Got to be honest I do enjoy creating a CS.

By the way it may be worth tagging everyone who showed interest in the interest thread.
I may have overexpanded on your CS, for that I am sorry, I got so carried away

NAME
Sully
AGE
30
GENDER
Male
SPECIES
Human
HOMETOWN
Dump Town - A small settlement located in a former rubbish dump. The mountains of waste provide solid protection to the inhabitants with a large metal gate used as an entrace on one side. Located several miles from Shreve's Port in The Northern Province.
FACTION
The Hunters - A group of mercernaries who, as the name suggests, excel at hunting. Whether it is finding an individual or a creature in the post apocalyptic world, The Hunters are capable enough to hunt what they are paid to.

While Sully wears a gas mask out in the wilds, when in a settlement he removes it. His resting face is aggressive and stern, accentuated by his sharp facial features. A long nose and pointed chin, coupled with a furrowed brow can make people around him nervous, often to his detriment. His hair is thick and black, often standing up due to the gas mask pushing it upward. His right eye is a deep blue and has an intensity amplified by his face. He has a scar running from his forehead down over his left eye, resting just above the corner of his mouth. The wound that resulted in the scar damaged his eye and it now has a pale, milky colouration to it. It is totally useless.

He stands at 6'1" and walks with purpose and confidence, his back straight and shoulders wide. Beneath his clothing lies a scarred body, close encounters with humans and muntants alike leaving their mark. He has no shame in his scars and instead uses each as a reminder that any moment could be his last.

His voice is gruff, as if waking up after a heavy night of alcohol and smoking. This combined with his appearance makes it difficult to get close to anyone who isn't a bandit or lowlife. As such Sully does play into the character that people assume him to be. For those who get close enough they can see that he truly is a good person at heart, but his profession often makes him do things that put him at the other end of the scale.

TYPE ISTJ
SPECTATOR'S REACTION
Sully is a planner and uses whatever information he has available, avoiding making assumptions. When people assume they often make mistakes and that is why he makes sure he has all the facts that he can before going into a situation. He is someone who has no issue taking the lead if required and tries to give clear, concise instructions. Once decisions have been made he has a preference to get right into the action rather than continually debating a topic. His thought process tends to focus heavily on logic with very little room for fantastical ideas or dreams.

Trigger Discipline: You’re a sharpshooter of sorts. You know your way around a gun and you know how to make the shot count. That being said, you’re slower to shoot than your friends, and you usually lean towards rifles.
SKILLS
Combat Skill
Small Guns: The use, care and general knowledge of small firearms. Pistols, SMGs and rifles.
Active Skill(s)
Sneak: Quiet movement, and the ability to remain unnoticed. If successful, you will be much harder to locate. You cannot run and sneak at the same time.
PERK
Master Hunter: You have advantage against inhuman creatures.

STRENGTHS
  • Pin Point Accurate: After years of practise, Sully could shoot the nose off a molerat at full speed. He actually did it.
  • Human Shadow: As a hunter of humans and all things scary, Sully excels in the art of sneaking and hiding. Why is there a tree in the middle of the road?
  • Blur: Sully is able to move quickly and has quick reflexes, making him rather difficult to hit.

WEAKNESSES
  • Mr Angry: Sully's demeanour makes it almost impossible for him to charm the normal and functioning members of society. He never gets a discount.
  • God Damn Molerats!: Some people hate logical things, Sully hates molerats. He will actively try and kill any molerat on sight. He once killed a childs pet molerat and then returned two weeks later to kill the replacement.
  • One Good Eye: Sully's close call with a Yao Guai left him with a permanent scar over his left eye and the eye itself is now useless. The deep blue colouring of the eye has long since faded to leave a milky white, leaving him without vision out of his left eye. Good job he shoots using his right.

"I'll take a beer." The barman stared worringly at Sully, his eyes converying a strong sense of fear. In his experience bar staff of the wasteland tended to be hardy folk, but this yokel was basically pissing in his boots. Sully glared back at the barman with a look of total dissatisfaction, he liked his barstaff hardy and ready for trouble.

"I'm not here to take your money. I just want a damn beer." The barman stumbled backwards towards the counter behind him, reaching under it with his long and gangly arms. He re-emerged with a brown bottle, the label long since faded leaving a stone white square. "See that wasn't so hard. Thanks alot." Sully did his best to smile as the barman handed him the bottle but it did nothing other than petrify him further. Turning away Sully rolled his eyes and made for a table in the corner of the room.

