Define nucleokinesis. What are the extents of it?
According to the super-powers wiki, it is the ability to control nuclear energy. It wastes personal energy, so it wouldn't be possible to throw fifty blasts at a time. Possibly around once a minute before it starts to dwindle the energy.
Apparently a sub-ability is nucleosynthesis, which, simplified, is creating new atomic nuclei from existing nucleons.
Another ability I can't see happening is electricity control and generation.
Flight however. That's awesome.
