Bruce knelt down for a moment once they reached the outer rim of the area Prisma had irrevocably altered, feeling once again something akin to rejuvenation hit him once he palmed the earth. He extended his presence until he found the blade. Stepping into the temple remnants and standing over the spot where he'd made quicksand not long ago, he carved out the material surrounding the sword, bringing it up and shifting the dirt and rock away until it was revealed in its entirety. The blade lay on the ground, Bruce knowing better than to touch it himself.
"This blade is dangerous, correct?" he asked, though he knew the answer already.
Bruce let out a long, heaving sigh once Prisma finally breathed his last. His legs felt like they might fold under him at any moment, and his innate resonance with the earth, along with the stone skin it had lent him, had long since vanished. A scar remained where Vale's blade had cut him, but otherwise, apart from fatigue, he was none the worse for wear. Only after a few seconds did he register Jenso's excitement and meet his upraised hand with his own, a half-smile on his face.
"Yes," he said, a little bit of life flowing back into him at the realization that Jenso's words were true. "I expected nothing less."
Briefly, Bruce's mind turned from the celebration, reorienting himself until he found what still remained of the destroyed temple. Vale's blade still rested in the ground where he'd left it- Prisma's pool of metal hadn't reached it yet. Though Bruce would have to touch the ground again to be able to sense it, they could still retrieve it if they so chose.
"Still, there remains one subject to address." he said, walking toward the ruins.
Bruce stood off a short distance from the exchange, listening but not participating in the questioning. He noted Jenso's smile and nodded in reply, likewise glad they had survived their fight. He kept his attention keen on the interrogation, knowing the subject was critical to the guild and the mission Jenso had embarked on in the first place.
Bruce crouched down, as low as possible without supporting his body on his hands as well as his feet. He charged. He gave sprints that threatened to tear muscles in his calves to reach Prisma and Jenso, almost flying along the ground. His oversized mace vanished, all of his ki that he could focus put into his blade, shining and powerful in the night, even against the energy Prisma was building.
He jumped just above Prisma's body, sheathing his blade. The dirt and rock that he'd formed around his chest and shoulders streamed out from his robe sleeves, changing into a smaller version of the colossi he'd summoned earlier, except now it also had a spike that would shoot out once the jaws clamped around its target. He sent the creature after Prisma's left shoulder, aiming to get rid of it if only for a moment, while his body sailed over Prisma's right shoulder.
"Iai."
Bruce pulled out his blade in one fluid motion to cut into Prisma's other shoulder, intent on leaving him, if only momentarily, exposed for Jenso's final attack to follow through.
"Terran Severance."
Bruce leaned forward into his run, instinct rather than any sort of sense telling him that danger was approaching from behind. He dug the tip of his blade into the metal, skirting in a circular motion and skating on the smooth surface to take a sharp turn to the left, his body doing an about-face so he saw the blasts and Prisma's double behind him. He glanced again at the core, still moving across the metal ground. He drew up his blade in front of him at an angle, ready in case Prisma's clone came at him. And with his other hand, he brought down his mace onto the metal ground with a might blow, testing to see how the core responded to reverberations.
Bruce looked down at the metallic battleground that Prisma had created, glancing up at the glowing core that still skated along its surface. He shifted his feet in the earth beneath him, bringing up dust and dirt particles that vanished underneath his robe, and gathering around his torso, layering around his chest and shoulders like armor.
Bruce focused back on his ki, enhancing the strength of his blade several times over, using the surplus that remained leaking to manifest his oversized mace in his other hand. He let out a breath- the energy, while fresh, was new to him, and he could begin feeling the consequences for his body. Nonetheless, he made a charge for the glowing core while Prisma had his sights on Jenso, both his weapons ready and trailing behind him.
Bruce couldn't suppress the cringe and the ache in his head that came when Prisma, somehow, began to disrupt his resonance with the earth. He took the chance that Jenso had provided him nonetheless, using his chain and a new boulder as a focal point to swing himself in a semi-circular motion to bring him out of the immediate blast radius, releasing it to throw him further at the optimal moment.
'How is he able to resonate with the planet?' Bruce thought briefly, before realizing the opportunity the new situation presented.
Perhaps Prisma's apparent ability to resonate as he could meant he would have to struggle to control the earth, but there was one critical advantage.
Bruce released focus of his ki momentarily to heighten his concentration on his presence in the planet, locating the source of the disruption, namely, Prisma, through his senses. As Bruce could sense that which interacted with the planet, so earth could sense him, hence how he had negated Vale's blade without conscious thought earlier. If he could just tap back into that connection, logic dictated that he could also-
Bruce barely repressed a smile, 'finding' Prisma's body, and with just another moment, he'd be able to suss out where within the giant the core resided.
'Hello there.' Bruce thought to himself.
Bruce smirked, noting the giant's backward motion- he counted it as good fortune that Prisma had his attention on himself and Jenso. He dove back downward, never staying still as he continued using his chains to slingshot, zigzagging near the ground where he'd have marginally better chances to avoid being caught in Prisma's attack and have more options for avoiding it.
"Terraformation."
Bruce reached out with the shared presence he felt with the earth, turning the forest behind Prisma and in his backwards-moving path into a landscape of sand, with tendrils of ancient stone shooting up out of it and crossing over one another like enormous snakes and tendrils, intent on making the giant lose his footing and provide an opportunity to attack.
Bruce breathed deeply, then charged out from behind his cover, sprinting up a slanted pillar he erected near Primsa. He brought out his blade of ki, momentarily sheathing it. He erected another pillar in front of Prisma, using his chain to propel himself forward and then leaping back off toward the front of Prisma's neck.
"Iai."
In a flash, Bruce unsheathed his sword, aiming to slash at the metal giant in the same instant that Jenso's attack struck. He kept his chain of ki attached to the pillar behind him should the need for retreat arise, but gave it enough length so that it wouldn't slow him down.
Bruce allowed the platform he was swinging from crumble, entering free-fall for several moments before rolling onto a new one, which he leapt off of immediately, dissipating the chain that was lagging behind him and shooting out a new one with a wide spearhead at the end, using it to catch onto another protruding boulder that he formed nearer Prisma and low to the ground. He retracted it, catapulting himself through what underbrush hadn't been destroyed and weaving around the massive debris that had been raining down as a consequence of the fight. He slingshot past the rock the spearhead embedded into, dissipating that chain and shooting out another, using that method to streak through the air behind Prisma and escape his gaze.

"Terran" he said, touching down on the ground behind another boulder, expending his ki again in the form a barrier in case any blowback still reached him.

"Colossi."

A massive form, in the shape of a creature with a huge gaping jaw and fangs, shook the earth as it rose out up behind Prisma, essentially an elongated neck the size of a small landmass. The creature seemed to roar, though in reality it was the rumbling of the extensive material needed to move it. It rose up higher and fell, jaw open, toward Prisma's head, intent on, if not causing some degree of damage, blinding the giant by closing its mouth of teeth around his head.
