[Momoka, Mutatio, Rebel Leader]
Momoka sighed into the sudden void Knowledge's disappearance had left. "Alright then," She said, clapping her hands once. "There's no point in standing around here. I want to talk to the following people for now; Texas, Kaika Cho, Corin Charite, Riko Toone. Everybody else can go about your business, but be ready to move. As of right now, apparently, we are at war." She turned on her heel and walked directly towards a wall, holding her hand out. Before she ran into it, her Black Door opened and she stepped through into a room in City Hall, which she had designated as her office when she formed the Rebelion. Moving around her desk, she sat in her high backed chair and waited for the others to follow her through.

[Misaka and Kuroko, Mutatio, Rebellion]
Misaka was about to leave when she heard a voice she knew all too well, and instinctively braced for impact. "Sissy!" Kuroko yelled, teleporting in five feet away and tackling her. Wrapping her arms around Misaka's neck, Kuroko held herself close to her best friend's body. "It took me forever to find you! What was so important that you had to leave me all of a sudden? Just when we were about to..." At this point Kuroko's sentence was cut off by a thousand volts of electricity blasting her backwards. "We weren't about to do anything!" Misaka yelled, shaking her fist. "YOU were about to try and molest me AGAIN!"

I really think I should have been second in the posting order because first of all for situations like this, it makes sense for the leader of the rebellion to reply to Knowledge first, and second I just feel like the first posts in every round should be the leaders doing leader things.

Alright, just so you know, here are my decisions.

Assault Leader: Agent Texas for her knowledge of military tactics and troop distribution
Recon Leader: Kaika Cho because honestly she's the only person I can kinda trust here
Tactics Leader: Corin Charite because of her obvious intelligence
Medic Leader: Riko Toone because why do you have to ask?

I feel that as leader of the rebellion I should make information easier to handle, on that note do you mind if I appoint Section Leaders for the sake of attending meetings, distributing missions and and reporting information? (that is to say, can I appoint an Assault Leader, Recon Leader and a Medic leader even though we only have the one medic?)
