Aside from mutants and a certain sub-plot I have thought out, characters will not have super-powers or magic. They will be completely "normal".

1. If it's not on the second list, it is allowed.

2. I'd like to explain more about the event as the roleplay goes on by leaving little snippets of information in posts and stuff. The amount of people left will be unspecified, but let's say there are at least 50 million left in the world, about a third are mutants.

3. Everyone will get a character sheet when I make the OOC and not a millisecond sooner! (this gives me time to not only make a character sheet, but plan what the opening post for both the OOC and the IC)

If you have an over-arching plot in mind with what little information you have, I'd love to hear it over PM and give some info related to the setting and stuff, however I would like to feel myself entitled to be as obscure as I'd like so I don't give away too much info about what's going on. Sorry if that seems a bit dickish.

There will be arcs. In-between arcs, it will be sandbox.

Combat will work in both ways. When fighting hand-to-hand, it will be action-response. I.e, your character throws a punch at the other, aiming for the nose. Your character's opponent will decide to dodge or get hit. When fighting with guns, it will be dice roll.

Main Idea

2135, a mere 17 years after The End, civilization has managed to survive and pick up where it left off. While most cities stayed partially intact, the rest of the world is either a scorching desert or a murky swampland with freaks that wander aimlessly. Most people decided to continue farming or building, while the rest decided that the only way they could make money was to test their skills of survival and battle by becoming mercenaries or bandits. That minority is what we will be focusing on. Your character will either be a skilled master of survival, with many years of training to survive the harsh desert and the merciless bandits while also taking out targets when the time comes to get paid, or a skilless novice, hoping to get big by learning from the best of the best.

What I Will Accept/What I Will NOT Accept

I will accept down to earth characters with ambiguous morals
I will accept jerk-asses with little to no morals
I will accept lovable extremists who, despite their optimism, still likes destruction
I will accept scholars, smart-asses, and skilled people
I will accept pessimists with a dark view on life

I will not accept happy-go-lucky heroes who always win
I will not accept characters who never miss a mark
I will not accept people who go out of their way to put their characters in the spotlight
I will not accept mary-sues
I will not accept gigantic douche-nozzles

Other than that, anything goes.

What I Expect

I expect you to take a joke
I expect you to write at least a paragraph
I expect you to be equally matched (if you're not a novice) to the other characters
I expect not to come on after a good night's sleep and see a whole bunch of off the wall bullshit that makes no sense. Keep it withing the realm of possibility! (in the context of this roleplay)

What Can You Do For This Roleplay?

Be active.

Provide your own skewed version of what happened at The End; the story is supposed to be always changing without reason

If we have artists, draw up characters, maps, body suits, or guns. Heck, maybe all four.

Provide your own lore that can go along with what happened before and after The End. I'll accept that and see if it works with what I have so far.

Treat this like you would your own creation. Clean up any problems with it and send it in to me or a Co-GM.

Thats why he liked to work as a lone wolf the best, there was no one to judge him, especially by his cover, and those that didn't were the ones that quickly trusted him after finding out he was a worthy ally. Kazz hoped something in these challenges would allow him to do such a thing. He hoped that the group would be able to relax with one another and work together to scale obstacles, no matter how large they were. After a few moments of silence Kazz spoke up. "I'm in. He stood to Iwa's side. He stared at the others, who were probably not quite ready to count on others for the upcoming challenges. However, it was certain none of these challenges would be cleared without the help of all of them.

"Hey thanks, Kazz. How about you, Kit?" Iwa looked over to Kit who looked like she didn't even want to be here.