A well used candle that had dripped wax all over the table top was the only source of lighting. Sully couldn't work out whether it was a mood thing or just a lack of electricity, either way it was relaxing and he needed to unwind. He had just finished a two week long hunt that had driven him to the edge of insanity. Who wouldn't go insane having to find a stolen albino brahmin.

A farmer outside Shreve's Port claimed a gang of bandits had stolen it and were trying to sell it off. Unfortunately for Sully after tracking down the bandits and doing away with them, he returned to the farmer to find the albino brahmin back in the field. Suffice to say the farmer wouldn't be breathing through his nose for a while. It didn't matter though, Sully helped himself to the caps promised and that was when he headed for Shreve's Port.

As Sully drank his beer he overhead a conversation on a table nearby. Two young men spoke about a job directly from the Governor of The Northern Province himself. That in itself didn't matter, it was when one of the men said the amount he was willing to pay...over 1000 caps. Sully gulped the rest of his beer and made for the door, pushing chairs and people alike aside. Outside his mind began kicking into overdrive, I can't miss out on that sort of money...where is the Governers residence?

Location: Balsora - Resistance Radio Outpost

As Porci spoke Sully had to force himself from saying anything, the short red sex fiend was more interested in women than protecting the planet it seemed. What Light said soon after made sense but in his mind he had experienced what Frieza's soldiers could do first hand, nobody else had. It was something that was etched firmly into his mind. It was then Light flagged the glaringly obvious, there was only three of them there.

"I would have thought more people would have shown..." Sully's tone was a mixture of frustration and disappointment. He had thought the resistance would have responded in much higher numbers. It didn't matter though, they could only wait around so long. He looked over at Light and spoke, "If we go with your plan then we cannot wait around here much longer." He looked off over to the horizon, "This planet is my new home and whatever we decide to do, I will protect it."

Location: Balsora - Resistance Radio Outpost

The creature known as Porci was the next to arrive, another example of someone who with the right application could become a truly powerful warrior. Where Light lacked maturity, Porci was addicted to the female form. While that in itself was not a bad thing, the fact it distracted him so much meant that he was open to manipulation. When he landed next to Sully and Light, Sully offered him a simple nod as a greeting and listened intently to the reason for the meeting.

As the words left Lights mouth Sully knew just how bad things were going to get. It wouldn't take long after the initial scouting party for the main bulk of the force to make planetfall. He looked at the floor and clenched both fists tight, the rage flowing freely through his veins. His anger generated energy around him whipping up sand and dirt, but he quickly calmed himself and the surrounding area settled. The built up frustration of being unable to defend his homeworld and the sheer hatred for Frieza and his forces was ready to be unleashed, but there would be a time and a place. Now was most surely not it.

"We have to play this carefully." Sully looked at the odd pair with him with a concerned expression. "By all means we could go there and start a fight, but in the same breath if we let them go about what they are here for, we can prepare." Sully began to pace back and forth. "Should they attack then, that would hopefully convince the ruler of Balsora to fully mobilise his forces, maybe even launch a pre-emptive strike." He stopped and turned back to Porci and Light. "Personally I would love to take out some of the PTO right now, but we have to think about the bigger picture. While we are all powerful, the numbers they have over us would make it very difficult. We are going to need the full might of Balsora's forces for the invasion of the PTO. If it is just ourselves and the rest of the resistance, Balsora will fall just as my homeworld did."

Location: Balsora - The Sully Residence

Sully dragged himself to his apartment and threw his clothes to the floor, exposing the scarred pale flesh beneath. While the magical infused attire protected him from cuts, there was a time when his skin wasn't so well protected. There were several moments he was caught unaware by Frieza's forces during their invasion of his home planet, the scars across his torso and back testament to that. Since arriving on Balsora the suit remains on his body for the majority of the day, meaning he is ready at a seconds notice.

He crossed his apartment, casting a glance out of his window towards the rising towerblocks opposite his own. With the sun shining down brightly, the view was pleasant. No matter how good it looked though, in his head he knew it would never compare to his homeworld, even if now it was just a distant memory. Opening the fridge Sully removed a sealed bottle, its contents a concoction of different herbs and compounds that accelerated recovery time. After his exertion during training it was an effort to open the bottle and lift it to drink, but within moments of feeling it run down his throat he could feel his strength return fully. The fluid itself was a creation of the Balsoran people but some of the ingredients take a long time to grow, meaning only the strongest of the planetary defenders have access to it.

