"To do a run" when speaking of a repeatable experience such as a game, is to state that you are committing to an additional play-through of the game. ex: "I completed Deus Ex: Human Revolution, but I think I will do a couple more runs."
Also, you did not quote the entire sentence, thus why the meaning was lost.
In hindsight, I probably should have thrown a comma in there somewhere to indicate a pause, and make it clearer for a high school level reader.

Only insofar as to be sufficiently compatible with society so as to be able to function. Function being defined as being able to work, pay taxes, and live independently.
If that means wearing a suit and tie at work, do that.
In your personal time though, do what you like--it's your personal time. If your definition of a good time is painting pentagrams in red crayon and summoning the flying spaghetti monster to consume the world with his noodly appendages while wearing a strainer on your head, then go ahead and do that.

Spam is the madman pissing on the street. Sometimes he goes and pisses on Free's condo or dresses up in SWAT gear on Fridays and kicks in the doors of the dirty motels down 1x1 Street.
Regardless, while this beggar sometimes has moments of sheer brilliance and creates wondrous graffiti, he usually spends most of his time pissing on things for his own amusement, and then screaming half a dozen jokes that were used to beat Jimmy the horse into ashes and dust.

Mostly I hold the opinion of "I don't care" because if a person wants to dress up in a fursuit and run around pretending they're an animal (or really believing it) it doesn't personally affect me in any construable manner, and thus my giving a shit about it is only and exclusively my fucking problem. The only time I might have a problem with it is if someone shoves pony pornography in my face, but then, I have that reaction towards most fetishist pornography, so that's not exclusively bronies or furries either.
It's in the same vein as why I don't generally give a fuck what a person believes in terms of religion. You believe a pedofile rode a unicorn-pegasus into heaven? Good for you! If you're a decent person, and I'm a decent person, and we live in different places, who gives a rat's fuck? No really? There's enough serious shit to deal with, I don't need to care about what someone personally believes so long as it doesn't involve boinking children. Or murdering me.

I ignore the main quest line for as long as possible when I do Skyrim runs now because of that woman.

Especially in the States. Fuck. The Democrats are centre-right compared to the rest of the world and the Republicans are slightly-more-than-centre-right. The differences between the two from an outsider view are mainly social issues, if that. Elect Democrat or Republican and I guarantee the president breaks most of his promises, doesn't commit to significant changes, doesn't actually fix any significant problems, and will play chicken with your economy and civil rights until the last possible moment... And then some.

I've seen significantly worse than the 1x1 section in its current state from this site--and in this section in particular--honestly. I've also see worse from free.
