to swallow them they gave the boy the only thing they could to protect him; the gift of power. Maleficent turned into a dragon after all and she was Fae. I'd wager a group of Fae could be able and willing to turn their human friend into something sufficiently dragon-esq for what you appear to wish to do. Though that does rather mess you having a Katana. seriously doubt a katana would be readily found in high fantasy europe land. Unless you picked it up while world hopping before you were found by Yen Sid. Though given your are apparently playing a key blade master the Katana seems like dead weight to me.
A soft snoring sound rose up from a bundle of various blankets and sheets upon a hammock that seemed to rock back and forth gently from movement caused by whoever laid buried and sleeping in all that comfort. The mage beneath preferred the hanging bed to a traditional one, she spent a few years before seeking out a guild to join working on various ships doing various jobs. It was in a way proof to her, in some small way, that she didn't really deserve the title her magic gave to her. She knew what happened to other, proper dragon slayers when they were on modes of transportation. But years at sea was the natural place for her to start honing her magic, even if she could only go so far with trial and error. It also helped her look for some things, but it was too early to think about that.

As the sun rose higher and higher into the morning finally a shaft of light broke through her curtains and managed to find a crack through the cocoon of bedding and caused the figure beneath it all to stir and moan complaint at the sky. Like a mole grudgingly leaving it's hibernation spot for a nearly spring Klisa Bay dug herself free from her sleeping pile. The young woman was not what you would call a morning person by any means. Her alarm clock laying half smashed in a puddle of salt water all the way across the room was proof enough for this. She looked at the wreckage of it blearily and mumbled "Drat...my aim is getting better." She roll from the suspended bed and put her pair feet on the cold floor shiver a bit at the contact. She walked over to a drawer and pulled out a new alarm clock to place on her night stand.

More out of chance than really meaning to she glanced at the time on the clock and all but dropped it on the ground. "OH PUDDLES!" she yelped, fumbling for the time piece before regain her hold on it and looking at the time again. "T-THAT LATE! OH NO! THE NEW JOBS ARE SURELY POSTED BY NOW!" She knew her being a new member that getting jobs before the more senior ones would be tough if she didn't show up early. It had barely been a week since she got her Fairy tail guild stamp, a sea-foam green on the top of her left AND right foot, what could she say she liked being symmetrical, and she was going to be jobless right off the bat.

She through on her sandals and light blue dress that rested lightly on her small frame, quickly pulling her long black hair into a twin pair of low hanging ponytails and ran out the door. She exploded out of the hole in the wall apartment she lived in with all the hast her young legs could manage turning corns so fast she nearly lost her footing a few times before half tripping through the guild door.

What greeted her almost completed the tripping job, the site of a proper guild bash going on. A full on party with drinking and eating and merriment to spare. She blinked a bit, surprised and confused by the revelry. "Oh...uh, did I forget something? Is today special? Is it someone's birthday?" She questioned, more to herself than to anyone inparticulare.
Working on Klisa's post now, was the party something planed in advanced that she would have knowen about? Or last minute IC thing that would surprise her when she arrived at the Guild?
I will also point out that his appearance took what largely appear to be western dragon features rather than eastern dragon features. Traditionally speaking the only thing they got wrong in they Mulan films with mushu is that in Chines culture dragons do not breath fire, they breath a mist that is made of the pure essence of life and were far more associated with wind, water, and storms than fire.

Though I guess its not my place to commet as I am not a GM or anything and will delete this if the boss-people wish it.
As an additional thought, Could I get perhaps a brif summery of thing I should know before posting? Whats going on, things I should maybe do with the introduction, ect?
I am glad she is liked :D I have put a good deal of work into this character over the months. I am quite fond of her myself lol

Ooooh, why not indeed. Perhaps its just your avatar and sig making me think this but I picture a massive spinning spiral of Ice and Sea to drill ( some may even say giga drill perhaps ) through enemies.

