The CSs look real nice guys! I love em! i had another submitted to me via PM, but it should be up here as well soon enough.
Tollank's gonna be a bit disappointed when he learns that Leon gave it to him, and that Keita gave it to Leon xD
*Begins CPR*
Don't you die on me!
Tollank was sleeping peacefully in his bed, the events of the previous day had done an excellent job of wearing Tollank out. Suddenly he was roused from his deep slumber by an alarm blaring through his room, followed by a familiar voice.

Marx said "Wake up and prepare yourselves for the day." The incredibly familiar voice said, reaching out to his disciples, "You have ten minutes to wash up, dress yourselves, and make your way to your individual testing facilities in this building's lower levels. Any late atendees will be purged from the program. Try not to disappoint me, shall you?"

Tollank sat in his bed, sleep still heavy in his eyes. "Freaking plant-man.....trying to get some damn sleep....." he said before rolling back over. Tollank's eyes were almost shut again when something his District leader had just said crossed his mind. Ten minutes........purged from the program....... "OH SHIT." Tollank yelped rushing towards the shower. He quickly took off his arm and clothing and set it out side the shower, and hopped in before bothering to check the temperature of the water. Near scalding water rushed over Tollank's body, he quickly lathered and rinsed before hopping out. Grabbing a towel he dried himself while walking over to his dufflebag. Tollank snapped his fingers into the bag, and found a change of clothes. He quickly slipped them on, and returned to his arm and reattached it. He quickly freshed up a bit more, and headed out the door.

Stepping outside something shiny laying on the ground immediately caught Tollank's eye. A small necklace with a lion medallion was laying on the ground by the door. Tollank recalled the Lion being the "mascot" of the Sabore District. What was it doing in this District......unless.... I totally have a secret admirer from Sabore, some poor girl just couldn't resist the charms of the one-armed bandit Tollank thought to himself. Smiling, he slipped the necklace into his pocket, determined to find the lucky lady after all of today's business was settled. He quickly ran to lower levels, with signs directing him to go lower and lower. He darted past other people, some in just a big of a hurry as he was. Soon he found himself in front of a long hallway, doors going down either side. He walked a few doors down the hallway until he found one with his name placed on it via a neat plaque. Tollank placed his lft hand onto a hand scanner, which opened the door. He stepped inside, the door sliding shut behind him. Instinctively he clapped his hands together to see the layout of the room......but for some reason he couldn't see......
The Troupe is a band magicians that have been traveling the country for years, putting on magic shows and amazing the young and old alike. There is a catch, the group is made up of actual Mages who are using their magic to put on a show and make a profit. Make something disappear? That object was ACTUALLY teleported somewhere else. Pull a rabbit from a hat? That rabbit was ACTUALLY conjured from nothing within that hat. You get the picture.

However not all is well with The Troupe, and a couple of organizations has their eye on the group. A small branch of the U.S. government has learned of the existence of Mages and wishes to use their near limitless power for their own agenda. They are hot on the trail of The Troupe, and have the time and resources to attempt to capture a member or two. Also The Troupe is being watched heavily by other Mages. While they are warding off Demons and fighting inter-dimensional threats, The Troupe is off gallivanting around the country putting on magic shows. This has angered (and in some cases, made jealous) the rest of the Mage community, who could decide to put a stop to The Troupe's fun.

I feel like this RP is going to encompass a few different themes. It will have a Slice of Life feel between shows and before and after performances, with characters interacting
with each other. Then it would be like a performance RP, with you describing the actual actions your character takes on stage. Finally there would be some action sprinkled in, with the occasional government and/or Mage raid.

I imagine this RP being made of around Four or Five people. There are already 3 seats taken (Myself and two others), meaning there are one/two open seats. If you are interested please submit a CS here. Then submit a sample post to me via PM.

Here is an example character (and my character during the rp)

Name: James "Jim" Morgen

Stage Name: James The Displacer

Appearance:

Age: 141 years old, but appears to be in his late 20s

Personality: James is a warm man, and treats the other members of The Troupe like they are his family. He is very hard to make angry and even then he doesn't get angry for long. Forget and Forgive. As a Mage James is humble, he doesn't like to show how much power he has at his disposal, but likes to stick to simple tricks. On stage he has a large persona that fills the room, and always captivates the audience's attention. James usually opens shows, doing tricks

Likes: Classical Music, Oranges, Top Hats, Mustaches, Soft beds, Good Friends

Dislikes: Hecklers, Mangos (he has been betrayed by orange colored things being mango flavored one time too many), Liars, Spiders

