Cathris blushed just a little when Jamie mentioned Melina not seeming to be in a guild. "Well, as of right now she's still recognized as a part of Iron Enigma, at any rate. Just, uh, her mother put her guild mark in an, um, awkward place. So it'd be hard to see anyway. Thanks for being nicer than that other guy. I think it's sad you wouldn't tell us where Melly is, but if she stops by sometimes then that's useful information! Thanks again." She gave the Guild Master of Phoenix Wing a big smile. "I feel like chances are we'll meet again some day, so until then." She gave a little curtsy before heading out of the guild, happy as a lark, and glad she at least could bring one lead as to where Melina was back to her Guild Master. Mrs. Marris hadn't been much help in that regard either.

Cathris frowned a little when Master Jamie said he didn't know where Melina was. "Dammit." She muttered, biting her lip. "I was hoping this'd be easy and I'd get to see her again. Hmm..." After a moment she sighed. "Well, alright then. Thank you anyway." She nodded to Master Jamie, though she did look a tad disappointed. "I figured since she had come into this guild last night you'd of known where she'd went, but, thanks anyway. But uh, besides that, would it be okay if, say, me and a couple others of my guild spent the night in Magnolia without having to worry about the guards? We promise we won't cause any problems." She gave him a grin, trying to look as innocent as possible.

Melina

Melina glanced over when Zero fell, and grunted softly in disappointment, before looking up at the flying guy. But once the opponent she had planned on leaving for Karn spoke, claiming his magic had something to do with some sort of virus, she turned towards him, scythe ready. "A virus eh? Does it flow with the bloodstream, or attack what it can reach? I think an experiment is in order." She grinned, advancing on him slowly, pulling the blade of her scythe close to her body and cutting one hand with it, letting her blood drip from the new injury. "One that preferably ends with you in pain." The blood then would morph around her hand to form a claw. She hoped her blood magic would help defend her against his apparent 'virus', but if it didn't, she could always just not let him hit her. "Karn, you mind dealing with the flying guy over there? I've got this one."