Or maybe it just makes a glacier to drop on the foe, as that is the natural destructive union of Ice and Sea lol
And here kilt comes again to provide another lady for the fun :D
Name: Klisa Bay

Age: 20

Gender: Female

Magic/s: Sea Dragon Slayer Magic
- considered the 'mirror' of sky dragon slayer magic. While the user can demonstrate the ability to attack by generating sea water, as they Sky dragon slayer is able to enhance their allies abilities, the sea dragon slayer is more suited to weakening and disabling opponents.

Spells :
-General Dragon Skills-
most offensive skills, that are more in line with what traditional dragon slayers can produce.
Sea Dragon Roar
-A massive, whirling torrent of sea water is spelled forth from the users mouth, like a whirlpool, tidal wave, and a riptide all at once, it is by far her most powerful spell, though she can only seem to use it about once a day.
Sea Dragon Fang
-A fierce swipe of her hand is followed closely by a forceful rush of water that can connect with her foe with all the force of a hammer blow. Her go to close range, offensive attack. By no means an overtly impressive form of attack, it is strong enough to give the young girl claws to keep foes weary of approach.
Sea Dragon Claw
- Much like the fang attack, but it is a kick instead, much stronger and more 'sharp' where the fang is more blunt in nature. With a greater deal of force, and a keener edge she can use this move to slice through thick, hard wood, or inflict greater damage on a foe; but likewise it has a much more significant effect on her stamina.

-Sea Dragon Skills-
Skills unique to the sea dragon slayer. Most similar to enchantments or curses, each one while only be in effect while she is focused on maintaining it. She an only use one of these per target, so she can't double down her debuffing spells on a foe.
Draining Low Tide
-The spell, while active will drain the foe of strength and endurance, making them feel as if their power is being drawn away from them. It is far from spell that would instantly reduce a man to complete weakness, and the stronger the foe the longer it would take for them to have visible effects on there power, but it is a good way to have a foe's endurance being spent twice as fast and to gradually reduce the As soon as she stops maintaining the spell there endurance will began to trickle back in, quicker than it left.
Heavy High Tide
-The spell, while active, will a simulate an impressive amount of pressure on the foe, making the targets weight feel as if has increased and give them the sensation that they are moving under the force of a great pressure, as if they were at the bottom of the sea. A good technique for slowing down a foe. How much pressure is actually applied to the enemy is based on how much power and focus she puts into it.
Withering Red Tide
- The spell, while active, significantly drains the offensive power of spells. This only effects spell power and only very externally offensive spells. This will have no effect on the targets physical strength or abilities that augment the physical. But if your foe is trying to roast you with a raging inferno or deadly shadow spear, while under this spell he is more likely to produce a minor fireball or harmless shade.

Appearance: : Tattoo placed on the top of her feet. She also only wears sandals

History: Klisa is the bastard child of a low born woman and a highborn business man. She lived the first few years with her mother, who passed due to a sickness in her lungs. she was still only a child then, and holds no memory of living with her mother but the occasional dram like flashes of a warm caring touch or the soft signing voice lulling her to sleep. Afterwards her father, Sir Hightower, took her in to his house hold, though did not openly recognize her as his child in any official form and rarely even in private. To this day she does not truly know if her father ever really loved her mother and that is why he took her in when she passed, or if it was simply because he wanted her out of the public spotlight, where a bastard child would be easy to keep under wraps and would not harm his public image. She lived, more or less, as a maid-servant in his house hold. Most of her raising and caring was given to her by the others servants of the house. She was a diligent worker, hoping that being so would garner attention from her father, and perhaps even praise. But Sir Hightower was a very busy man dealing with both politics and business kept him off the estate most of the time.

One of her chief duties was to care for and provide company to the legitimate heir to the family. A boy only a year or so older than herself. This had her interacting quite often with him as well as Sir Hightower's wife, who knew of Klisa's scandalous origins. She was the kind of prideful noble lady that had a hard enough time dealing with the blow to her honor that her husband would conceive a child with a commoner, much less the unforgivable insult of bringing that child into their home. The woman didn't make life easy on Klisa. She was a talent mage and schemer, and did many things to make Klisa's life hard and treat her with disdain and vile contempt. Klisa and the son had started out as something close to friends, but children are known to imitate the parents and it wasn't to long before the boy was just as spiteful to her as the mother was.

