I'm dying to get back into writing, and since most of what I've been playing recently is Final Fantasy 14, I decided to run with it!
I'm Cody, he/him, 29 (almost 30 here in a while, dang). I write queer characters pretty much exclusively, particularly trans and nonbinary ones.
I've been rping for like half my life at least, mostly just out of practice! I love tropey, cringe-inducing stuff. As long as the characters are fun to play against, I don't honestly care if one or both of us is writing a mary sue situation - after all, what is the WoL but one big mary-sue? Speaking of, most of the characters I have aren't WoL-related, but I'm also happy to make someone to suit your character, I'm a sucker for making matching characters that are meant for some specific dynamic/pairing.
I'm only looking to write with folks over 18, not the least of which in case this ends up mature.
I don't have a ton of characters premade, but I'm happy to show you who I do have - most of them don't have especially deep stories, and usually I'm happy to change things to suit whatever we're doing!
I write 300-700 words usually, but I'll do my best to match whatever I'm given!

I've been eyeballs deep in Beauty and the Beast content lately ( from the original story by Mme Villeneuve, to the 1946 version all the way up to Disney's 2017 version ), and I'm very much interested in writing some form or another of the story ( pitch me your favourite, if you have one! ). My only real stipulation is that I'd like both Beauty and her Beast to be women. Past that, I'm extremely flexible! If you'd rather write one of the pair, I'd be happy to accommodate by writing the other! As a warning, my Beasts do tend less toward violence and power and more sympathetic and more along the lines of the original story by Mme Villeneuve!
I'm open to adult content with those over eighteen, but I'm not really looking for it. I'm looking for a sappy love story between two women, and all the trappings involved with the story of the Beauty and the Beast.

i typically try to match your word count, but i can fairly reliably write over 300 words, although 500-700 seems to be pushing it these days. i love making characters, especially ones that match one another. call me a sap, but i really enjoy love stories, and have a bad habit of wanting them to be at the forefront of most lines. i need to work on handling more than one character at a time, but if you'd like to help with that, i wouldn't object. i typically write male characters, and while i prefer writing m/m or other non-straight relationships, i'm rarely open to m/f, and if i do write female characters, i mostly write f/f or other non-straight pairings. i'm open to whatever resources you want to use to represent your characters.
i miss writing sappy love stories between gay characters. gimme a typical high school romance that's that dumb 'together forever' love, gimme love at first sight, soulmate universes, coffee shop universes. honestly, i just miss writing kind of stereotypical characters falling in love and having a good time because honestly i want uncomplicated stuff to write. i love simply resolved angst, rom-com typical misunderstandings, and love triumphing over everything. i'm cool with mutual pining, fake dating, and i have a great fondness for 'renting' a date for a wedding. i know this is a lot of just random statements, but i can't quite put into words what i want beyond 'lgbt cuties falling in love!!!!' and so i thought i'd try and give you a tiny bit more to work on.
cute femmes falling in love with the new butch girl at their school, greaser-looking boys taking their boyfriends on a motorcycle ride after school. Trans characters who are experiencing gender euphoria! Characters that love each other and are making their best life together!

I've got feelings again, and I can't help but think about Nick learning more about Jay's 'side businesses' and becoming just a little disenchanted with this picture he's built for Jay in his mind (not entirely unlike what Jay experienced with Daisy), and which Jay is participating in keeping up. Really, these boys actually managing to trust each other a little bit and actually communicate.