Sully made his way into the shower and felt the powerful water jet his skin, the warm spray massaging it. It was once of the things he most loved about the planet, the showers were infinitely better than what he was used to on his homeworld. He could spend an hour losing himself to the force of the warm water. Unfortunately for him this instance wasn't going to last that long as his in room speakers activated. "Incoming message." Sully rolled his eyes and let out a signed, 'I can't even have a shower...' He put his hand against the wall and tucked his hair behind his ears. "Play message," he said. What followed next would appear to anyone else as an advert for fungal foot cream, but to Sully and a few select others it was a call to an important meeting. Sully immediately shut off the shower, quickly leaving and drying himself. He jumped back into his gear and went to leave the room before stopping in his tracks. "Computer...record message." A voice came over the speaker, "Begin message." Sully sighed and began to speak. "Aurelia I am really sorry but I don't know if i'm going to be able to make it tonight. Something has come up that I need to deal with." He paused briefly, hesitating. "I hate to let you down...so how about I take you out for dinner tomorrow? My treat. Either way i'll talk to you soon." Sully moved towards the door and spoke one final time before leaving, "Computer end message and send to Aurelia." The speakers in the room relayed the message, "Message sent." With that Sully made his way to his destination.

Location: Balsora - Resistance Radio Outpost

Sully flew at a fairly quick speed to the outpost, trying to minimise his energy output. More than anything he wanted to avoid detection by the planetary defence forces. Even after his warning to them about Frieza and what he did to their planet, the ruler of Balsora ignored him. As such Sully eventually found a brewing resistance and joined them. The unfortunate part was that due to the rulers choice, joining the resistance was an act of treason as it directly defied his ruling. It meant that Sully had to sneak around or risk losing the resources that the defence force afforded him. Still, it was a risk worth taking. If the ruler was unwilling to prepare for the potential arrival of Frieza and his forces then Sully would at least make sure there were some people ready. That was why he was pushing himself so hard in training. He knew the Frieza forces destructive power first hand and did not want the same thing to happen to Balsora that had happened to his homeworld.

As it stood the numbers within the resistance were low, but it was made up of some of the most powerful and capable fighters on the planet. Sully took pride in being one of those but he knew that everyone, even those at the lower end of the spectrum had their part to play if the planet was going to survive. He was not going to let the planet fall, even if it meant giving his own life to ensure it.

With the outpost coming into view quickly Sully descended and immediately spotted the distinct figure of the creature he had come to know as Light. She was clearly powerful but seemed to lack the maturity that would be needed to repel Frieza's forces. It was just an assumption though, he had never seen her fight and it could well be the case that she was a totally different person in a fight. He hoped she was.

Sully gently landed next to her and stretched as both feet touched the ground beneath him. He looked over at her and noticed she was deep in one of her meditative states. He approached spoke, "Light, get yourself up." Taking in his surroundings once more it was clear that she had sent out the message. "What is it that you've called us out here?"

Location: Central Precinct Meeting Room

Connor turned to the guy who was talking to him, his name eventually being revealed to be Phil. Upon rejoining Connor had little to no intention on spending any time trying to solve cases with anyone else but if this guy had leads then it was as good a place to start. "I guess it couldn't hurt." He tried to hide the displeasure of having to spend time with someone he had no interest in being around, it was all about his end game. As began to turn his attention to the rest of the room a women spoke up, asking if she could come along. He looked her over and while his head told him to tell her no, "Yes sure...", is what slipped from his mouth. He decided to just roll with it and keep the charade going. "I guess it couldn't hurt to have the three of us together seeing as we'll be working together." Phil soon introduced himself with Connor doing likewise, "Connor Sully...call me by either it doesn't matter."

Soon after a doctor began to speak about spinal injections, but the amount of injections and procedures Connor had to have when he had his artificial arm fitted meant he didn't bat an eyelid. The talk of cyber-psychosis didn't bother him either, he had only ever had experience of it on the street with people who were more machine than man. He just had to keep himself focussed on his goal and the risk of losing his mind would be minute.

He looked as Phil suggested meeting outside before getting to his feet and moving to have his injection. "No point hanging around here." Sully got to his feet and turned to the woman who had asked to go with them, she seemed to be deep in thought or atleast lost in her own head. "Hey lady...sorry I don't know your name but do you want to get this shot now? Sooner it's done the sooner we can get going?" He joined the queue behind Phil waiting on her response.