While doing her best to keep tabs on her father, around the time she turned 10, she noted a pattern of sorts. She had heard her mother had been a magic user, a humble but respect specialist among the local guilds. Her father's Wife was a talented magic user from a long family of highborn, well bred, mages. Much of the time he was home was spent admiring his sons progress in developing magical skills. Clearly her father loved magic, she thought if she could use magic like her mother had, perhaps she could get the attention and love she craved from her distant father.

She took to studying under one of the servants, the one who had most closely raised and cared for her. He was an elderly man, but had studied magic in his youth and had enough know-how to teach her the basics. Klisa's natural affinity seemed to be with water magic. 5 years passed and though her skills steadily grew, especially given she had taken to sneaking into Lady Hightowers library and reading some of her magic books, she felt she paled in comparison to her half brother who had a more proper teacher and had been practicing longer.

Then one day, she heard some servant talking about some sort of major purchase the Hightower family had made. Of some sort of rare and powerful magical item. A Larcime filled a lost kind of magic. She felt this was her chance to do something incredible and get her fathers approval and acceptance. If she could make it so she could use the lost magic in that Larcime she'd surely prove to be a good enough mage for her father's attention. She snuck into the storage room late one night and after much searching found what she was looking for.

It hadn't quite been like other Larcime she had seen before. It was more rough shaped, jagged and more opaque. It was the most brilliant green-blue she had ever seen, as if someone had turned the sea into a shard of glass. Gingerly she reached out to take hold of it, but as soon as her fingers touched it she blacked out. She wasn't sure what happened, but she remembered a great deal of pain.

next thing she knew, she had woken up in a bed, and most of the household standing about it, including her father, his wife, and her half-brother. She was informed that she had stolen something meant for her half-brother, and such theft could not be tolerated, not even from her. So as punishment, as soon as she was well, she was to leave the household and never return. Delirious, in pain, and utterly heartbroken by this news Klisa could do little other than weep in response. Her Father, his wife, her-half brother as well as many of the servants left her alone. Those servant closest to her and most like her family remained to care and comfort her. Eventually it was just her and the servant who had acted as her magic teacher.

When they were alone, he asked her to try to use magic. While it took some coaxing for her to even attempt she got a very unique surprise. Her magic type before had been a water casting type, but she ended up producing was something like a claw of swirling, green-blue, salt water about her hand rather than the clear blue little ball she had tried to make. It seems she had successfully absorbed the Larcime of the Sea Dragon. He told her not everyone could have done such a thing, and that doing so meant that she was a great mage indeed.

The praise felt like a hollow victory to her at this point, she asked him where could she go or what she could do. All she had ever known was living in this estate with him and the other servants.

He told her that when he was younger he had studied magic so that he may one day join a guild, specifically a guild in a few cities over. He had always admired the guild and it members and if he was her, with this new power and nothing to hold her down here anymore, he'd at least go check it out, perhaps she'd like it there. Around others who would see her as equals, as comrades, as family.

Apprehensive and nervous, but with no other real option she did just that. Once she recovered and was discharged from the Hightower estate she made her way to the home of Fairy Tail. And, much to her surprise, found a new place to call home and a new, much more real, family. 5 years later and she had never felt more at home anywhere in her life.

Legend and Lore: Klisa has only be a dragon slayer for 5 years, and is mostly self taught in this form of magic. She believes there is much she doesn't yet know about her powers and feels she has yet to even start to plumb the depths of her abilities. As mentioned in her Bio she is a Second generation dragon slayer, and often feels...troubled by this. She wonders is she deserves to call herself a dragon slayer, as one who has never met a dragon, much less slayed one. She always likes to follow rumors of water dragons. She wants to meet the dragon of her magics name sake if possible. She is also always on the hunt for information on her mother. All she knows it that she used an odd form of healing magic, supposedly she 'ate' sicknesses off of the afflicted to cure them.
Oh, she is more like 15 pounds of crazy in a 5 pound bag. Shes not full wonder land after all. She will be odd and random with hints of proper madness now and again. Though like some named characters in unnamed shows that shall remain nameless she doesn't like horse.
