Be Fonz cool is the golden rule. That is, don't flagrantly flame or hate people, keep content PG13-ish (while I've never seen a barrier on graphic violence, gratuitous descriptions of sexual organs or acts is not allowed), and uhh... No that's about it really. The big no no's are don't commit hate speech against individual people (characters or concepts are fine) and don't describe sexual acts or organs except through metaphor and so on.

ex: If two characters have sex, fade to black. If a character is naked, don't describe the naughty bits. So on and so forth.
1 & 2: Yet the high school dropput rate remains insane... Hmm...

It likely would not bother me if they dropped out to go work, get ahead on work experience, pick up a forklift certificate, and so on. Or even to take care of sick or wounded family, I can respect that.

However, throwing it away because "its a waste of time", typically then followed up with games, weed, and fucking... Sowing the seeds for one's own destruction.

3: Most private schools in most countries take some form or government subsidy to lower tuition cost, especially if they are small, specialized, or religious.

Atop this, presumable, one's parents had to pay for that extra cost. That makes it worse, not better! D:
Honestly, those who think skipping in school doesn't matter... It does. First you really don't wanna be that guy who is looking for work or post secondary at age 20 who doesn't even have a high school GED cuz they skipped too many classes to qualify for it. Especially in this economy. Just... Trust me on that one.

Second, you get it in your mind that it doesn't matter if you fail in your obligated responsibilities to the corporation or collective entity that you participate in. This is especially nasty seeing as how the work place will eat you alive for even slight tardiness, leave alone abusing a privilege like sick days... And if you think you aren't training yourself subconsciously for later on in life, you are a fool who does not understand the power of sloth and addiction.

Trust me. Unless you are genuinely sick or having a mental emergency, do not brush off the consequences of shirking your one responsibility to society. That it is largely paying for you to attend, I might add.
Tabletops: D&D 4.0 or Scion.

Forums: There used to be a couple really fantastic ones that detailed things like what PbPRP was, and Contra's "why Rp's die", my GM 101 and Stereotypes 101 threads, and so on.

I'm going to be rebuilding it all as part of the Roleplay Discussion rebuild: Build baseline guides from the 10 plus years on my belt, put them in RPD to get suggestions, nitpicking, so on. Release final guides here.

tl;dr: Ze Brovo vill fix all ze things!... Zere are simply many things to fix. *_* and he is lazy.

EDIT

Main reason there aren't generalist guides like that is because they already exist by the way. It's called Creative Writing.
Still here, reason flash stories got delayed is because I got called into work early to make up for a couple people being missing.

Note: Will probably respond to requests in pairs.

Oh, and Tripz...

Caville. Must have been spell check.

Hmm... I could offer suggestions, being a rather prolific gamer myself.

Ah, thanks for explaining! I don't see the point in emphasizing speech when your partner / group should probably be reading the whole thing anyway, though, haha

As a GM I find most don't actually read the full post whether they should or shouldn't. So I bold the dialogue to make them think that is all the info they need.

And then they die by chainsword.
Think of it like ordering a coffee. Some people really love their morning coffee so they order two instead of one. That's all it is really.