Backstory/History: James was born in 1873 to a small New England family, and from a young age he was different. He didn't like to play with toys, or be around other children, and small object would constantly go missing around the house with James claiming he made them "disappear". This worried his parents immensely, and they just wanted a normal child. However Jame's "condition" worsened, and eventually he was sent to go live with his grandfather. This ended up being exactly what James needed, as his grandfather shared Jame's "condition". James and his grandfather were Mages, beings who could tap into various arcane abilities. His grandfather taught him the ins and outs of his powers, and ended up raising the boy. James excelled at making things "disappear", transporting objects into pocket dimensions than could later be retrieved. Eventually James moved out of his grandfather's home, a better man and Mage. He traveled the world, learning more rites and skills, before he had a revelation. Being a Mage was fairly boring. Lots of reading in stuffy old libraries, sitting in circles and muttering incantations. James wanted to have more fun, with all this power why not use it for the enjoyment of yourself and others? This is when he formed the troupe, and has been putting on magic shows ever since.
It does seem that a lot of people have grown silent. Which is odd seeing as we were all super pumped for this. I wanted to give people a bit of time before I posted again...
Tollank looked back to make sure that the dark haired boy was following him out of the underground park. In all honesty Tollank didn't want to leave the little oasis but it was getting late, and if Keita and Leon didn't take their reunion a little slower Tollank wasn't sure they would be able to make up at all. Either way it wasn't any of Tollank's business, he understood not wanting to think about your past and how it can really mess with your psyche. What did this little boy know that caused Leon so much stress? The two of them continued walking in silence, save the occasional snap or clap from Tollank so he could actually see. They passed the restaurant that they had ate at sometime earlier, silent, it seemed that no one was inside. Tollank thought back to the events at the park. Both Leon and Aeria sensed that someone was watching them, but couldn't feel them. If they were there then they made no sound, and THAT was what freaked Tollank out the most. If someone made no sound then he was helpless to them, and if it one thing that made Tollank upset it was being helpless. After a few more minutes of walking they arrived back at the dorms.

Gyrin said Keita asked Tollank "Is there anywhere I can punch a punching bag?" Keita realised how odd that sounded and reassured he wasn't angry.
"I'm not angry" he laughed,
"Just feel like I should get back into practice mode" he laughed at the thought of it, he was used to sparring and training his reflexes every day, he hasn't done it for a while..
"It's nothing special, just apart of what apparently I've concluded about my Mutation" Keita has still been puzzled about his Mutation since the day he found out.

"A punching bag huh?" Tollank said to Keita, " I really couldn't tell you, I really haven't went out exploring that much. Surely they have a gym around here somewhere." Tollank clapped his hands together to generate some sound. A majority of the other mutants had already turned in for the night, and the various levels of dorms had turned silent. "I don't know about you kid, but I am freaking beat," Tollank said to Keita before turning and walking down the path that would lead to his own dorm, "I both respect and understand the need to practice, but there is no sense on doing it if its just gonna leave you tired tomorrow. If I were you I would find the gym tomorrow and head in for the night, but its your call in the end. As for me I need some shut-eye, ninight!" Tollank opened the door to his room and then locked it behind him. He stumbled over and flopped onto the bed, not bothering to change clothes or remove his arm. It had been a very eventful day and besides, Tollank needed his beauty sleep.
Hey guys, I am at college orientation today. I should be able to post tonight after I get home, tomorrow at the latest.
Tollank looked at the newcomer to the group. He recognized him as being on their holocar, but didn't really know much about him. He seemed to have some sort of past with Leon, which seemed to be a pretty big deal. The kid seemed friendly enough, a major improvement from the standoffish behavior on the holocar. It did strike Tollank as odd though that the kid would pop up now of all times. "Good to meet ya Keita, my name is Tollank." and Tollank extended his hand to the newcomer. Tollank stood quite a deal taller than the new kid, and Tollank assumed he was older than the kid. Then he noticed Aeria and Leon hunkered down by the river. "Will you excuse me for one second," Tollank said to Keita before walking over to his two friends.

Tollank noticed that something was up with these two, they seemed upset or at least worried. "Hey guys, is everything alright? You two act like something is up, I mean if its none of my business I understand but I feel like I should at least ask." These two were really the first friends that Tollank had, and they had just said they would always have his back just a few minutes ago. So he should be nice enough to return the favor. "And Leon, how do you feel Keita will do with us? I could head back to the dorms with Aeria with you want a moment with him. Its your call."
Gyrin said Besides Avatar's can be whatever they want..

Exactly! For example I am not Bill Cosby dancing like he just had a delicious puddin-pop for the first time!
