its a weakness because you can't tell if he is lying, so he cannot be fully trusted... ill remove it

Alright, then I finally deem your CS "[Accepted]". Go slap that at the front of your CS.
I hope that mine is okay. I've left the goddes out for now because running out of time before my first tutorial, but will fill it in in the break between others as well as fix up any issues

That's alright, what you have in your CS currently is good!

@metagros
I wouldn't call a good lair a weakness in any sense.
Would it be out of the question for Julius to be a Rank 1 or 2 Psionic?

It would not be out of the question.
@metagros
Just that the conflict with the Halycon has been going on for seven years now, not two, which would mean he would've joined the military at age 12/13. Which is a no.

@The Slenderman
I don't feel as if a reservation would be necessary, as I don't plan on closing this to new characters anytime soon. But if you feel it may be necessary, I'll keep an eye out for you.
im only putting the dnd part to show that he knows a lot, but docent exactly know how to use it. wisdome vs intelligents

Then just say 'Knowledgeable'.
OH WHOOPS! For some reason I kept on reading that Halycon was the ones that never lost a space battle before! Whoops. Sorry, I will get that fixed.

It isn't a big deal, and I grant you the power of putting "[Accepted]" at the top of your CS.
@metagros
Clean it up a little, capitalize, it'd only cost millions for the gene mod, I'd prefer if the weaknesses/strengths were in either the

format or
1.
2.
3.

And we're not using DnD statistics here.

@Nthitho12
Your CS is great, save that the Halycon actually have inferior technology, which is why there has never been a fleet battle lost to them. The only real advantage they've proven to have so far is limitless ships and troops to throw away.
is gene modding allowed? i won't do any thing crazy like mimetic skin, but i want to know if some of the more cosmetic modifications are allowed on characters?

Yes, fairly minor cosmetic genetic modification is possible, but very expensive.
It would likely be powered and run by Psionic Crystals, yes, but that would mean it would need to especially careful should it need to fire weapons. And just set the rank as 'Unspecified' or 'n/a'. For armor you can just say how much armor plating it has, no starsign, and age would be <7 years, instead of 18-30.
I was wondering, do they have to be humanoid? I've been thinking of making a robotic type of solider, but it was never explained if they have the technology for A.I or the use of them at all. Well, they probably have made them at some point with all the fancy gadgets and technology they have, but I was just wondering if I could do so and all of the special implications if an A.I can even join the military.

To be honest, that never even occurred to me. How advanced the AIs they'd have by then would be, hmm. I think an AI/Robot character would be fine, but it would be lacking in some fields that a normal living person would excel at, naturally (Pun intended), but could still prove invaluable to have. I think I'll allow it, so long as you give a reasonable history to it. Beyond that, keep in mind the limitations an AI would probably have and you should be fine.
