She followed up with her own weapon, The fighting was over almost before it was started, and she told the Persona to leave, feeling far more spent than she thought she should. Looking around to see very little changed by the fighting, she asked the most obvious question she could right then.

"What the hell was that?" She rasped, speaking through her heaving chest, "I don't mean what's it called, I heard just as well as I assume the rest of you did. I mean what the actual hell? That was a bit more than a hallucination." She moved over to the couches and nearly fell down onto them, dropping the lamp as she went.

Alright, let's put something to a vote here. We could continue as we were, choosing powers at random, spending a long time figuring them out and developing characters that won't exist beyond the Prologue, or I could just let you choose your own powers and we can start whenever.
