I clicked on your sheet just to remind myself on who you're playing. I think you might have your Name and Alias the wrong way around, unless his civilian name is "Speed" of course.

Also, for the both of you can I request that you create a section for weaknesses? You needn't have many but it just helps me out when creating villains. I've edited it into the template as well for any other new players.

I'm just going to offer my two cents and a couple of possible solutions on some of the points you made.

Law require all fake weapons have an orange tip or light green tip.

I'm pretty sure the whole transferring wounds onto people thing isn't exactly legal either. He could either have removed the tip or painted the whole thing black.

This could describe just about anyone. Either you'll need a photo or add more to this description because I am not getting a very clear view of who he is.

Yeah, he made me draw a picture for mine, but I have to agree that it's quite vague.
